You know, it's early Wednesday morning, and I'm willing to bet your mind is already doing laps around what needs to happen today. Maybe it's spinning between emails and errands, between what you should be doing and what you're actually doing. Sound familiar? That's exactly why we're here together. Today, we're going to practice something I call "The Spotlight Technique," and I promise it's going to feel less like meditation and more like finally turning down the volume on everything except what actually matters right now. So let's start by finding a comfortable spot. Wherever you are, just settle in. Feet on the ground if you can. Hands resting somewhere that feels natural. You don't need to be perfect about this. I'm sitting here in my kitchen with my second coffee, so we're already doing great. Now, take a breath in through your nose for a count of four. Just notice the air moving. Hold it for a beat.
