Hey there, friend. I'm Julia Cartwright, and I'm so glad you're here with me right now, on this Monday morning in late April. You know that feeling when the week stretches ahead and you're not quite sure where your gratitude went? Like someone borrowed it and forgot to return it? Yeah, I get it. So today, we're going to gently reclaim it together. Find a comfortable spot, maybe a chair, maybe the floor, wherever you feel supported. This next few minutes is just for you. Let's start by taking three intentional breaths. Breathe in through your nose for a count of four, and exhale slowly through your mouth like you're fogging a mirror. Again. In for four, and out. One more time. Notice how your body feels a little heavier now, a little more settled. Good. Stay with me here. Now, I want you to think about something small from your morning. Maybe it was the temperature of your shower, or the taste of your coffee, or simply the fact that your eyes opened today. Not the big, Instagram-worthy stuff. The quiet stuff.
