Welcome to Episode 19 with Alanna Ogan..  She is the founder and owner of Active Family Chiropractic, From her website. "Dr. Alanna Ogan came to Sioux Falls in February 2010, after practicing in St. Paul, MN for several years. Originally from Watertown, she wanted to get back to South Dakota and closer to her family while opening Active Family Chiropractic. Dr. Alanna’s big goal is to impact as many lives as possible through chiropractic, by making the community better and helping people live to 100% of their potential. Imagine what it would be like to live in Sioux Falls if everyone here functioned at 100%! When you stop by the office, you may also run into Atlas the Wonderdog.  He does his best to greet everyone that walks through the door (and yes, Atlas is subluxation-free, too!). During Dr. Alanna’s time in Sioux Falls, God has blessed Active Family Chiropractic with wonderful families that want to live life subluxation-free. He also dropped Alanna’s husband, Brandon, into her life. The two met when Brandon bought the house across the street from her. Brandon then married “the girl next door!” They have now built a home together and are looking forward to many more years together using their skills to serve the people in the Sioux Falls area."

Eddy Robinson is phenomenal.  He is the epitome of hard work and perseverance, with the confidence to live his life being faithful to his personality.    If you are in your practice (and your life) and it does not feel like you are being authentic to who you are, then have a listen to Eddy.   Eddy started this practice only a few short years ago and he candidly shares how he has built it from zero into a thriving happy place for his community.  He shares his story about how he realized that a nontherapeutic Chiropractic practice was the right path for him.  Lastly, I must say that Eddy gave the BEST answer I have heard in this series as to who has been the greatest influence in his life!  I hope you enjoy as much as I did.

I love Tyler White, there I said it.  When we are attending the same seminar we often find ourselves hanging out at breaks talking about Chiropractic, families, and life.  He is a great guy who is one of those folks who always gives you a calming sense and also the feeling that he has spent a lot of time on Chiropractic and what it is to run a nontherapeutic Chiropractic office.  I hope you enjoy a visit to New Jersey with Tyler White.  Like, subscribe, share, blah blah blah.

We get a lot of questions in the email (for future questions email me at Rhinochiropractic@hotmail.com) on starting a practice so our 2nd board member Q & A is on starting a new nontherapeutic Chiropractic practice.  My board member guests are Scott Timpanelli from Greenville, SC and Chiropractor Howie from Mississippi.  We quickly realized that this should be more than one episode so this show focuses more on mindset for starting a practice vs. a discussion on a lot of nuts and bolts (like fees, location, etc).  We'll do that one at a later date.  This was recorded late at night, and I was energized by the spunk that these two still had so late in the evening which was after a busy day checking folks. Success leaves clues.   Judy Campanale has a long and distinguished resume in her Chiropractic career.  We have a great conversation about her working together with Joe Strauss for many years and her seemingly never ending energy to engage in being involved in Chiropractic on a organizational level.  I was thoroughly impressed by Judy's ability to see everything in a positive constructive light and I have thought about it often since this interview.  Enjoy. Please welcome to the podcast Scott Walker of Texas who talks about his major paradigm shift from the world of insurance and PI (personal injury) to an amazing nontherapeutic Chiropractic practice.  It is so enjoyable to hear about Scott's story, including his inauspicious start and even a law suit.  Scott has quickly built a massive 1000/wk practice by understanding the Chiropractic philosophy of a lifetime family practice and educating his practice members.  I really enjoy Scott's humility and mellow demeanor.  We talk about capacity blocks, giving back, and the physical and mental mind set necessary to see that many people every week.  Enjoy!!
