| 9/20/25 | Hello friends, Yes indeed. It is true. This is loving farewell to the public version of this poddie - I explain why (vulnerability, safety, deep dives) and where you'll find it going forward - in the Fulfillment Lab 2.0 launching on 1 October. I'm expanding my reach out - I want as many corporate women as possible to come join the space to DO CORPORATE DIFFERENTLY. There is something there for all levels and needs, trust me it is EPIC. Thank you all SO MUCH for your loyal listenership. I appreciate it so so much and I'm sorry to take this away from the public sphere but it feels important and right for my next steps. I'll still be over on instagram (@mollie_treg) talking to you every day!! If you like the sounds of the new Lab launching on 1 October come join the waitlist to see what all the excitment is about for yourself. WAITLIST HERE BIG LOVE AND 10000 THANK YOU'S xxxxxxx | 15m 00s | |||||||
| 9/4/25 | This one is a raw one, friends. I’m talking about loneliness, the kind that can sneak in even when life looks shiny and successful on the outside. After being at a corporate conference this week, I found myself reflecting on how isolating growth can sometimes feel, both personally and professionally. I’ve definitely felt it while building the Fulfillment Lab, and it’s not something we often talk about out loud. In this episode, I share what that’s been like for me, and how I'm alchemising it into something really powerful. Into this massive vision to create a new space for corporate women. Watch this space - huge exciting announcements coming so soon! My hope is that it reminds you that you’re not the only one, and that it encourages you to keep finding those spaces and people where you truly feel supported. | 17m 54s | |||||||
| 8/25/25 | Something different this week as a bonus episode. I have been talking about how building and growing The Fulfillment Lab is my proudest thing, but actually I think my proudest thing is nurturing and loving my beloved little boy, lovingly dubbed 'small fry', who is 5 years old. In today's bonus ep, we do a little interview of each other. Oh his little voice! Hope you enjoy a brief insight into me as 'mum' and hearing about all our favourite things. As you can hear, small fry is keen for more eps, so if you like this and have questions for him, send me a message. He will be chuffed! | 14m 04s | |||||||
| 8/12/25 | You asked, I answered! I put a call out on insta (you can find me there at mollie_treg) to see if anyone has queries about my business journey. You sure did! I got all inspired and decided to record a poddie with my responses. OOOF I get honest here. Got more question, I love to hear them. You know where to find meeee. xx M | 23m 11s | |||||||
| 8/7/25 | Based on a request from a beautiful listener, I've shared a little more about how I manage the 'juggle' and do the old work life balance thing. I spoke about this at length with Rose Inglis a few years ago on her old pocast - you can find the ep here - but really interesting to note that I was still in big corp then and now life feels quite different. In this episode, I open up about my own journey of balancing a busy household with my work as a coach and mentor for corporate women. I share candid reflections on navigating the demands of family life, the role self-care plays in keeping me grounded, and how I’ve learned to find moments of joy in the everyday chaos. Warning: We get DEEP into some details and minutiae. But you asked for it friends! xx Enjoyyyyy! | 20m 01s | |||||||
| 7/31/25 | All my work supporting corporate women allows me to see big themes emerge. These include some of the challenges many corporate woman face. Here are 8 super common ones I'm seeing all the time at the moment. I wanted to share this to validate that this is a collective set of challenges for women. If you feel this way YOU ARE NOT ALONE. I promise. This is what my work focuses on every single day. Let me know if they resonate. Let me know if you need a hand! Always in your corner x | 36m 40s | |||||||
| 7/16/25 | In this episode, I share my journey navigating work and life as a coach and business owner, discussing how I maintain my energy, set boundaries, and structure my work schedule to thrive life and business. A fun personal share this week. Let me know if you like these BTS eps, I do SO enjoy doing them (and all the other ones too). Thanks for listening! xx | 19m 51s | |||||||
| 7/9/25 | This episode is inspired by a recent call with a wonderful client. I wanted to share some thoughts and suggestions about 'the uncomfortable unknown' a really interesting and challenging phase I've observed in women who are coming out the other side of burnout or a really stressful time. This is a phase of 'sitting in the muck' and trying to work our who we are again and we DO NOT LIKE IT! It is uncomfortable in the extreme, especially because we like to problem solve and act fast. This phase requires comfort, slowness, rest and introspection. Gross you say! I get it I really do, but I think we need to walk through this time of self discovery to come out of burnout really changed for the better. Into, what I like to think of, as the Bright Spark. The bit where joy, fun and our inner fire really comes back big time! The book I specifically mention is The Salt Palth by Raynor Winn. And naturally I tell you to come join the Fulfillment Lab my membership program where many many women are working through this mucky time in a supported way. | 18m 42s | |||||||
| 7/3/25 | Let's talk boundaries baby!!! In this episode I share a sneak peak into the recent boundaries masterclass I ran and ALSO a sneak peak into the focus for the Fulfillment Lab members for the whole month of July. You guessed it! Boundaries. I share my very own definition of boundaries, emphasising their critical role in protecting your precious time, energy and values. I also run you through the start of some self-reflection questions to ponder on, to hopefully give you a little nudge to firm up those leaky boundaries!! This work is soooo important and I feel like it impacts 99.9% of corporate women. So let's change that hey? If you want to check out The Fulfillment Lab (the best membership for corporate women) you can find all the info here. | 17m 55s | |||||||
| 6/26/25 | In this episode of The Fulfillment Diaries, I talk about the importance of doing the good hard things, like diving in the ocean in the depths of winter. I share some of my own experiences trying to navigate the push and pull of discipline and softness and also share insights into some of the key themes I see in other women, pushing too hard in some areas and then resisting the things they really need. If any of the blockers or areas of resistance I mention sound terribly familiar, that might be an interesting insight for you! I share the technique for a very quick body scan that helps surface what is really going on behind this resistance. If you'd like access to this body scan, let me know. It is also available as one of many resources in the Fulfillment Lab, my beautiful membership program for corporate women. I've got a starter pack offer available at the moment for anyone who would like to take the metaphorical leap into the cold cold ocean and join the magical space that is the Lab! You can find all the info at this link. | 22m 57s | |||||||

| 6/19/25 | This is something I've created for my clients over the years as a way to help them take 5 minutes space to decompress. It seems basic and maybe mad but essentially, I've created you a structured 5 minutes of silence by recording just that, with me marking how many minutes are left each minute. Use it as much as you like, and let me know how you go. Honestly, I even use it sometimes! | 6m 59s | |||||||
| 6/12/25 | In this fittingly 'lo-fi' episode, recorded on the fly in a cabin in Japan, I talk about throwing imperfection out the window. I give a sweet little rundown of my Japan trip and the inspiration all around me (nature! green! mountains! podcasts!). A few things catalysed me to record this episode. Other than just wanting to share some of the awe and energy this beautiful country has given me, I've also been inspired by a seemingly totally unrelated podcast episode we listened to one of our long drives (I will share in the show notes below) as well as many conversations I've had with wonderful women lately. In short, this is a little tough love chat to say: please don't let perfectionism, fear or 'busy' behaviour get in the way of doing the work you really need to do for yourself. I see this far too often in my work and it is time to STOP, make space and prioritise yourself. Ask yourself: what is really truly getting the way for you? As always, much much love from me. I'm interested to hear from you - what does this bring up for you? What will this catalyse you to do? Let me know!! Links I mention: The Tape Notes episode with Damon Albarn from Blur. Find it here. The Work I mentioned - The Blueprint I think you all need to read. Find it here. The Fulfillment Lab - my GORGEOUS membership program for corporate women. You need to join us! Find out all about the starter pack here. | 17m 24s | |||||||
| 6/5/25 | Now don't close your ears to this one! It is, as always, a super practical walk through of something to help you in your corporate career plus some storiessss. Today I talk about corporate presence, and in particular four elements that I think are useful and important to think about when working out how to be YOU in corporate in a way that feels good. We walk through the concepts of gravitas, communication, visual identity and x-factor. I also share a couple of stories of my own confidence crises throughout my career and how I came out the side feeling even stronger about my identity. I recently ran a 4 part Strategic Blueprint masterclass series, including one all about presence. Even you want to dive deeper you can find the series here. I also mention my gorgeous membership program The Fulfillment Lab which I invite you to come join via our new starter pack, just for women like you trying to take the leap into investing in themselves. You can find ALL the info here. (Ps. the Masterclass series is in here too - as are all my other programs). As always, if you have questions for me - you know where to find me. With love, Mollie xx | 15m 52s | |||||||
