About this episode
Ashlee reflects on her journey of self-discovery and the importance of embracing uncertainty without a strict timeline.
Hello and welcome back to Nevertheless, Shlee Persisted! This week’s episode is part gratitude list, part existential ramble, and full-on heart. I’m recapping the girl gab-filled getaway that brought me back to the phrase that’s been echoing in my mind: We’re on no timeline. It started as a joke, but it’s slowly becoming a mantra. It’s officially June, and in true mid-year fashion, I’m reflecting hard. From quitting a job that didn’t fit, booking Waitress , losing and regaining parts of myself, to starting the job search again —I’m feeling the pressure of figuring it all out... with no clear timeline in sight. But here's what I'm learning: action kills fear, clarity is coming, and my sparkle isn’t gone—it just needs a little recharge. Let’s talk community, creative pivots, and giving ourselves grace in the uncertainty. Because even when the plan feels fuzzy, the breakthrough is brewing. As always, you can find me on Instagram @neverthelessshleepersisted xoxo
