Building a GOP Coalition Inside Silicon Valley's 80/20 Blue Fortress

About this episode

David Johnson discusses the challenges and strategies of building a conservative coalition in Silicon Valley.

A Silicon Valley Republican chairman reveals what life is really like for conservatives hiding inside Google and Big Tech — where admitting you vote red can cost you your career. David Johnson, chairman of the Santa Clara County Republican Party, tells Larry O'Connor how he's building a grassroots conservative coalition in one of the bluest counties in America, where one GOP committee member was forced to drop her party affiliation just to run for mayor.
