Amy Valladares announces a rebranding of the podcast to focus more on the listeners' journeys of embodiment.

Hello Beauty, welcome back to the show! I have a BIG announcement! The show is growing, transforming and having a rebirth ✨ TIRH has been going since 2021 when I was at the peak of some powerful and oftentimes gut wrenching shifts in my life. I chose the name This Is Really Happening for two reasons. One was because the craziness of what was transpiring in my life was off the charts. And two, because I knew deep down in my heart I would somehow make the shift out of victimhood to being the heroine of my life . As in, this is really happening regardless of it I see evidence of it or not, it's going to happen (it's already done), let's go!!! Within the past four years I have been documenting my awakening journey and sharing practices with you, that have helped me on my own path, with the intention that they would help you too. I have shared my personal experiences, along with literature and powerful meditations and activations I created for my listeners and clients. 2024 has changed things up quite a bit and that is going to be reflected in the show moving forward.
