| 8/28/26 | The Hill I Will Die On | The Hill I Will Die OnWelcome to your weekends with meDuring the week, I bring you strategy. How to build a business by God’s design. How to stop selling your soul to an algorithm and use Substack as the front end of your business, as your marketing and sales hub. How to create Kingdom wealth without sacrificing the people God entrusted to you. That is the work, and I will keep bringing it to you every week. But the weekend is different. The weekend is where I tell you who I actually am. We are living in a time when it is no longer good enough to be simply good at what you do. People want to know you. They want to know what you believe, what you are willing to stand for when it would be easier to stay quiet, and for the women I serve, women trusting me to help them build something that has an eternal impact, I believe that matters even more. You should know the heart of the person guiding your business. So every weekend, I am going to hand you one of my convictions. The hill I will die on. You are probably not going to agree with them all. You may read one and think I have lost my mind, and that is fine. I am not writing these to win a vote. I am writing these conviction pieces so the women who want to be in my world know exactly what kind of woman they are following, what I believe, what I stand for, and the hills I am willing to die on. And for the women who realize along the way that we are not aligned, that is okay too. Be blessed and go in peace. Some of these articles will have a podcast episode to go along with them, and some will simply live here on Substack as written thoughts, convictions, stories, and opinions I believe are worth putting into the world. So welcome to The Hill I Will Die On. | 8/24/26 | Kingdom CEO’s Aren’t Here to Entertain the Algorithm. | Instagram just admitted it’s built to entertain. Here’s where your authority should live instead.🎧 New episode of the Kingdom Business Revolution Podcast is live. Press play above.Episode website: Join the Kingdom Substack Lab!https://go.kristindronchi.com/kingdom-substack-system-salesI built the Kingdom Substack Lab to teach women to use Substack the way I do, as the front end of a real business, through a business strategist’s lens. Not “get your next hundred subscribers.”How to position it, how to monetize the paid tier as an easy-yes offer, and how to pull the thread through into your higher offers so you can get off social media for good. The head of Instagram said the number one reason people use the platform is to be entertained. And a top Instagram strategist says the new direction for business owners is simple: entertain first. My response? I did not build a business to become an entertainer for an algorithm. And neither did you. This episode is for the woman who has been pouring her sharpest, most anointed thinking into a machine built to shred it into confetti by tomorrow morning, and wondering why none of it is turning into clients or revenue. It’s not a you problem. It’s a location problem. Here’s what we get into.Key takeaways & Restackable MomentsIf you found value in the episode - please restack with a takeaway so we can get this amazing podcast out to other women just like you!* Instagram told on itself, and it’s a gift. Its whole job is to keep you scrolling long enough to see an ad. On social media you are not the customer. You are the inventory. Your attention is the product they sell.* Helpful is not the same as strategic. You can teach something brilliant, keep people listening for thirty minutes, and still lead your ideal client absolutely nowhere. Trying to teach the most important thing you know inside a feed built for the scroll is like teaching it in the middle of a carnival. Wrong room.* Your work was never the problem. If you’ve been questioning your calling because the revenue hasn’t matched the quality of what you do, hear me. Your work is good. It’s always been good. It’s just been standing in a place that can’t pay you back.* You don’t need to become a better content creator. You need to become a stronger thought leader. A content creator asks, what should I post today. A thought leader asks, what do I actually believe, and what will I stand on when it isn’t popular. That is authority, and your authority needs somewhere to live and compound.* Substack is the front end, not another hamster wheel. Positioned right, it pulls your business outward and makes you market-facing. A woman who reads your article, then walks over to your podcast, hands you back weeks of trust in one sitting. People need something like seven to eleven hours with you before they buy something that matters. You will never get that in three-second clips.* The data doesn’t lie. When I pulled my own numbers apart, about 0.07% of my growth was coming from social media. Almost 99% came from inside Substack’s own network. So I stopped cross-promoting on social, because I don’t need it.* Don’t just drag the treadmill to a new platform. More content is not more value. Your paid tier is not “here’s more content.” It’s the easy-yes offer that pulls your perfect-fit client into your mid and high-ticket work. One question to carry into your weekBefore your next post, ask one thing: Am I building something I own, or renting attention I’ll lose by Friday? That answer tells you which game you’re playing. An influencer, or a Kingdom business. Followers, or buyers. Content that’s forgotten by Friday, or intellectual property that outlives the reel.Where to go nextIf this episode named something you’ve been feeling, this is your door.I built the Kingdom Substack Lab to teach women to use Substack the way I do, as the front end of a real business, through a business strategist’s lens. | 8/5/26 | Who Were You Before the World Told You Who to Be? | Founding enrollment for the Leadership Room is open. Join for the year by Sunday, August 9, and my complete Kingdom Substack System ($497) Step into the Leadership Room → You Have Twelve Frameworks and No Traction. That’s Not a Strategy Problem. You bought the course. Then the next one. Then the one after that, because surely that was the framework that would finally make it click. You have twelve frameworks now. And no traction.Every new purchase costs you more than money. A little more self-trust. Another month. A little more of the certainty you walked in with. The women in your world are course-hopping. Strategy-collecting. Buying, bookmarking, and starting over. That is the expensive problem, my friend. Not a missing tactic.I learned this one the hard way.You are not stuck because you are missing a strategy. You have plenty of strategy. You are stuck because you keep shopping for one more... instead of becoming the woman who can carry the one already in your hands.Strategy without settled identity is performance. And performance always collapses. The order you have been living inMost capable women are living in have, do, be without ever noticing it.Once I have the time, then I’ll do the work, then I’ll be her. Once I have the audience, then I’ll show up, then I’ll be confident. Once I have the money, then I’ll invest, then I’ll finally be established. It does not work in that order. It never has. You end up handing your power to the things you cannot control. Time. Money. Someone else’s permission.God works the other way.Be. Then do. Then have.Be Do Have is the reorder. Instead of waiting to have the right circumstances before you do the work so you can one day be the woman you want to be, you step into who God already called you to be now, you take action from that identity, and you let the results follow. Being before doing. Being before having. Formation before strategy. It is the difference between building from a settled identity and performing a borrowed one.I lost three years to “once I know everything”I sat at my computer until eleven at night, module after module, sure I needed more before I could move. I could have helped women step into this space in 2019. I did not get there until 2023.That was not God’s timing. That was me, waiting. And when I finally moved, it was not because I found the missing framework. It was because I became the woman who could act without buying one more thing first. There is a question underneath all of this, and it is the one that actually changes what you build.Who were you... before strategy, success, the market, or another person told you who to become? The next course will not fix thisLet me be plain with you, because I care about you too much to be soft here. The next course will not fix this. Neither will the next guru, the next framework, or one more ChatGPT tab. Those are more of the thing that got you here.Your business was never meant to establish your identity. It was meant to faithfully express who God has already formed you to be.The Leadership Room is not a thirteenth blueprint to collect. It is where you stop collecting. Every month begins with formation, being before doing, being before having, and then we take one real decision, activate it in the marketplace, and interpret what your business is actually showing you. This month starts a brand-new three-month journey. Remember Who You Are. Then Beliefs Versus Reality. Then The Power of You. Join in August and you begin at the very beginning.Come in for the year before SundayFounding enrollment is open now.Join for the year by Sunday, August 9, at $597, and my complete Kingdom Substack System, valued at $497, is yours as your enrollment bonus. Two anonymous business confessions, two breakthroughs, and the same truth underneath both: the answer is rarely more hustle. It's more clarity and a connected strategy.[00:02:00] Confession #1: She's posting content, growing her list, and talking about her offer, but the sales still aren't consistent. Kristin names the coach's catch-22 that keeps kingdom women stuck and shows why kingdom collaborations are the fastest way out.[00:13:30] Confession #2: A consultant of over a decade, tired of slow seasons and side gigs, who wants to grow beyond solo work. Kristin shows her how to get specific, simplify to one clear offer, and give Substack a real job as the front end of her business.Your business breakthrough is waiting. | 7/30/26 | 📞The After Hours Business Hot Line is Open! | 📞The After Hours Line is open.Link to show notes and to subscribe:https://kristindronchi.substack.com/subscribeText BREAKTHROUGH to 231-444-2451 to bring me the business question you can’t sleep on. Real conversation, real discernment, real next step. You know that feeling. You’re sixteen. You just broke up with the love of your life. It’s after midnight, and you want to talk to somebody. Anybody. No script. No five steps. Just a real person on the other end of the phone who would actually listen to your specific mess and help you see what to do next.Back in my day, we had that. Delilah After Midnight. You could pick up the phone, and she was there. That feeling doesn’t go away when you grow up. It just changes shape. Now you’re not sixteen and heartbroken. You’re a Kingdom business owner, and it’s two a.m., three a.m., and the thing keeping you up isn’t a boy. It’s a client you don’t know how to fire. A price you’re scared to raise. A decision sitting on your desk for three weeks because you can’t tell if it’s fear, or wisdom, or peace. You still want the same thing you wanted at sixteen. Someone to call. A real voice. A real answer, for your real situation. So I built that. Why nowWe are entering a very different era of business and media. With AI, it has never been easier to create more content, find a fast answer, or generate something that sounds polished and intelligent. But more content does not create more clarity. I think the opposite is happening.Women are consuming more information while becoming less confident in their own ability to think, discern, decide, and lead. We open another tab, ask another expert, type another prompt, before we’ve stopped long enough to ask God what He’s actually showing us.I don’t want to add more polished noise to an already noisy marketplace. I want to create the one thing AI cannot manufacture: a real woman bringing a real situation into a genuine, unscripted conversation. Not a prepared interview. Not a canned answer. Not five general steps that may or may not apply to your actual business.A real question, with all its context, followed by the deeper questions underneath it. Because most of the time, the question keeping you awake isn’t the real question. It’s a doorway into the decision you’ve been avoiding, the gap you haven’t been able to see, or the next move you haven’t yet had the courage to make.Introducing The After Hours LineIt’s a live call-in show, and it lives right here inside the Kingdom Business Revolution Podcast. You bring me the business question you can’t stop thinking about, and we work through it together in real time. Here’s what makes it different from anything else I’ve done on this show. It’s a two-way conversation. We get into the nuance that gets lost in a post, a scripted training, or a traditional interview. I respond to what you’re actually navigating right now, instead of only teaching what I think you need. And every question opens the door for more than one woman to have a breakthrough. You might hear someone ask about an offer, a partnership, a financial decision, a season of motherhood, and realize, that’s the question I’ve been carrying too. When you come on live, you bring the question. We get underneath it, together, to the real issue. And you leave with one clear next move. Something you can actually do in the next twenty-four hours. Not a lecture. A decision you can sleep on.If you’d rather stay behind the scenes, I’ll read your question on air and answer it without ever naming you. Or send it in as an anonymous confession, and I will never share your name, your business, or anything that could identify you, so we can get into the situations you’d never say out loud anywhere else.📞How you get on the lineText the word BREAKTHROUGH to 231-444-2451.* Paid members of The Kingdom Lens and the Revolution Room go first. First for the questions we answer on air, first for the chance to come on live with me.* I’m building out After Hours episodes that run right inside the paid space too, because those are the women who’ve already stepped in with me, and I want to keep going deeper with them.Subscribe to The Kingdom Lens → https://kristindronchi.substack.com/Remember this episodeSomewhere between now and next week, it’s going to happen. You’ll wake up in the wee hours with a problem you can’t solve. A decision you can’t make. A tech issue you’ve watched four tutorials on and you’re still stuck. A client, or a price, or a hard conversation you don’t know how to start. And some part of you is going to want what you wanted at sixteen. Somebody to call. Somebody real.So don’t just lie there doing business therapy with yourself. Text BREAKTHROUGH to 231-444-2451.I’m a lot more fun than dial-up internet, and a lot more helpful than a 2 a.m. Google search. The first episode drops in just a few days, and the women in The Kingdom Lens and the Room are already ahead of you in line. | 7/25/26 | 100% Human or 23% AI? Substack's AI button is here. But your buyers already had discernment. | Substack just dropped their AI detector button. Half the platform is celebrating. The other half is quietly sweating. But here's what nobody's talking about:Your buyers have been running their own detection system for years — and it's called discernment. Substack just gave them a button for what their gut already knew. And that doctor study everyone's quoting this week? The one about 19 experts who lost their edge after 90 days of leaning on AI? Yeah, that's not really about doctors or AI either. It's about what happens when you stop being the one who decides. In this episode, I'm naming the thing the enemy is actually after in your business (spoiler: it's not your calling), why 50% of consumers are actively avoiding AI-generated content, and the one question that will tell you whether you're delegating your work — or handing over your discernment.Press play. | 1/7/26 | AI in Business 2026: Why Kingdom Women Entrepreneurs Need Discernment Over Automation | Christian Business Strategy | When AI Becomes Everywhere: The Leadership Posture Kingdom Women Must EmbraceThere's a conversation we need to have about AI in business, and it's not the one most people are having. While the internet screams that you need to master AI or get left behind, I want to offer you a different perspective—one rooted in discernment, spiritual clarity, and what it truly means to lead as a kingdom woman in the marketplace. The 2 Critical Business Strategies NeededWant to dive deeper into the two critical business strategies for 2026 that allow you to be human first? Join me inside the Kingdom Business Revolution Facebook group for the full training replay where I break down exactly what these strategies are and how to implement them in your business. You can find that training linked up here. The Question No One Is AskingWhen AI first started showing up in the business world, I'll be honest—I didn't like it. I was resistant, almost dead set against using it in my business. Not because I'm anti-progress, but because I asked a question most people weren't asking: Why is this here? What is this thing? Then reality hit. AI wasn't something I could opt out of anymore. It was already embedded in the tools I was using—Zoom transcriptions, scheduling software, analytics platforms. It wasn't a separate thing anymore. It was just there. That's when the real question shifted for me: If AI is everywhere, then it's no longer the differentiator. This is a mindset shift most people haven't made yet. Right now, the loudest voices online are telling you that you have to use AI to stay ahead, that AI mastery is the advantage. But here's the truth that changes everything: when everyone has access to the same tool, the same strategy, that tool stops being the edge. What Actually Distinguishes You?Remember when smartphones first came out? Everyone was dying to have one. If you had a smartphone, you had a unique advantage. Now? Smartphones are everywhere. They're the baseline. Nobody gets credit for having a smartphone anymore. The same thing is happening with AI. AI is becoming the baseline. It's not the edge—it's the new normal. So if AI isn't the edge anymore, what is? Presence. Discernment. Conviction. Embodied leadership.AI cannot replicate the wisdom God put inside of you unless you choose to allow it to. It can summarize scripture, but it can't replace revelation. It can create content, but it cannot tap into the deepest part of you and extract that calling and movement the Lord is asking you to bring through your business—the kind that creates an eternal ripple effect and impact on this side of heaven. The Spiritual Question Behind the TechnologyI've realized something important about where AI comes from and why it matters for us as kingdom women. As I prayed and asked the Lord about the rapid advancement of this technology, I believe He showed me that we're dealing with knowledge that advances faster than wisdom—something Scripture warns us about repeatedly.Throughout history, humanity has wrestled with knowledge that moves faster than discernment. Not all wisdom comes from God. Not all knowledge produces life. Whether we're talking about ancient times or modern technology, the issue is never the tools themselves. It's discernment, authority, and alignment. This doesn't mean AI is inherently evil or that we can't use it. Like any tool, it can be used for good or for harm. Used right, AI can save time, reduce unnecessary labor, support clarity, and free us to be more present with our families. I don't have to spend three hours formatting a blog post when I could spend that time with my child or in prayer. That's good stewardship. But here's where we cross a line, especially as kingdom women: when a tool starts replacing our voice instead of supporting it. When we outsource discernment, conviction, and authority to automation. When we turn ourselves into polished content machines that carry no spiritual weight—that's not stewardship.A Different Leadership PostureWe're living in a moment that demands discernment. A moment where the world is shouting that AI is the future. Let me be clear: AI is not the future. The kingdom is.AI is not your strategy. How you respond to this shift is. What the Lord is asking you to do in your business—that's your strategy.By God's design, as kingdom women, we do not follow the current. We test the spirits. We weigh the times. We ask, "Lord, what would You have me see?"Romans 12:2 calls us to something more: "Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is—His good, pleasing and perfect will."Testing. Approving. That's discernment. The False Standard We Need to NameThere's a growing pressure in the business world—a belief that if you're not using AI in every part of your business, you're behind. But that belief is not born of the Spirit. It's born of scarcity. And we do not lead from a place of scarcity. We lead from discernment.First Corinthians 2:15 says, "The spiritual person judges all things but is himself to be judged by no one." This means you, a spirit-filled woman, have the authority to evaluate what aligns with your purpose and what doesn't.So no, you don't need to automate your voice. You don't need to let algorithms write your story. You don't need AI in your devotionals, your coaching calls, your vision casting, or your spiritual downloads. You are allowed to say that certain parts stay sacred. This space stays Spirit-led. This decision requires prayer, not prompts. What Becomes More ValuableHere's the paradox that most people are missing: the things that always mattered don't just stay relevant—they become exponentially more valuable. Because when everyone does the baseline, the premium goes to what can't be automated.Your voice. Your judgment. Your presence. Your network. Your ability to show up consistently with integrity, where your yes is yes and your no is no.When most people are chasing every tool, every trend, every promise—that's not leadership. That's panic.Leaders are asking different questions: What's not going to change? What's going to matter more than ever? Where should I double down while everyone else is being distracted? The answer isn't complicated: Build relationships. Earn trust. Show up live. Create real community. Be consistently human first.Your Leadership Posture Moving ForwardAs a kingdom woman entrepreneur, here's the leadership posture I believe we get to embrace:Don't idolize AI, integrate it wisely. Be open to what's being built into the tools you already use to simplify things, but don't make it your god.Refuse hype-based decision making. The internet doesn't need another person rebuilding their entire business every thirty days because someone had a meltdown about the latest model or algorithm change. Trends are not strategies. Don't confuse motion and busy work with progress.Anchor in what doesn't change. Trust, connection, expertise, consistency—these aren't buzzwords. They're the only things that compound over time. Everything else is just rented land and rented attention.Double down on what's becoming more valuable. If everyone has AI, the edge isn't using AI. It's being the person people want to work with. The one they trust. The one who shows up. The one who actually cares about getting them the transformation they need. The Real StrategyThe real question isn't about AI at all. The real question is: What matters when everyone has the same tools?AI isn't the strategy. Your response to this shift is.Your business doesn't thrive because you're everywhere. It thrives because you're consistent, credible, and you deliver with integrity. When the tools are everywhere, the advantage isn't the tools—it's you.You are not behind if you're not AI-obsessed. You are not missing out because you choose presence over pressure. You are not less innovative because you haven't rebuilt your brand for every trending tool. That's not wisdom—that's reaction masquerading as relevance.Moving ForwardThis is the moment where kingdom women get to rise up—not with fear, but with fire in their bones. Not conforming to the pattern of this world, but being transformed by the renewing of our minds. Not following every trend, but testing and approving what God's will is for our businesses and our calling. While the world is screaming "automate or get left behind," what we need now more than ever is discernment, not default settings. This isn't about tech fear—this is about spiritual clarity.Because in a world that trains us to trust machines more than Spirit, kingdom women in the marketplace must choose a different posture. A human-first posture. A kingdom-first posture. And that, my friend, is where the real advantage lies.Want to dive deeper into the two critical business strategies for 2026 that allow you to be human first? Join me inside the Kingdom Business Revolution Facebook group for the full training replay where I break down exactly what these strategies are and how to implement them in your business. | 12/29/25 | 4 Steps I am Taking to Plan my 2026: Business Planning for Christian Entrepreneurs: Align With God's Rhythm in 2026 [Ep 189] | How I'm Planning 2026 According to God's Rhythm (Not the World's Calendar)Have you ever looked at the year ahead and thought, I want next year to feel and be different, but how do I actually plan for that? That's exactly where I am, and I want to take you behind the scenes on what I'm doing to plan for 2026. But instead of scrambling by January 1st, I started honoring a completely different rhythm—God's rhythm. The Biblical New Year Changed EverythingHere's something that might surprise you: the Biblical New Year doesn't start on January 1st. It starts in spring, in the month of Nisan (also called Aviv), which typically falls in March or April. When I started aligning with the Biblical New Year in March and April of 2025, everything shifted. This November and December, I was able to stop stressing. I stopped rushing to finish the year in hustle mode. Instead, I used that time as a sacred pause to be with my family, to reflect, to rest, to be not to do.I spent November and December testing offers and ideas, and that testing led to $8K in revenue in the first few months that wasn't even planned. That was all God.Why Winter Isn't Meant for SprintingHere's the thing: you can still allow the season to be about reflection. Creation slows down in the winter. Trees aren't blooming, the soil is resting. If God designed winter for rest, why are we forcing ourselves to sprint? Now listen, I've said this before and you'll hear me say it again—January, the beginning of the year, is a prime time for launches. People are in that "new year, new me" energy, and as business owners we can absolutely capitalize on that. But what if we also planned our business around God's rhythm? What if we planned from peace instead of panic?Understanding the Biblical CalendarAccording to Scripture, the new year actually begins in spring. God told the Israelites in Exodus 12:2, "This month shall be for you the beginning of months. It shall be the first month of the year for you."This was tied to deliverance, to renewal, to springtime—the beginning of planting and new life. Not in the dead of winter like January 1st, which by the way, was established by Julius Caesar, not God.In 2025, I started honoring that biblical rhythm and it changed how I approached my business and my year. Instead of feeling the pressure to map out everything in November or December, I now begin my true annual planning in March and early April, right around the Biblical New Year. That's when I sit down to reflect deeply on the previous year, take stock of what aligned with God's call on my life and business, and plan the vision and business moves for the year ahead. My 4-Step Process for Planning 2026Let me walk you through how I'm planning this year with faith, rhythm, and purpose—not just so I can be productive, but so I can be positioned.Step 1: Start With Life, Not With Hustle or LaunchesThis is the biggest shift I've made.I used to start planning my year with launches and revenue goals and then try to squeeze my life in around them. But that's how burnout happens. That's how resentment builds. That's how my husband asks, "Why are you always at your computer?" And that's how you end up feeling like an employee instead of building a business by God's design that He has called you to lead. Now I start with life. We are building life-first businesses.I open my 2026 calendar and I put in what matters most: breaks, birthdays, family time, rest, Sabbath rhythms, travel, vacations. I'm a Type A personality who loves to work and always be doing things, but now I give myself permission to honor those high-energy seasons and slow down in the seasons that I need to slow down.I plan my launches around my life, not the other way around.Life isn't the afterthought—it's the foundation. There's a season, a time for every purpose under heaven. I have a 4-year-old now (he'll be five in July), and we've been homeschooling. I get to start my day with my family and with him.Step 2: Reflect on the Past Year With Grace, Not JudgmentBefore I think about what I want for 2026, I spend time looking back at 2025—not through the lens of what didn't work or what I should have done, but through the lens of compassion and curiosity.I scroll my camera roll. I check my revenue reports. I look at my email list growth month by month. I remember the seasons where I felt alive, excited, powerful, and the seasons where I was stretched too thin or in hustle mode.I revisit launches, client wins, unexpected opportunities and unexpected challenges. This kind of reflection gives you data you can't get any other way. I can see exactly where:I pushed myself too hardI under-supported myselfI was able to have fun and bring in amazing revenue, even when I wasn't even tryingI grew in ways I wasn't expectingThings felt aligned and where they didn'tGod was in the mess and where He wasn't, because my focus was on the worldThat clarity is everything.Pro tip: If you share stories on social media, use your Instagram story archive for this reflection. Going back through that will give you even more insight into what was happening, what felt good, what didn't, and what you need to consider when planning the next 12 months.Take some time to reflect, rejoice, repent where needed, and reset.Step 3: Build Around Your God-Given Capacity and BandwidthHere's what I know: just because it's a good idea doesn't mean it's always in God's timing.I used to plan for that fantasy version of me—you know, the superwoman who never gets tired, never has a sick kid, and runs a household like she has a staff. I don't.But now I plan for me. The real me. The one who has limits, the one who has a 4-year-old. And that's not weakness—that's wisdom. The Lord says in 2 Corinthians 12:9, "My grace is sufficient for you. My power is made perfect in weakness."So before I set goals, I ask: What do I have capacity for this year?I don't want to build a business that asks more of me than I can give. I want to be able to serve my clients deeply. I want to scale in grace, not just grind and hustle. When you're planning your launches and your revenue plan, think about what you can actually hold even on your worst day. Plan for that.Step 4: Leave Room for God to MoveYes, we plan. Yes, we get to be strategic. But if your calendar is so full that God can't interrupt it, you might be following your plan, not His.Once I have my life in my calendar, I've reflected on the year that's been, and I've thought about my capacity and bandwidth, I start to sketch the architecture of what 2026 can be.What will the launch windows be? When will I have activation events? What is my focus during each season? Do I have a quiet season? Do I have a creation season?Every single plan gets to include room for you being a human. Leave white space. Leave room for recovery. Leave room so that you can get your cup filled on a weekly basis. Leave space for things to evolve and for plans to change, because they often do.It's not about getting it perfect. It's about creating a structure that supports you instead of squeezes you.Build in Flexibility and White SpaceWhat if the Holy Spirit whispers a pivot midyear? Will you have the capacity to obey? What if God wants to bless you in a way you didn't plan for? Will there be room for that blessing to land?Proverbs 19:21 reminds us, "Many are the plans in a person's heart, but it's the Lord's purpose that prevails."So map the year, sketch the architecture, but hold it with open hands. If January Still Feels Cloudy or Rushed...Breathe. Your planning season might not be now. It might just be in spring, and that's not late—that's right on time in God's rhythm. When your year feels like it can support you, then you get to show up differently. Your content can hit deeper. Your offers can feel easy. Your confidence grows. And your business expands not because you're hustling or pushing harder, but because you're finally aligned with what the Lord is asking you to do.The Rhythm We're Walking InLet me remind you of the framework:Start with your life, not your businessReflect on the past year with grace, not judgmentBuild your revenue plan around your God-given capacityAlways leave room for divine flexibility for the Spirit to move, redirect, and maybe even surprise youRemember, you get to choose. You get to build in a way that honors the season you're in. You get to co-create with God, not for grind, but for results. And if you do this with intention and alignment, I believe with everything in me that you're going to walk into your most fruitful, peaceful, and powerful year yet.Ready to Build Consistent Sales in 2026 (Without the Hustle)? If you're showing up, taking action, and creating great content—but your bank account doesn't match that effort—I have something for you.Join me for a FREE 3-day live workshop: The Only Three Traffic Systems You Need in 2026 to Make Consistent SalesStarting January 12th, I'm teaching you how to generate consistent leads and sales (even daily!) with a small audience, zero team, and no paid ads. Here's What You're Getting:✨ The only three traffic systems that work in 2026 and how to use them together in an ecosystem✨ My Trust Activation Flywheel that replaces complicated funnels and endless posting✨ What to focus on daily so sales don't depend on you being glued to your phone✨ My Be a Human First Framework (revealed for the first time!) that allows you to sell with integrity—no pushy tactics involvedLIVE-ONLY BONUS:My Steward Well Power Hour Checklist—your daily 60-minute rhythm to build trust, start conversations, and create momentum immediately. | 12/16/25 | The Most Underrated Sales Conversion Event in Online Business and Why They Work [Ep. 188] | Why Activation Events Are Your Secret Weapon for Converting Clients in 2025The Workshop Strategy That Generated $8K in Recurring Revenue in 48 HoursYou've been told you need a fancy sales funnel, a massive email list, and endless content to make sales online. But what if I told you that a single workshop could collapse months of nurturing into one powerful hour?I'm Kristin Dronchi, founder of the Kingdom Business Revolution, and I recently hosted what I call an activation event that sold out a one-on-one advisory spot, opened multiple sales conversations, and secured $8K in recurring revenue for January 2026. No paid ads. No huge audience. No aggressive pitching. Here's exactly how activation events work and why they need to be part of your 2025 marketing strategy. What Are Activation Events and Why Do They Convert So Well?Activation events are live workshops or masterclasses designed to activate conversations, not just deliver content. They're conversion events that bridge the gap between stranger and paying client faster than almost any other marketing strategy. While you're trying to close that gap with countless social media posts and email sequences, a well-executed workshop can accomplish the same thing in 60 minutes or less. The Power of Small Numbers: My Recent Workshop ResultsLet me share the real numbers from my recent activation event:25 people registered (promoted for only 48-72 hours)5 attendees showed up live (20% show-up rate)1 person purchased my one-on-one coaching immediately (20% attendee-to-buyer conversion)Multiple sales conversations opened with customizable offers$8K in recurring revenue secured for the following yearYou don't need 100 or 200 registrants. You need 10-25 people actively struggling with the specific problem you solve. Why Workshops Outperform Traditional Marketing Funnels1. They Create Instant RelevanceA workshop forces you to choose one specific topic and go deep rather than wide. When your ideal client registers, they're essentially saying "Yes, that's me. I need this." Clarity creates connection, and specificity converts.2. They Position You as a Guide, Not a GuruPeople don't want lectures anymore. Activation events let people experience your coaching style, your thinking, and your discernment firsthand. They get to experience you, not just hear about you.3. They Build Trust in Real TimeDuring a live workshop, you can answer questions, read the room, and respond to what people actually need in the moment. Trust built in one hour can outperform months of email nurturing.4. They Attract Aligned PeopleEven with a small audience, activation events go deep instead of wide. They're not designed to go viral—they're designed to attract your perfect-fit clients who are ready to take action. The Biggest Mistake: Treating Workshops as the Finish LineHere's what most entrepreneurs get wrong: they think the workshop is the end of their sales process when it's actually the beginning. You host the event, deliver value, make an offer, and then… nothing. But the workshop was never meant to be where the sale happens. It's where the sales conversation begins. The Workshop Is Step One in Your Sales Conversion SystemWhen someone shows up to your activation event, they're saying "I'm curious. I'm interested." But that doesn't mean they're ready to buy on the spot. Most people need time to process, think, and have a safe conversation to establish a relationship. The activation event creates trust and clarity in under an hour. The sale happens in the days after—in the follow-up emails, in the one-on-one conversations, in the quiet moments when they realize "this is exactly what I need."How to Sell After Your Workshop Without Feeling PushyThe real momentum kicks in after your activation event ends. Here's the exact follow-up sequence that converts:Step 1: Send a Replay Email with a Clear Next StepDon't just send the replay link. Include:What you covered in the workshopWhy it matters to them specificallyTheir clear next moveGive them momentum and start conversations without adding pressure.Step 2: Send a Personalized Follow-Up EmailThis is where you flip the power dynamic. Instead of saying "buy this thing," you say "here's what I noticed during the workshop that tells me what you need next."Try something like: "If you were nodding along during the last part of the workshop, there's a good chance you need [specific solution]."This email almost always triggers replies and, most importantly, conversations. (Want my exact follow-up email templates? They're inside The Activation Room along with the Steward Well Power Hour training on turning conversations into clients.)Step 3: Drop a Value-Heavy Bridge EmailConnect the dots between the problem they have and your paid offer. Something like: "Here's the problem we addressed. The workshop was just the beginning. Here's how we fix it for real."This is teaching while selling—reminding them what you offer and why it matters.Step 4: Send an Invitation EmailMake it read like an invitation, not a pitch: "If this workshop gave you clarity, imagine what six months of working together would look like."Break down what they get, what changes, and what's possible. You don't need fake urgency or scarcity when trust is already high.Step 5: Close the Loop with a "No Pressure" EmailShow maturity in your leadership: "If now isn't the right time, I'm still here cheering you on. Whenever you're ready, the door is open."People buy from safety, not pressure. This email proves you're safe to buy from. Why Activation Events Work Better Than Long Launch StrategiesI used to rely on five-day and nine-day launch strategies, but they weren't sustainable as my business and life evolved. After sitting in rooms with six, seven, and eight-figure entrepreneurs, I noticed something: their shorter masterclasses and one-day workshops were converting just as well—if not better.Want to learn the exact activation event formula I use? Join The Activation Room for just $37 (price increases to $49 in January). Inside, you'll get the complete step-by-step process for hosting workshops that convert, plus the full sales conversion system that makes them work. These smaller activation events allow you to:Have more sales conversations consistentlyBuild authority and trust exponentially fasterGet real-time feedback on your messagingCreate repurposable content for podcasts and social mediaGain clarity about what your audience actually wantsBuild confidence in your offersGenerate revenue without massive launch runwaysHow to Structure Your Next Activation EventWant to host your own conversion-focused workshop? Here's the framework:Pick a specific promise - Not your full A-to-Z strategy, just one focused outcomeChoose a single transformation - One mindset shift, one result, one new beliefTeach less, coach more - Make it interactive and experientialMake a natural call to action - Position it as "here's where we go deeper" rather than a forced pitchFollow up with connection - Start conversations that lead to relationshipsRemember: your level 10 ideal client doesn't need months of nurturing. That's what makes activation events so powerful. This is exactly what I teach inside The Activation Room. For just $37/month (founding member price—increasing to $49 in January), you get the authority building system, audience growth system, and sales conversion system that includes the full activation event framework. Grab your spot here before the price increases. Why Your 2025 Strategy Needs Activation EventsIn 2025, we're operating in what I call a "trust recession" where trust is the currency of today's market. We've moved into a relationship-based marketing era. Gone are the days when you could simply put an offer out and people would instantly buy.The buying decision has lengthened. Your ideal clients are taking longer to discern if something is right for them. And it's not your fault—it's the current landscape.Activation events solve this problem by:Building trust faster than any other strategyCreating real human connection in a digital worldAllowing people to experience your expertise firsthandOpening the door to deeper conversationsYou don't need a giant audience, a polished brand, or a perfect funnel. You need a deep topic that resonates with your ideal client and roughly an hour of focused teaching. The "Be a Human First" Approach to Workshop MarketingActivation events aren't really about selling—they're about serving deeply enough that the selling becomes obvious. They help you:Get seen by the right peopleMake your message land with clarityBuild real connection in an era that demands authenticityBe human first in your marketingWhen someone shows up for your activation event, they're raising their hand and telling you they're curious. If you lead well through that event, curiosity becomes clarity, clarity turns into conversations, and conversations turn into paid clients.Common Questions About Hosting Activation EventsHow many people do I need to register? You don't need 100+ people. Having 10-25 highly aligned registrants is more valuable than hundreds of lukewarm leads. What if I have a small email list? Activation events work exceptionally well with small, engaged audiences. Quality beats quantity every time. How long should I promote the event? I promoted my recent workshop for just 48-72 hours and got 25 registrants. You don't need a month-long runway. What if only a few people show up live? A 20% show-up rate is normal. Five engaged attendees can lead to multiple sales conversations and conversions.Do I need complicated tech or funnels? No. You need a registration page, a way to go live (Zoom, Facebook Live, etc.), and a follow-up email sequence.Ready to Host Your First Activation Event? If this strategy resonates with you, you don't need more information—you need activation. The difference between entrepreneurs who consistently hit $3K-$5K months and those who struggle isn't strategy. It's implementation.Activation events work because they collapse the gap between stranger and client. They position you as the expert. They build trust in real time. And they attract the exact people who are ready to invest in transformation.Your next level isn't hiding behind a bigger audience or a better funnel. It might be hiding behind a single, well-positioned workshop that goes deep on a specific topic your ideal clients are struggling with right now.Join The Activation Room TodayInside The Activation Room, you'll get everything you need to create consistent $3K-$5K months:✓ The Authority Building System - Get seen as the expert in your niche✓ The Audience Growth System - Attract aligned, ready-to-buy clients✓ The Sales Conversion System - Including the complete activation event framework✓ The Steward Well Power Hour - Learn how to turn conversations into clients (coming soon) ✓ Step-by-step activation event training (releasing in January)Founding Member Price: Just $37/month (increases to $49 in January)Click here to join The Activation Room before the price increase →Don't duct tape your business together.
