The conversation concluded with reflections on success, happiness, and the significance of personal values. The discussion centered on the concept of financial freedom and its impact on personal and professional life. Scott shared his journey from corporate life to Wildland Firefighting, emphasizing the importance of time, location, and financial freedom. He highlighted his charity, Fuel Foundations, which he donates 5% of his income to. This was inspired by the book "Profit First" and the Cole Hatter events "Thrive Make Money Matter". Brian also shared a story of donating $500 to a fellow Hurricane Helene volunteer, which led to significant impacts in North Carolina. The conversations also touched on the importance of resilience, problem-solving, and the value of entrepreneurial mindsets in achieving success. They also welcomed a new face, a lifelong entrepreneur, Dave Intini, who joined in on the fun with brisket, cigars, and manly growth conversations. Quote: The Meaning of Good and Bad, of Better and Worse, is simply Helping and Hurting. ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson Today’s Top 3 Takeaways:Learning to and executing on fostering higher-level conversations among men. The power of male camaraderie, which is necessary in life, both personally and professionally. Family, Work-Life Balance, and Personal Successes outweighing professional. For one, my former career was mental health. So I was 20 years as a mental health therapist, master's degree, and making $45,000 a year. That's poverty, that's a crime. Even if you make $250-500,000 a year, it doesn't matter like when you're in corporate and you have a title that goes along with it, at some point, you're signing your soul away for you to make that money, you're gonna have to work more. You have to do all those things. But as an entrepreneur, you can make infinite money without always having to work harder. 40:10 – Let me full serve that real quick. One thing I love about this is like you've given me a lot of props over the years since I met you over running chainsaws, volunteering, building mountain biking trails, and hearing those horror stories and just me telling you, like, bro, start easy. Just start listening to podcasts. Get into the audiobooks, start geeking out. That was just some of the earlier shit we discussed. But technically, what I loved full circle tonight was what you just said a few minutes ago, before the word vomit, is the fact that actually Dave's one of your earlier mentors, before you met me. 64:50 – I'm the same person, but because I have more financial freedom, I can fix most problems and help build most dreams, most of which are for other people that I care about. Therefore, that's when I say money matters.73:00 – I worked for one person my whole life, my dad. I moved on, I went on, I kept going. I saw my own thing, but that's the family, but again, the lightest, most laid back guy here. He taught me everything. 82:00 – Final Words Our Final Words of the Show:Congratulations to Arnoldo Moreno of Phoenix Crew 63, our newest Wildland Firefighter to receive a new pair of wildland firefighting boots. | 5/24/25 | ![]() Oxidative Stress, Healthy Longevity, and ESS60 | Today we discuss the carbon molecule ESS60 and it's applications for Oxidated Stress, Longevity of life, and more:Scott Mulvaney and Chris Burris discuss the health benefits of ESS60, a Nobel Prize-winning molecule discovered in 1985. ESS60, a spherical molecule of 60 carbon atoms, was found to extend the life of Wistar rats by 90% when dissolved in olive oil. Chris explains that ESS60 buffers oxidative stress by holding reactive oxygen species until the body can manage them, enhancing mitochondrial function. Chris shares testimonials from athletes like Anthony Kunkle, who use ESS60 to prevent damage and improve performance. The product is recommended for those under high stress or engaging in intense physical activities. Chris Burres discussed MyVitalC's products, emphasizing the benefits of olive oil and ESS60 for health. He highlighted the challenges of FDA regulations and the importance of transparency in the supplement industry. MyVitalC's products, including olive oil, avocado oil, and MCT oil, are tested frequently for quality. He stressed the importance of addressing aging as a disease to achieve longevity escape velocity, supported by the rapid increase in medical information.Quote: "We can change the expression of more than 70 percent of the genes that have a direct bearing on our health and longevity." ~ David PerlmutterYour Co-Host Today:CHRIS BURRES is the founder and chief scientist at MyVitalC, where he manufactured a Nobel Prize-winning molecule responsible for the single longest longevity experimental result in history–a full 90% extension of life. He is also a published author, host of the Uncovering the Secrets to Longevity Health Summit, a podcast host, patent holder and master of comedy improv. He is the intersection where science meets laughter and his life’s mission is to help people live longer, healthier, happier, pain-free lives with science. Today’s Top 3 Takeaways:Biohacking and the impacts of properly designed healthy supplement. The role of olive oil and ESS60 for Health and Performance. The reality is, we're getting 90% amorphous carbon junk and 10% of fullerenes. This ESS60 molecule is one of the most abundant fullerenes. So it's a very inefficient process, then you got to isolate it, and then you turn it into ESS60, which is the process for people and pets. That's when the kind of supplement side of things starts. You actually mix it in vats, in olive oil, to get it to dissolve, because the molecules are not water soluble. You need a fat based element like EVOO. 21:30 – It is six carbon molecules, with a ring shape. So six carbon molecules, when it's alone, it's a carcinogen and toxic to us. So it's known to be toxic, known to be a carcinogen. So they thought this molecule would be toxic, and they put it in that toxicity study. In that study, they used Wistar Rats as the subjects. In this case, they gave one group water, one group olive oil, and then one group olive oil with as much of the ESS60 molecule as they could get to dissolve in it. Instead of being toxic, the test subjects that they gave the ESS60 formula lived 90% longer than the control group. So a full 90% extension of life in Wistar rats, peer reviewed, published research. You can imagine, that's the thing that changed us from being happy go lucky, carbon nanomaterial scientists. 47:15 – In that original study, they did a very interesting thing. My actually Director of Research said, at one point. This could have been five separate papers, because there's so much stuff in it. One of the things was they injected a group of rats, so not the main rats that live 90% longer, but some group of rats, they injected them with carbon tetrachloride. This is a poison that causes Oxidative Stress to the liver. And so each of the rat groups, the ones given water, the ones given olive oil, their livers did not repair recover from this injection. It was the ESS60 in olive oil that those rats livers were on the mend. They did euthanize all the rats and check out their livers. It was only the ESS60 rats whose livers had repaired themselves. That's what we are. We're a men's group of inspiration, adventure, brotherhood, so let's dig in on our interesting group of guys. 24:35 – In the METAL MEN group, guys come to us often looking for help with something they're looking for help with. You know, career advice, or you've hit a plateau in what you're doing, or you want to find out what next. You are just looking for something, right? But guys that stick around stay for the Brotherhood. That is what you're talking about, the human connection. Being in a space where meeting guys who are very similar to the way you look at things, but from many different backgrounds. 44:00 – I don't ride motorcycles anymore, the one in 600 but this is actually a specific thing. This is about commuting to work as you get in a sort of ongoing route that you get used to, and you start relaxing, which you should never do, do not become complacent, right? If there was an accident and you survive, the odds are you are going to ride a different way afterwards. How are you going to manage that risk? Sometimes you just have to accept there is a risk, and it's part of life, right? The fifth thing that we have out of the eight is our BROTHERHOOD. Successful MEN need other successful men. We come from a community and metal of heart centeredness. METAL is completely independent. We are not affiliated with any publishing, religious, political, etc. We are an independent community. 1:05:40 – The answer to that is actually brotherhood and community. It's about connecting with guys who've been very successful or are on the way to being very successful, who can then lean in and just be with you because they're in the same place. Choosing conscious Brotherhood is different than just meeting guys when you're out in the world. If you've got kids, you meet the friends, you meet your kids, friends, and fathers. What do you have in common? Likely not very much, but you've got your kids in common, and so you'll end up in this kind of hinterland of having these men, male relationships around you. You don't really have anything in common, and you couldn't really say, well, you know, I'm in a really dark depression because my dream came true six weeks ago. 01:20:59 – Final Words Our Final Words of the Show:I think I can sum up what you're talking about in terms of sort of a personal development frame, which is you, you seem to be a perfect example of a guy who knows himself more. Now, when you were a kid, you didn't know yourself then, and there are lessons that you go through to know yourself better. The secret to happiness in your late 40s, early 50s and onwards is knowing yourself, and it's finding your purpose and understanding where your weaknesses are. Impulse control, if you come from a family where you have addiction in the family, just be aware that may well be integrated into your DNA and in a way that you could fall off that wagon pretty quick. Just be conscious of it, that is a thing. Know yourself. | 4/22/25 | ![]() Headache Advantage with Dr. Scott Vrzal | Healing Headaches By Understanding The Origins of Your Pain:The hosts today discuss the common issue of headaches and the role of chiropractic care. Dr. Vrzal, a chiropractor with over 30 years of experience, shares his personal journey with headaches and his advocacy for drug-free, holistic solutions. He explains the seven specific headache patterns linked to various organs and the importance of listening to the body. Dr. V emphasizes the role of nutrition, supplementation, and stress management in maintaining health. He also highlights the limitations of traditional medicine and the benefits of functional medicine and biohacking. The conversation underscores the need for personal accountability in health and the value of integrative approaches. Dr. V discusses the connection between physical symptoms like upper trap tension and sacroiliac pain with underlying health issues such as blood sugar problems and yeast infections. They emphasize the importance of listening to one's body and being an advocate for one's health to improve quality of life. Dr. V suggests that if one were to see the future consequences of poor health choices, like eating sugar and grains, it would be a powerful motivator to change behavior. They also mention that certain foods, like corn, can trigger health problems like cortisol dumping and ovarian cysts. Scott agrees, noting the impact of inflammatory responses on joint pain and the importance of sharing health knowledge through their podcast. They both stress the significance of being proactive in health management and the enduring value of educational content. Quote: "Headaches are the unseen foes in our daily lives, striking unexpectedly yet universally." Dr. Scott Vrzal, driven by constant debilitating headaches in his youth, was cured by a Chiropractor. He pursued a career in the same discipline inspired by the change. Initially misdiagnosed and advised to consult a psychiatrist due to the pain, he embarked on a mission to understand headaches' root causes. With over 30 years of expertise, Dr. Vrzal refines pain patterns, advocates drug-free and holistic solutions, and shares his methods to a healthier lifestyle. His thriving practice reflects a personal commitment to health, performance, and relieving patients' pain. Today’s Top 3 Takeaways:Pay attention to how your body responds to each meal, identify trigger foods.Experiment with eliminating inflammatory foods like factory chicken, tomatoes, peppers (night shades), and grains.Stablize blood sugar through your focus on diet and exercise to improve focus, sleep, and overall health. Jayhttps://www.ajconsultingcompany.com/store/c1/Featured_Products.html Watch us on YouTube:https://youtu.be/By0ZyRFo6Qc?si=5tITRqXpDROYw5Xi Timestamped Show Notes:02:00 – Headaches are a hot subject for me, I got into it bcause of my headaches and my my lust for performance. I was a natural bodybuilder at the time and I'd get pounding headaches every time I did bench press.10:30 – If the pec or clavicular muscle is not firing properly, we look at stomach function. If they have a low back pain in the flank area, we look at large intestine function. So when we we identify what the primary weakness is, and that's the beauty of of headaches for me, I'll circle back to that. But again, every muscle has associated organs. When we find these organ dysfunctions, these weaknesses, then we look at, is it a structural need or structural compromise that's compromised in the muscle?15:10 – It could be that you're drinking your water out of a plastic bottle and you're getting the estrogenic effects from from the plastics. It's because at one of those pathways in the liver, we were just referring to, like your glutathione pathway. Maybe that's not breaking the hormones down properly and it's setting you up for this type of headache. So I would suspect when you're currently on your your glutathione products, that you're proably going to be a lot less likely to have those types of headaches. 26:15 – We want to keep the keep the toxic metals out, which means pesticides and that sort of stuff. So eating the organic vegetables, getting those, you know, grains are all adulterated. They have that Roundup influence, the glyphosate in there that compromises gallbladder function, which is why the right sided headache is the most common type of headache in America. 37:15 – When we're stuck in that state, then we get the frontal headaches. We have compromised the stomach lining. You know, cortisol is a catabolic hormone, ultimately, and which means it breaks the body down. It's going to break down muscle. So certainly, when we're over training, we're breaking down muscle. We need to then heal up and recover properly. So that frontal headache means that you're not managing that, the body's not managing the stress hormones properly, and it's going to manifest as a frontal. Download and Listen to the rest of our show!01:00:00 – Final Words Our Final Words of the Show:It's about changing the way people perceive health and what their body is trying to tell them pain is, I mean, with the applied kinesiology that the approach to healthcare that I use, it's very, very, very evident that every, not you know, fibromyalgia, is 25 different pain patterns, or you know, different things like that, every not tells a story. So my I'm here to try to empower you the listener, to listen to what that pain is telling you. Any I mean, upper trap tension is typically a blood sugar problem, tent pain and the weakness and weak, weakness on the side of the neck, blood sugar feeding yeast, and that'll manifest as sacroiliac pain, or low back, you know, tailbone kind of pain. So all of those have it tell a story, and I made it my, my life's mission to, you know, any you know, Scott points to somewhere, you know here, I know, okay, that's a lung issue, oh, that's a gallbladder issue, that's an adrenal issue, and I can go right to it, and then then there's specific food triggers or lifestyle issues that are going to cause that. So my whole thing, my my MO at this point, my legacy is listen to your body. It's trying to tell you a story and be your own advocate. To identify what that is. Quality of life goes up, you know, the quantity of years. But even more importantly, the quality of those years exponentially changes. I've often said the best practice management tool I could have would be a crystal ball, you know. You know, Scott, you quit eating, you know, sugar, sugar and grains. This is how you're, you know, you're going to look in feel in 80 years. You know, you quit eating, you keep eating your sugar and grains. This is how you're going to look and feel if you make it another 30 years, you know. So I mean, that would be the best motivating tool we could have. But pain is, is kind of that crystal ball to help us understand, oops, these choices are compromising my health. So let's learn from them. Let's be our best advocate that's going to inspire their doctors. You know, the listener, your doctor, is going to potentially shift their paradigm as they recognize you figuring these things out. Then they're going to tell the next person you know, hey, just you know, Scott quit eating sugar, and his neck pain went away. What about you? They just don't understand.29:20 – The Steak and Butter Gang is just my private community for those who need that extra help and guidance, so I've set up the steak and butter gang to be an online community. You basically get to hop on almost daily zoom calls with my team of coaches, moderators, etc. The magic is in the live zoom calls, because you actually get to talk to carnivores of 3, 4, 5, 6+ years of experience. We talked about Dr. Chaffee a lot, I invite carnivore doctors like Dr. Chaffee, Dr. Baker, and others to do monthly Q and A's.30:00 – Download and listen to learn more on today's episode! 01:17:30 – Final WordsOur Final Words of the Show: This year, I think the main theme of my life, and I did turn 28 a few months ago, so I feel like I'm still a baby. I get to hang out with so many great carnivores and just this conversation alone, I learned so much from you. I feel like this year, for the theme, it should be, spread kindness, love, and question everything. So these things I find I've been doing every single day, spread love and kindness above all, and at the same time question everything. Every single day, I learn something new, but that's because I keep an open mind. Even carnivore things. There are videos where I'm like, automatically we make all these assumptions, but then I keep the open mind, and I always walk away learning something new. So I hope people who listen to your episode, they question everything, they are okay with unlearning things that they thought were facts, and they spread love and kindness. That's what I would want to share.Your Positive Action Forward: Don’t forget to Submit a 5-Star ReviewGet my book "So You Want To Be A Hotshot" - HotshotBook.com Visit FuelFoundations.org our 501c-3 non-profit! Through intensive study of traditional and modern wellness systems worldwide, he has become a guide for diverse individuals, employing a spectrum of high-impact teachings in bodywork, sound, breath, values, and movement. He is also the Director and lead instructor for the Alphabiotic Training Academy as well as the lineage holder and lead teacher trainer of EDGU: Evolutionary Spinal Maintenance. Today’s Top 5 Takeaways: Wellness Innovation vs "Traditional Medicine".Stress in relation to "Modern Medicine".Exploring experiences in relation to developed Coping Mechanisms. Nature and Balance with Values and Priorities.Movement, Breathwork, Self-Care, and Personal Growth. Influencer(s) Mentioned: Dr. John DemartiniHuman Behavior Specialist and founder of the Demartini Methodhttps://drdemartini.com/Today’s Guest Co-Host Links: Website: www.vitalistproject.comFacebook - https://www.facebook.com/vitalistlifeInstagram - https://www.instagram.com/lifestyles_of_light/Watch us on YouTube: https://youtu.be/JMi70ShWMYQ Timestamped Show Notes: 13:40 – I would say you could call it desensitized, or you could call it discernment and adaptation. I'm in the business of helping people become better adapted to modern stress, which basically means they're able to maintain your center right in as conditions all around you increase in chaos. You actually drop in more deeply because you have the ability to discern. Like, is this life and death for me, or is this an opportunity for me to, in your case, share the skills that you have inherently. I'm in the same way, like I've been out rock climbing and watched somebody fall and dislocate a leg, and I walk over and I'm like, okay, get them stable. Then we put their leg back into position. They're like, how did you do that? 24:10 – That is actually stress release and recovery. So the emotion, like a person like you, I'm actually very similar in the way. I can show up in an emergency or in someone's life that is going through chronic issues, like disease. I can show up with dozens of them around and so I'm just serving, serving, serving, serving, serving. I can stay really centered and grounded, because it's what lights me up. This is what my nervous system, what I've groomed it to do. 53:50 – We teach people how to do this and teach movement. It's called EDU Immersion, a practical spinal maintenance. Have a happy spine, calm, and I give out a free workshop on it. So you'll learn about stress, the neurophysiology of stress, and then how to work with your system with movement. So I mentioned, whenever you stress out, you always lateralize into one hemisphere. Well, what's beautiful about the body is that left hemisphere controls right side of the body and vice versa. So if I have a movement system that crosses my midline regularly, and what happens is it forces cross modal communication in the two hemispheres. So now those hemispheres are starting to compare data and go, wait, why are we in a stress state right now? You know based on what we're seeing right now, there's no bear out there. So you get to create congruence between the two hemispheres, the brain waves slow down into alpha and theta in the body to get that parasympathetic sympathetic balance. So that's really why we have an online course for that as well, called Moving Back Into Balance. 01:0:50 – Final Words Our Final Words of the Show: One key point is that your body is brilliant. Your being is brilliant, like what you're capable of is far beyond what you could ever even imagine. So this is an invitation for you to lean into that. Lean into that by getting outside, by talking nicely to yourself and asking good questions, by valuing yourself with good choices. We're making choices every day, all day, and one of the biggest choices, I would say, is to start to see everything that's happened in your life as on the way, rather than in the way. Because as you make that change, and you start to reflect on this conversation we've had today, you start to look at these things that you've thought, Damn, that was in the way. If you can start to shift and ask, how is it on the way? You start to, as my friend Dr. John Demartini says, you become no longer a victim of reality, but a master of destiny. You move from being a victim to whatever is happening to you, to recognize your creative powers, your self-authorship that you get to meet every moment, and you're filling in that content. You're the meaning maker. So if you just own that and bring the pen back in your hand and get out of the victimhood thing, you can do incredible things. Everyone has a value that's equally valuable to everyone else, because we're all on a unique journey here as a soul in the human body.Your Positive Action Forward: Don’t forget to Submit a 5-Star ReviewGet my book "So You Want To Be A Hotshot" - HotshotBook.com Visit FuelFoundations.org our 501c-3 non-profit! | 3/5/25 | ![]() Supporting Veterinarians with Valeo Mentis | The Podcast For Veterinarians, Equine, and Beyond: Welcome to a new and unique episode with podcast hosts John Ryan and Ryan Murphy, co-founders of a new podcast called Valeo Mentis. John Ryan, is a Senior Equine Specialist impacting large animal veterinarian needs with 19+ years of experience. Ryan Murphy brings us a background in finance and veterinary sales as well. They discuss their podcast's focus on the equine veterinary industry. They aim to address challenges such as mental health, work-life balance, and the attrition rate among our valued veterinarian doctors. Scott shares his experience in podcasting, emphasizing the importance of high-quality content and audience engagement. They also discuss potential monetization strategies and the value of building a loyal email list. The discussion centers on monetizing a podcast ethically, with suggestions including implementing a paywall, using affiliate links, and maintaining a supportive community. Scott shared experiences of accidentally gaining clients organically through this show and emphasized the importance of clear disclosure for affiliate links. They all highlighted the need for community building and shared insights on using AI for editing. They also hit on the importance of aligning monetization strategies with a podcast show's mission.Today’s Top 3 Takeaways:Understanding the big challenges and tenure impacts, attrition rates, in the veterinary industry.Setting boundaries, prioritizing personal time, feeling less alone, for the big picture of "work/personal life balance".Setting goals and future plans in podcasting for Valeo Mentis and beyond. Who & What is Valeo Mentis?Valeo Mentis is a podcast dedicated to connecting people within the veterinary community through meaningful stories, insights, and resources. The title itself, Valeo Mentis, is derived from Latin, where "Valeo" means "to be strong" or "to thrive," and "Mentis" refers to the "mind" or "spirit." Put together, it translates roughly to "thriving minds" or "strengthening the mind."The podcast’s goal is to nurture the mental and emotional well-being of veterinarians, veterinary professionals, and anyone involved in the animal care world. By sharing real stories, practical advice, and personal journeys, Valeo Mentis aims to create a supportive, connected community that helps people grow both personally and professionally. It’s about encouraging collaboration, sharing wisdom, and fostering a space where listeners can find inspiration, comfort, and valuable knowledge—ultimately thriving in the challenging but rewarding world of veterinary medicine.Today’s Guest Co-Host Links:https://www.valeomentis.com/https://www.linkedin.com/company/valeo-mentishttps://www.linkedin.com/in/john-ryan-28b99129/https://www.linkedin.com/in/ryan-murphy-7837a5162/Your Co-Hosts Deeper Dive: Ryan Murphy: Murph works in veterinary sales in the Northeast US. He grew up in Pennsylvania on a horse breeding farm and his father is a thoroughbred racetrack vet. He has the perspective of the child of someone who’s dedicated their life to taking care of horses and understands the lifestyle. He currently resides in Connecticut with his wife, two children, three horses, golden retriever and cat. John Ryan: John has worked in veterinary sales since 2003. He grew up riding horses and acquired his animal health science degree from Penn State University. He’s been serving the industry for a long time and has a broad perspective. He currently resides in Montana with his wife, daughter and dog.Mentioned Influencers: Dr. Kristen Fenstermacher VMD of All Points Equinehttps://allpointsequine.com/https://www.linkedin.com/in/kristen-fenstermacher-1810bb1b/ Watch us on YouTube: https://youtu.be/e_lMnZgwjTo Timestamped Show Notes: 22:00 – I always remind people, guess where most people start their podcasts, is it in the garage, in their bedroom? No it's the closet, it's about finding that smaller room, less chance of an echo, less noise reverberation off of the walls. If you have clothing hang in there, you push it to the sides, again, extra sound matting, and especially if you don't have an upgraded microphone yet. 28:15 –We talk to equine veterinarians all day long and we wear a lot of different hats in the roles that we have, and half the time, I feel like we're almost a little bit like therapists. People just want to talk, and they want to talk through their issues. So we spend a lot of time just listening to people kind of talk about what's going on and what the challenges are. There's a really unfortunate phenomenon in our large animal industry, people come into it straight out of school, and they wind up leaving in a few years and going to a small animal or doing something completely different. So there's this attrition rate on an already anemic level, the supply of veterinarians is hurting. There has always been mental health issues going on as well. Citizens do not realize how challenging the long hours are, late nights in the dark, etc. 33:00 – So there's so many ways to access this wealth of knowledge or entertainment. If you're somebody who's spending all day in a car, no matter what you're doing, whether you're a veterinarian or a salesperson, and you're not using that time to better yourself, either personally or professionally, you are missing a great opportunity to grow. 45:20 – There are "consultants" out there being recommended in some of the veterinary world, supposedly helping all of these veterinarians. Claiming they know how to grow their business and grow their sales. You have to do your due diligence, especially as doctors trying to understand entrepreneurship to grow and maintain a business while loving the clients' animals. 50:00 – I actually had one veterinarian in Idaho who who did that after we had that profitability conversation. He took me out to breakfast, he bought breakfast for me, and he said, I just wanted to thank you. He said, I did what you said. I didn't do it as extreme as you suggested, but I started making that move. I'm doing incrementally over time. He's like, I am making more money. I'm working less hours, and the customers that I do have, that I've kept, are so much happier with me.01:17:40 – Final Words Our Final Words of the Show: Ryan Murphy's Final Words: I think listening to people's stories is quite impactful, especially when you can relate to those stories, even people outside of the industry. Like John said before, it's about community. So not feeling alone. That's a big thing in the industry, and so I think that's where I want them to end up, and I want them to hopefully build a community through our podcast. Valeo means to thrive, so it means mental health, but it means smeone who's thriving in mental health. In one other word, significance, significance to the people that you love, or just significance in affecting change in the world. So I think if you boil life down, the purpose for us all, is significance.John Ryan's Final Words: It's the fact that you're not alone, and you don't have to be alone in all of this. You might be struggling, but we ant you to know that you're not alone. So it's the root word for us, it's about Valor, so trength, and Mentis is about the Mind. Whatever the goal is, whatever you guys use, write it down, and then do something no one does after they write it down. If you wrote it down, you're already 90% above everybody else. Take that last 10% and read it out loud. Then if you find yourself falling off or not sure why, just pull it back out. Don't forget about it. The more you write, the more you can focus. People don't write things out anymore. I'm not talking about typing it. Don't type it and no, don't put in your phone. Get a pen and a paper and write it down like you learned in elementary school. 01:06:20 – Final Words from Brian: I just bought a really good new journal. I'm a big journal guy and value writing things down. I was talking to my wife the other day because I got some lofty goals again for '25, trying to get my life in check, as I always am doing. I need to come up with a journal that really encompasses. I don't want a weight loss journal. I don't want a diet journal. I don't want a weightlifting journal. I don't want a Business Journal. I want a journal that's a lifestyle journal that really has bits and pieces. I'm not trying to lose weight. I'm not trying to build the mega business. I'm trying to do all of it. I want to create the total package and and I started doing some Googling and dicking around on Amazon and stuff, and found, I don't remember the name of the damn company, but I found a very good journal that kind of does that for me. So I've already been sitting there writing down doing exactly what you're talking about those things. Yeah, I got it. It's all down. 01:10:20 – Final Words from Chris: All words are wise. Something that really resonated with me tonight was Brian mentioned it earlier. You know, driving your kids to school, spending that 15 minutes with them, that's something that, I'll be honest, it fucking annoys the shit out of me. Driving the kids to school sometimes, because it's, I have enough going on and driving the kids to school, there's five of them. It's two different trips back and forth. But, you know, I kind of take that for granted, and those are times where you're right, I'm never gonna fucking get them back. Life is going to throw things at you. You're going to have ups and down flows. You're not always going to be in a good mood. I am not always in a good mood. I have stresses. We all, we all have stresses, right?36:00 – If you don't want positive messages, just text back pause positive messages, and it's going to turn those off for you. Then you can focus on your gratitude journaling, your three good things, your dream journaling, or other meditations. You know, we have all kinds of activities now. You can turn on daily meditations, gratitude reminders, and/or three good things. You may be getting four texts a day at least, maybe even five sometimes, so you should adapt it to you. 46:30 – Before they started at all, they took a modified differential emotion scale questionnaire, MDS questionnaire, and that questionnaire is 20 questions. It's available for anyone to use on take two minutes, but ideally, it ranks your positivity against your negativity. So it gives you a score of how positive or how negative you are. 01:00:45 – Final Words Our Final Words of the Show: That quality time by yourself is doing something. It can be yoga. It can be meditating. Obviously, Take 2 Minutes is a lot of meditations. But definitely spend some quality time on self improvement every day. Yes, it's tough. I know, I have Take 2 Minutes. I'm the CIO of a company. I have another company I just started. So I have a lot going on. There are days where I feel like I wake up at 5am and I really want to start working right off the bat, but I know that's not the healthy thing to do. The healthy to do is to spend a good 30 minutes on myself, whether it be journaling, yoga, meditating, exercising, or something positive. I gotta spend some me time, otherwise the whole day is not going to be as productive as it could be. So I think that's what I would like to share with everyone, is find a way to spend time improving yourself. That is a very generic term, because improving yourself is different for each person and the time of day you do it can be different for each person too. Maybe it works better for you after work, maybe it works better for you before bed, but definitely take time out for yourself every day to improve who you are and get yourself into a better mindset. Myco being the Greek word for fungus and toxins, obviously a poisonous substance. So when you're dealing with the health end of it, that's if you go to a doctor that specializes in mold toxicity, they're looking at how can they pull the mycotoxins out of your body, through binders and things along those lines. But interesting enough, most of the guys in this space don't even look for mycotoxins. They might do an air sample, but that's just testing for spores. The thing that's actually the most poisonous for humans is what mold releases to defend its territory, which is a mycotoxin. 17:30 – Mold loves glue and it loves wood. So you're gonna have a moldy mess throughout the entire house, which we've definitely seen that too. The the most important thing on preventing mold is making sure that your home is as dry and clean as possible. Sometimes you have to think preventative. 28:00 – How about not knowing where your whole house filter is? In this scenario, it had been a year and a half since she had changed the filter. So it was completely bio-nesting? It was full of mold, full of all kinds of growth, and both of her HVAC units were completely contaminated. It knocked her out for four months in regards to her health. She had returned from working on disaster relief activities in Turkey and got hit with some sort of a toxic kind of blast while she was there. They were burning off all kinds of toxic stuff over there. So she comes home, she's not feeling well, she's in her bed, and that's where it hit here like a chain reaction. It just got worse and worse and worse. 55:00 – Final Words Our Final Words of the Show: I'm gonna tell you this, because you're about to go through it. Make sure when you open up your walls, I don't like to call it demolition, I like to call it precision deconstruction. You must really be precise. You don't want to attack mold or aggravate it, if you do that, it's like kicking a hornet's nest. So you want to make sure that you do it as nicely as possible. But before you do it, you have containment, and ideally, you would have engineered a control. Today’s Top 3 Takeaways: Challenges in the CBD IndustryInesa's Personal Struggles and MotivationOur Broken Medical Care System Today’s Guest Co-Host Links: nesashemp.com Facebook @nesashemp Instagram @nesashemp Personal Instagram @inesa_ponomariovaite YouTube - @NesasHempregenesis369.com Watch us on YouTube: https://youtu.be/95BKIfZYZzo Timestamped Show Notes: 08:40 – I was working on my mother's treatment to find a cure for my mom's cancer, that was years ago. I got so excited when I was able to help my mom and she's living happy, healthy life up to today. So I was so excited because I started helping all these other people across the world to share my knowledge and help these people get better. There is no such thing as you're gonna take one magical pill, even in chemo world. Your body is too complex of a mechanism. 19:00 - I did not know how to keep myself healthy. I was miserable with my health. I was a victim from pharmaceuticals. I was I was miserable from every angle and I could choose to be a victim in my life, or choose to win. I said, hell no, I'm not going to be a victim. I'm not going to be someone out there crying and whining. Long story short, I went through quite a few hard times and then I really got my life accomplished the way I wanted to. 46:50 – Final Words Our Final Words of the Show: That one thing that has actually mattered to me was to create a legacy with this company. I don't even hire the employees on the team that are not interested to leaving the legacy themselves. So everyone is chose very carefully to work with Nesas Hemp or Regenesis 369 I know I'm not going to I'm going to try. I know it's going to happen for fact, and the plans and the things I'm working on right now is going to create the revolution, and I'm not gonna continue to watch all the darkness, trying to accept how and push us and accept the darkness as okay. And I had enough of this, and I just know that I'm here, and we're gonna push really hard and we're gonna make it happen, because pushing hard looks great, but I know we're going to make it happen. I have an amazing plan. It's already working in the first phases. So with that being said, I just want to see hate turning into the love and dark turning into the light, and I want people simply to be happy and healthy. I also want all the CBD industry to crash to be honest with you, because those are pharmaceutical drugs are sold on the market. Nobody knows people are taking drugs, and they think it's coming from the plant. There is no CBD in the plant. Nobody knows about it. Just like you might CBD. No, you know, darling, you are taking actually a drug. And even smart Google tells you that. So I'm definitely create creating revolution in the industry, because it's been four or five years, every time I've been interviewed by mainstream media or articles and things like that, which is, by now probably have 1000s. I can tell you this, that's I can push sales, I can push marketing. I can push all that stuff. The only one thing I push is education that doesn't bring me money. So I bring, I bring the education. Because when we create when you're smart, when nobody can ever trick you, when you know how to make your money, when you know how to be healthy, when you know God, so But nobody's going to manipulate you, that's the moment where I feel I achieved my goal, and that's exactly where I'm going. So with my product, I know we're gonna change the industry, and we're gonna stop all these lies that hemp and cannabis and it's all the same thing, and CBD, no, no, no, people need to know the truth. So that's gonna happen. And with all these funds we actually making from Nesas Hemp, as I said, I'm creating something very big, and it's happening. I personally chose not to sell my soul three times two for sure. The third one I was assuming. I was offered ridiculous amount of dollars, and I was told I'm an idiot by not taking it, but I was offered everything I had the whole life written in front of me how perfect life could be, and doors are open everywhere. And I said, No. I said, Absolutely no. So yeah, it's absolutely that's, that's the legacy. We're going to turn hate into love and dark into the into the light.
