Like all lucid dreaming processes, it is best not to use this if you are currently experiencing stress, anxiety, worry, depression or any other mental health challenge, nightmares or bad dreams, as this process is to encourage you to be more aware within your dreams and so you don't want to use this if there is a chance your dreams may be negative due to these other issues. The idea with lucid dreaming is that your aim is to become more of an active participant in the dreams, so that you can begin to make decisions within those dreams, rather than just observing or experiencing the dreams, however, this does take practice. | 1h 14m 42s | ||||||
