The episode discusses the meaningful lessons learned from running a 4K race with the host's son and how it impacts fatherhood.
If you’re a father looking for a space to show up honestly, connect with other men, and work on becoming the man your family needs, you’re welcome to check out The Soil Brotherhood. 👉🏾 Join here: https://tinyurl.com/thesoilbrotherhood –––––––––– If you’re a father trying to lead by example then this episode is for you. About two months ago I ran a 4K race with my 8-year-old son after 10 weeks of early-morning training sessions. What started as a simple idea turned into one of the most meaningful father–son experiences I’ve had. In this episode, I share the story of our training, race day, and the lessons that emerged along the way. Not to say this is what you should do, but to show how shared routines, challenges, and moments of presence can help build a stronger bond with your child and quietly teach discipline, resilience, and belief.
