About this episode

Jack LaFountain shares his journey from nursing to becoming a full-time writer and the challenges of self-promotion.

In this episode, we talk to Jack LaFountain. He describes himself as a vagabond dreamer. Jack lives in the United States. Jack tells us about sitting on a comma after a back surgery necessitated a career shift. While writing and creating had always been a part of his life, Jack now had to overcome the challenge of self-promotion in order to give his books the life they deserved. Through his journey of leaning into becoming a writer, he learns that self-promotion doesn’t negate his passion for service to others.
