Because I’ve noticed how quickly my brain offers those explanations. But when I slow down, I can see that they’re also keeping me exactly where I am. And I know I'm not alone in that. We say we want something to change like more self-care, exercising again, eating better, and showing up differently in our lives. And yet, we don’t always move toward it. Not because we don’t care, but because something in us is hesitating. In this week’s podcast episode, I wanted to explore that a little more honestly.
