Epic's annual UGM conference ended a couple of weeks ago, and thankfully, I was able to attend. I share my experience being at the conference, as well as what the big takeaway from a digital front door perspective was. Lastly, we conclude this episode by discussing our thoughts on Epic's announcement for a single sign-on for patients into MyChart, allowing you to log in with the same credentials no matter which provider you go to.
