So today, we're going to gently reclaim it together. Find a comfortable spot, maybe a chair, maybe the floor, wherever you feel supported. This next few minutes is just for you. Let's start by taking three intentional breaths. Breathe in through your nose for a count of four, and exhale slowly through your mouth like you're fogging a mirror. Again. In for four, and out. One more time. Notice how your body feels a little heavier now, a little more settled. Good. Stay with me here. Now, I want you to think about something small from your morning.
