For The Ride

World traveler, Jess Stone, is best know for her social media channel, GoRuffly, which she and her husband use to market their motorcycle dog carrier, the K9 Cockpit. After spending a few years in Guatemala and completing a Pan-American Highway trip, including the Darien Gap, Jess is back in the United States completing her first book and making appearances to raise funds and awareness for the charity Girl Up.

Georgia Pinstripe and Lettering artist, Chastin Brand, is a familiar face at many well know rider gatherings. When he's not busy with commercial work or live painting at events, Chastin spends his time enjoying off-road riding adventures with friends, and hosting an annual event on his property, The Wildsville Scramble.

Talented guitarist, Jake Kiszka, is best known for co-founding and performing in Greta Van Fleet. In this episode I joined Jake at the Gibson Garage, where he spoke about his parallel journeys of discovering motorcycling and creating a new band MIRADOR, in which he is the co-founder, guitarist, and vocalist, all while juggling tour duties with GVF. We also dive deep into some technical guitar questions, and end with the first MIRADOR single, "Feels Like Gold".

Legendary Flat Track racer David Aldana rode Triumph and BSA motorcycles at the start of his career in the early 70's. While David had a storied racing career across many disciplines, riding for many OEM's, with a large stack of wins to his name, he's gained additional notoriety for appearing in the pioneering motorcycle film, "On Any Sunday", and for his iconic "Bones" racing leathers. Later in his career David rode a Triumph again in AHRMA's Thruxton Cup Challenge series, which celebrates it's 20th Anniversary at the 2025 Barber Vintage Festival.

Danish Motocross racer Mikkel Haarup is midway through the 2025 Pro Motocross season, competing for the Factory Triumph Racing Team. After 7 races, the 23 year old racer is 6th in the overall 250 class standings in his first season racing in the US. In the episode, Haarup discusses his training and fitness, and shares how much he's enjoying this Pro Motocross season, where he's riding every track for the first time ever.

Seeking to combine his passions, Matt McKenna founded Imperial Moto, a moto inspired coffee shop in Miami's Little River Neighborhood, which has grown to become a Saturday and Sunday destination for two-wheel and four-wheel enthusiasts.

Actor turned director, Kelly Blatz has dedicated the past three years creating the film 'One Fast Move', a scripted feature length film that lives in the world of American club racing, which releases on Amazon Prime Video on August 8th, 2024.

Inspired by a close connection to the cause, Austin Marie Foster volunteered to co-host the Distinguished Gentleman's Ride in Portland, while also juggling duties as the founder of Hammerheads PDX, which is a group of "motorcycle misfits".
