Junk has shouldered Yelawolf, Royce Da 5”9, Rittz, Souls of Mischief, Ghostface, Action Bronson, Raekwon, Method Man, Freddie Gibbs, Tech N9ne, Sean Price and MGK to name a few. He has also performed at numerous festivals and events, including the Calgary Stampede.Junk started his rap career in Vancouver, hosting hip-hop nights at the age of 14 and participating in open mic sessions across the city. He quickly gained recognition in the local battle rap scene, becoming Vancouver's reigning freestyle champion and winning the Rent Money freestyle competition four times.
