About this episode
The episode discusses the safety risks associated with the Lil’ Buddies Pet Laser Toy due to accessible button batteries.
Vidcast: https://www.instagram.com/p/DXs9tpijIAn/ This toy’s battery compartment is not secure, allowing button cell batteries to be easily accessed, posing a risk of serious injury or death from ingestion, including internal chemical burns. The packaging also lacks required warnings. Affected: model 2449. About 51,160 of these laser toys were sold in the US at VR Wholesale in Arizona, Viva Bargain in California, and various discount stores nationwide and online at jcsalesweb.com from February 2023 through November 2025. Stop using these laser toys and place them out of reach of children. Properly dispose of the button batteries. Contact JC Sales at 1-866-540-3334 or recall@jcsales.net for a full refund and email a photo of the disposed items to complete the refund process.
