Find a comfortable seat, somewhere you can let your shoulders drop away from your ears. You don't need to be perfect about this. Uncross your legs if they're crossed. Let your hands rest gently on your lap or your knees. And maybe, if it feels right, just close your eyes. If not, soften your gaze downward. There's no right way here. Now, let's anchor ourselves with the breath. Breathe in slowly through your nose, and as you do, imagine you're drawing in cool mountain air—crisp, clean, full of possibility.
