It has been one whole year since Santa Eulalia got a brand new Indian restaurant in the Marina and in today´s episode we head there for an an incredible three course lunch to meet DJ and producer Paul Reynolds and hear how he started his career on the island. From starting out in the West End to getting his first break at Space and playing the closing party before meeting Yann from Hi and Ushuaia and co-founding Melon Bomb, Paul also shares with us his immense passion for cooking. During the pandemic he started a Grub Club, when the clubs were closed and making curry was his something he found a new love for and had a whole crew of other DJ´s delivering food for him all over the island so he was the perfect guest to invite to Jatayu to experience the full delights of their delicious menu.
