I've learned since starting avoidance that FRAT - the outdoor mold supertoxin that often causes the onset of mold illness in individuals who are debilitated - is basically my "primary" toxin. Meaning it is the one that harms me the most. Lately I have some bad news to report in relation to the recent Los Angeles area "mega fires." I'm making this podcast as a PSA and warning to my fellow avoiders.
