We are sad to announce the passing of Erik Dalton on January 11, 2025 in Costa Rica on his 81st birthday of a heart attack while swimming laps in his pool. He will be known for many years to come as one of the most brilliant minds in manual therapy technique and training in the United States and around the world. Host Jeremy Quinby had an opportunity to talk shop with him back in 2020 and it was one of most joyous episodes in the podcast's history as the 2 share their 70 years of combines experience and backgrounds as musicians. As a child, Frank had every conceivable childhood disease (mumps, measles, pneumonia) and struggled throughout childhood and adolescence with a compromised immune system –leading to a constant battle to stay healthy and enjoy all the sports he loved.
