Whether you've had one of those mornings where your mind won't stop racing or you're already dreading tonight's toss-and-turn marathon, I see you. We're going to spend the next few minutes together doing something really simple but genuinely transformative for your sleep. So let's find a comfortable spot, maybe somewhere quiet if you can, and just settle in. Go ahead and take a seat wherever feels good. If you're lying down, that's perfect too. Close your eyes whenever you're ready, or soften your gaze downward. There's no pressure here, just you and me and some breathing. Let's start by noticing where your body meets the surface beneath you. Feel that support. That's real. That's happening right now. Now, I want you to try something I call the Anchor Breath. Instead of forcing your breathing into some perfect pattern, we're going to let your breath be exactly what it is while you give it your full attention.
