Fresh from the mens second team winning their league, Bainesey speaks to Sam Thomas. Sam has played for the club for the past nine seasons, picking up appearances for all four senior teams. As some of the boys and girls academy players look to relocate for University, Sam is a great example of someone who found a home at the local rugby club to uni.
