In 2021 after giving birth to her son, author Rachel Dawn got news through a timed email that her brother was missing. A nationwide search located her brother deceased on the floor of the Grand Canyon from suicide. This led to a continuing journey of grief and grappling with unanswered questions. Those questions led to a deeply personal journal reflections that echo raw honesty and vulnerability.
