You know, it's mid-morning on a Wednesday, and I'm willing to bet you've already made about fifty decisions before your second cup of coffee. What to eat, when to eat it, whether that snack was "good" or "bad." Sound familiar? Well, today we're going to press pause on all that judgment and simply notice what's actually happening when we nourish ourselves. This is Conscious Nutrition, and it's going to feel different from any eating experience you've had lately. So find yourself somewhere quiet, maybe sitting down. You don't need to be perfect about this. Just be here. And let's take three intentional breaths together. Breathe in through your nose for a count of four, hold it for a beat, and exhale through your mouth like you're fogging a window. Again. Feel that? That's your nervous system saying hello. Now, I want you to think about something you're going to eat today. Maybe it's already in front of you. It could be an apple, a piece of chocolate, your lunch.
