| 4/29/26 | Waiting For The Other Shoe To Drop? Here's What To Do When Things Feel Too Good To Be True | Have you ever experienced a moment in your life where suddenly things felt like they were going really good for you- and yet, you were afraid to enjoy it because a part of you couldn't help but think 'it's not going to last forever'?Ya, me too. Recently I've been in this weird in-between space of blessings, opportunities and abundance flowing in like crazy... and while I want to have gratitude and be excited about it- I'm also terrified. Why? Well, because there's this polar opposite feeling of excitement and anxiety occurring at the same time inside of me. I'm worried that it's too good to be true, and that sooner or later, it's all going to come crashing down around me.And this response? 100% my ego and a natural part of identity upleveling... but knowing that doesn't necessarily make it any easier to deal with.So today, we're going to get into why this happens, how to move through this space if you find yourself in it, and ultimately- how to raise your thermostat or 'baseline' so that you only expect good things to happen moving forward.Ready to dive in?_____________________* JOIN REG BABES AFTER DARK HERE *(just $50 for one year when you sign up by May 31st!)_____________________AFFILIATE LINKS: Fly Kakao- The best cacao you've ever tasted in your life. | 4/17/26 | When She Wins, I Win Too [with Amanda Pipella] | There's a palpable difference between the energy of women supporting women- and women hating women. One of them fosters safety and the encouragement of being your true self, while the other evokes a desire to shrink and hide. But what determines how a woman actually shows up? What influences us in our interactions with others and how we ultimately treat each other?Amanda has the answer. In today's Friday's with Friends episode, we're diving into a deep, heart-centered conversation on what it means to truly support other women. We discuss the natural, innate tendencies of women, how these are hindered through the conditioning of our society, and the impact that negative interactions with other women can have upon our lives. But the best part? You will walk away understanding that there is no such thing as competition, because when she wins- you win too. There is more than enough to go around for all of us- and it's so much sweeter when we share.Let's dive in baby!__________________________Here's A Little About Amanda + Her Journey:Amanda Pipella is an entrepreneur, mom, and creator of Bestie Boutique, a purpose-driven vending concept designed to support women and families. | 4/15/26 | Healing Body Shame and Breast Implant Illness [Lauren of Love Feature] | In replace of this week's solo episode, we're delivering an extra special treat to you! I recently had the honour of being featured on the Lauren of Love Podcast, 'The World Needs Your Medicine'.In this feature, I shared openly about my breast implant journey over the last ten years, and how I was able to finally heal my life-long body shame. This feature means a lot to me, and I am excited to share it with you today.______________________From The Lauren of Love Show Notes:If you've been at war with your body and have perpetually struggled with feeling unworthy… this one is for you. Today I'm joined by Brianne Roberge - a writer, podcast host, and speaker whose work began with a simple question: "What if I could be the voice that I was searching for, for all these years?" Brianne spent most of her life chasing perfection in identity, career, and doing life "the right way" - until she hit her 30s and a quiet realization set in... this isn't the life I'm meant to live. What looked good on the outside was built on a need for validation, fear of judgment, people-pleasing, and deep internal fragmentation. Now a minimalist and world traveler, Brianne is a self-proclaimed de-influencer who speaks with raw honesty about healing trauma, shedding the masks we've carried for decades, and making bold, uncomfortable moves to create a life that's actually worth living.Brianne and I dropped into a deep conversation about how childhood trauma can silently drive our adult choices, the moment she realized her implants were never about self-love, and the years she spent being dismissed by doctors while her body was screaming for her attention. We explored what it looks like to love your body even while knowing you want to change it.Brianne's story is living proof that when we trace our choices back to intention, everything shifts. We also talk about:How childhood wounds of unworthiness can dictate decisions about our bodies well into adulthoodThe difference between altering your body from self-love versus self-rejectionWhat breast implant illness actually is and why so many women are dismissed by doctorsThe power of inner child healing in transforming your relationship with your bodyEpisode-Related Resources:Read the blog post for this episode!Lauren of Love Resources: Join the Magic App with dozens of courses, resources, and a private community! https://laurenoflove.com/appFreebies, courses, blog: laurenoflove.comIG: @laurenofloveGrab our free Manifestation Sheets!Join our weekly Magic Notes insiders list! | — | ||||||
| 4/8/26 | Is Your Time Being Stolen? | Over the course of the last few years, we've seen a lot of self-development resources that are targeted towards time management- of habit stacking and multitasking so that we can achieve more and be quicker doing it. In this, we've been sold the premise that the more ‘efficient’ we are now, the more time we will bank for the future, and the better off that we (and our loved ones) will be. But what if I told you that it was all a lie, and the very things that you thought you were doing to give yourself time back… were actually stealing it? What if I told you that these things, as well as other unsuspecting time-wasters, were actually taking your joy, your presence, your connection and your LIFE… without you even realizing it? Well, chances are, we'd probably have a lot to talk about then. So we might as well get started!Let's dive in._____________________* JOIN REG BABES AFTER DARK HERE *(just $50 for one year when you sign up by April 30th!)_____________________AFFILIATE LINKS: Fly Kakao- The best cacao you've ever tasted in your life. | 4/3/26 | The Most Toxic Relationship You're In Is The One With Yourself [with Maggie Boillot] | When it comes to conversations on toxic relationships, we're usually quick to point a finger outside of ourselves and share the story of what so-and-so did to us.But how often are we pausing to reflect on our own personal baggage? | 4/1/26 | Overcome The Internal War Of Perfectionism + Learn To Embrace Your Messy Self | What happens when we strip down the layers of who we are pretending to be, and people instead see us for the messy, chaotic, mistake-making humans that we are? If your nervous system just took a nose dive thinking about that- then you just might be someone who struggles with perfectionism. Hi. You're in good company here. In today's episode, we're having a deep discussion on the internal war of perfectionism, and how this is deeply intertwined with both people pleasing AND procrastination. We're talking about the consequences of constantly trying to be perfect, how this impacts every area of our life, and ultimately- how it can lead us to living a life completely out of alignment from who we truly are and what we truly want. I'm getting real, raw and honest about the way perfectionism has ‘ruled’ my life up until now- and how it is still impacting me today (even though this is embarrassing for me to admit out loud). Best part? We're also going to discuss how we stop falling into this trap, and how we can learn to embrace our messy and chaotic selves instead. We were berated for touching ourselves and censored to believe that pleasure is bad.But what if self-pleasure was actually a portal to greater self-trust, and as a result, true self-love? | 3/25/26 | How To Keep Yourself Regulated In An Unpredictable Environment | Ever since I started 'working on myself' years ago, I realized just how unregulated I tend to be on a daily basis. My emotions? They can be all over the map, and there's a lot of things that can overstimulate me in a hot minute. As such, I've had to really come to terms with understanding myself and what I need to feel calm, content and grounded. In a 'normal' day, this is easy to manage- you know, when my schedule and environment are predictable. But when there's any uncertainty, like right now when I'm traveling, I have to resort to non-negotiables in my day to keep me regulated. In today's episode we're diving into what exactly this looks like for me- and how you can set yourself up for success to better manage your emotions no matter what your environment might look like. | 3/20/26 | Your Body Is Allowed To Belong [with Santina Rigano-Lesch] | There’s an unspoken rule that most of us learn at a very young age about which bodies are allowed to belong- and which are not.As a result, we’ve gotten really good at shrinking and fitting ourselves into some pretty small boxes. We’re constantly adjusting, fixing, hiding- basically doing anything we can to avoid being seen in any area of our lives. And that? Well, it’s pretty fucking sad and it’s time we talk about it. So today… we’re doing just that.In this extra spicy and totally unhinged episode, I am joined by Friday’s with Friends guest Santina Rigano-Lesch, and boy-oh-boy- does she ever have a message for us.In this conversation, we’re talking about moments in life where our worth was directly connected to our body, how this altered the way we showed up throughout our entire life- and how it’s finally time to demand more for your life. This is probably one of my favourite conversations on the podcast to date, and this topic is centered around something that I think is so important for us all to hear.I can’t wait for you to listen to it!__________________________Here's A Little About Santina + Her Journey:Santina Rigano-Lesch is a movement educator, dance professional, and creative entrepreneur who helps people reconnect with their bodies through joy, rhythm, and release.Born and raised in Adelaide, South Australia, Santina began dancing at age four and grew up immersed in studio life; training, performing, and teaching across many dance styles. After teenage experiences in ballet left her feeling disconnected from her body, she found freedom and self-expression, as an adult, in alternative styles that celebrated individuality, musicality, and authenticity. Now based in Washington State, Santina is the founder of Basic Bitch Boogie (BBB), a movement-based app and community rooted in joy-forward, trauma-informed practices. Her work is deeply informed by lived experience and navigating life in a bigger body, chronic illness, as well as years spent unlearning “push through it” narratives common in dance culture. Through BBB, she helps people rebuild self-trust, regulate their nervous systems, and feel at home in their bodies again. At the heart of everything Santina does is one belief: every body is a dancing body, and when we remove what holds us back, joy becomes a powerful pathway to healing, connection, and self-expression.Find + Connect With Santina Here:APP | INSTAGRAM | INSTAGRAM #2Explore Her Behind-The-Scenes Tell-All:REG BABES AFTER DARK_____________________EXTRAS + SOCIALS Connect on Instagram:Go Regulate YourselfConnect on Facebook:Go Regulate Yourself | — | ||||||

| 3/11/26 | How To 'Intentionalize' Your Goals Instead Of Strategize Them | Have you ever stopped to consider the steps that you are taking in pursuit of a goal- and WHY exactly you're taking them? If you said no, you wouldn't be alone. The truth is that most of us have a laundry-list of goals we're working towards, but what we DON'T have is an understanding of what can really make-or-break our chances of achieving them. We're often guilty of obsessing over strategies, researching plans, or checking out how other people are doing things- and then… we do it the exact same way. Not because it feels good or right, but because we think we have to, that we need to, or that we 'should'. And THIS is exactly what leads us into problem area #1: staying stuck, frustrated, and ultimately, not getting the results that we desire. So how do we fix this? The answer is in moving away from 'strategizing' and instead, intentionalizing. What is that you might ask? Well, in today's episode we're exploring exactly what this means- and why it could very well be the missing piece to you achieving everything you want.Let's dive in, shall we?_____________________AFFILIATE LINKS: Fly Kakao- The best cacao you've ever tasted in your life. | 3/4/26 | Demand More For Your Life And Actually Get It | Over the last two weeks I've entered into a ‘soul lesson’ portal (which happens basically every time I travel)- and today's episode is coming at you with a very important conversation that you need to hear. That conversation is this:How does one actually change their life? What must one do? Or better yet, what is a non-negotiable in demanding more for your life? The answer is simple. In full transparency, you don't need a plan or perfect settings. You don't need to have all the answers or unlimited resources. And you most certainly don't need to be fearless or 100% confident in what you're setting out to do. What you DO need however… is an unshakeable mindset that you want more for your life, and a deep inner knowing that you will stop at nothing to get it. Creating a life of your dreams isn't luck. It doesn't just fall out of the sky. It requires taking responsibility for your life, making it a priority and taking the necessary action steps- no matter how hard, scary or uncomfortable they might be. So if you're ready to unhook from societal expectations, become delusional AND have it all… you're going to want to listen to this episode. | 2/20/26 | Become The Wolf Of Your Own Story with Genea Barnes | Anyone who has experienced trauma in their life will tell you that it’s not necessarily the trauma itself that’s the hardest to overcome- but what comes next. Suddenly you’re not just trying to heal something that’s happened but learning how to live despite it.Because what happens when you have a nervous system that’s programmed for danger even when the ‘problem’ is gone? What happens when you have a body that now has a default setting of pain, fear and angst? How do you move forward when you’re constantly waiting for something to go wrong? In today’s Fridays with Friends feature, Genea Barnes helps us to answer these exact questions and more. She takes us back to the beginning of her journey (before she became a sought-after trauma coach), when she held the hand of a dying junkie at the age of four. This moment, like so many in her childhood, deeply wired her body to expect pain and hardship- and she shares with us how she spent years of her life chasing fleeting feelings of peace, love and freedom; something she could taste but never quite hold.It wasn’t until she realized that she had to take radical responsibility for her life and her trauma that everything changed. She describes how she had to acknowledge parts of herself she didn’t want to see in order to truly heal- like her tendencies to manipulate, mirror harm and take from people. This ‘shame’ (deeply woven into the shadow parts of her being), was keeping her stuck in a cycle of self-victimization- and once she finally accepted it, only then was she able to create the life that she had been dreaming about for years. If you’re ready to stop using your trauma as an excuse for the behaviours or patterns in your life and instead take radical responsibility for the direction your life is headed… then this is an episode you don’t want to miss.Let’s dive in, shall we?__________________________Here's A Little About Genea + Her Journey:Genea Barnes is a speaker, mentor, and coach who empowers people to move away from and resolve conflict … that has been created from trauma, generational trauma, or inconsistent, unpredictable, neglectful, or disconnected parenting … so they can access greater peace and freedom in all areas of their life. This allows them to access and grow their divine gifts, opens the door to business flow and financial abundance, and creates open, present, and connected relationships. Granting them the opportunity to operate from freedom, ease, and the TRUTH of who they are.She believes that when you operate from the TRUTH of who you are, humanity evolves.Find + Connect With Genea Here:WEBSITE | INSTAGRAM | FACEBOOK | LINKEDINExplore Her Behind-The-Scenes Tell-All:REG BABES AFTER DARK | — | ||||||
| 2/18/26 | Childless By Choice: The Decision To Not Have Children | For most of my life, I've been told that the role of a woman is to simply have children and bring new life into this world- and if I don't? Well, I'm either not experiencing the full depths of what it means to be woman, OR my time here on earth won't mean anything (because you know, legacy). And so… I'm calling BS. The truth is that I've known from a very early age that children were not meant to be in my life plan. It's not something I want, desire or frankly need- and I've got a whole different vision for how my life is going to go. Thus, in today's episode, we're gonna talk it out. The reasoning why I, like so many other women, are choosing not to have children- and why this might upset the narrative that society wants us to believe and hold.Ready to dive in?_____________________AFFILIATE LINKS: Fly Kakao- The best cacao you've ever tasted in your life. | 1/30/26 | Surviving a Terrorist Bombing, FBI Interrogation, and Flashbacks with Christiane Scarpino | A cup of coffee saved her life. On an unsuspecting summer morning in 1977, Christiane Scarpino was saved by the three steps she took away from her desk to get a cup of coffee- at the precise moment that a bomb in her office went off. Did you just get chills? Well, just wait until you here the rest of this story. In this Friday's with Friends episode, we're talking directly with 70 year-old Christiane Scarpino about the trauma she faced at the age of 21 when she survived a terrorist bombing attack at her job (from a woman only six months older than her). She walks us through the moments leading up to the explosion, the immediate aftermath, and how for years afterwards, she was treated like a criminal by the FBI who believed that she could be a suspect. She explains how she was never evaluated medically, that PTSD wasn't known like it is today, and how she suffered for years with flashbacks and memory loss that she felt like she had to hide. She's now reclaiming her voice with her memoir (a book she wrote to help others heal), and she's not holding back in this interview at all. Are you ready to hear a wild story?__________________________Here's A Little About Christiane:Christiane Scarpino is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and retired Massage Therapist who now devotes her life to raising awareness about Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). A graduate of Rutgers University and Purdue University, she lives in New Jersey with her husband and their cherished Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retrievers, whom she trains and competes with in various performance events.A survivor of a terrorist bombing in 1977, Christiane’s life took a dramatic turn as she grappled with the long-lasting effects of PTSD. Her memoir, Missing Pieces, shares her deeply personal journey of resilience, highlighting the hidden struggles of trauma survivors and the importance of understanding the condition’s impact on daily life. Through her story, she provides a powerful message of hope for fellow survivors and advocates for greater awareness, empathy, and support for those living with invisible wounds.Christiane’s mission is to educate others about PTSD, emphasizing the need for accommodations and understanding- even for those who may appear “normal” on the outside.
