Peptides are everywhere right now. And honestly? I'm fascinated by them. But here's the question I don't think enough people are asking: What if the message is being sent... but the body isn't fully prepared to receive it? In this episode, we're talking about why peptides are powerful tools, but they're not the foundation. Think of peptides like text messages. They can send signals for recovery, repair, metabolism, hormones, sleep, body recomposition, and more. But if the body's cellular foundation is depleted, inflamed, undernourished, stressed, dehydrated, or struggling to produce energy efficiently, those messages may not land the way many people hope. As a special-needs autism mom and someone who spends way too much time researching health, wellness, mitochondria, gut health, and the gut-brain connection, I've become convinced that supporting the body's foundation matters just as much as the tools…
