That should be clear to everyone at this point.” The DOJ is an institution that no longer fits the rising and evolving consciousness of our time. Today, basic facts about the department’s great seal underscore what is true about most of our so-called government. The truth is that they are out of step with the people they claim to govern. They are corrupted and self-serving, having long forgotten the rule of law or their purpose. Let’s look at the DOJ seal used to convey authority, legitimacy, and trust. It was an Act that formed the DOJ, but no provision was made for creating the seal of office. There is a motto (Qui Pro Domina Justitia Sequitur) on the seal – but again, nobody knows what it means, where it came from, or when it was first used. There is mention of some related external source that may give reference, but that is unknown as well. And get this… “It is possible that the tradition is correct to the extent that Attorney General Black added the motto to the seal which had been adopted by one of his predecessors. …It is probable that very soon after…
