| 5/20/26 | ![]() What If Life Itself Is the Medicine? with Dr. Cassie Wuthrich | What if the most powerful medicine you need is not another supplement, lab test, or treatment—but your own life?In this deeply transformative episode of the FWD Think Tank Podcast, I sit down with the brilliant and thought-provoking Dr. Cassie Wuthrich for what can only be described as a master class in healing, intuition, and the art of trusting the body's innate wisdom.Unlike a traditional Q&A interview, this conversation unfolds more like a poetic teaching. And I decided to sit back and listen and let this goddess of a human share her magic that can truly transform the way we go about healing. Dr. Cassie shares profound insights on why life itself can be our greatest medicine, and how true healing often begins when we stop chasing endless protocols and start listening to the intelligence already within us.If you've ever felt:Burnt out from trying every supplement, treatment, or wellness trendOverwhelmed by conflicting health advice and "expert" opinionsStuck in analysis paralysis, believing you need more data before you can healExhausted from being on the healing hamster wheel despite doing "everything right"...this episode is for you.Dr. Cassie explores why she no longer relies heavily on supplements in her practice, how each person is truly an N of 1 when it comes to healing, and why wellness is about far more than IV therapies, medications, surgeries, and interventions designed to force the body into a response.Instead, she invites us into a radically different perspective: that the body is not broken—it is communicating. This rich and expansive conversation is filled with storytelling, wisdom, and truth that challenges the modern health paradigm and offers a more intuitive, embodied approach to healing. In this episode, we discuss: Why life itself can be magical medicineThe hidden cost of over-relying on supplements and protocolsHealing burnout and the trap of "doing more"Trusting your body's innate wisdomWhy every individual is an N of 1Moving beyond analysis paralysisIntuition, storytelling, and the deeper meaning of illnessHow to stop forcing healing and start receiving itWhether you're navigating chronic illness, recovering from cancer, struggling with burnout, or simply seeking a more meaningful relationship with your health, this episode will leave you feeling grounded, inspired, and profoundly hopeful.🎧 Tune in and discover how healing may begin not with doing more—but with listening more deeply. | — | ||||||

| 9/23/25 | ![]() How to Handle Curveballs in Your Healing Journey | Season 3 of the FWD Think Tank kicking off talking about how to handle the curveballs that life throws at you while on your healing journey. This was not an easy episode to record, as I have had some big hurdles the past few months. If you are on a cancer healing journey and find yourself faced with news you weren't hoping to hear, a scan result that brings emotional charges, blood work that isn't what you'd hoped to see, this episode is for you. After spending some time off of social media after going through an unexpected second surgery this summer, I've put some thoughts together on how to help others navigate a health hurdle including focusing on facts first, processing and moving THROUGH your feelings and not internalizing them, the importance of protecting your peace and not oversharing your journey in the moment if that feels stressful for you, the NECESSITY of advocating for yourself because on YOU know your body, why it's important to relinquish control, move at your own pace and let God guide you forward when you feel like you can't do it on your own, and the importance of finding moments of JOY despite the heartaching moments of setback. If this episode resonated with you, PLEASE share it. It means the world to me. | 6/10/25 | ![]() Convos w/ Dad: Mastering Your Mind, Healing Your Body & The Impact of my Diagnosis with Jim Forward | Meet My Dad, Jim Forward: the "OG Forward" as me and my sisters call him. My best friend, confidant, encourager, spiritual buddy and the one who has helped guide me in every major life decision. Together in this conversation, we navigate and discuss my diagnosis, and the unique way that my Dad decided to show up and support me while navigating the healing process. We also talk about the Rosicrucians, a school he found at a pivotal point in his life where he was searching for something more, and this truly changed his life. We discuss why it's important to master our mental health, and how it is directly connected to our physical body and spirit, navigating challenging times in life, how music has been an influential piece of both of our lives and can help the healing process, and so much more. This is such a special conversation for me, as I've always found my Dad to be someone who has had eternal wisdom to share, and now he's sharing not just with me, but with all of you. My Dad has made such a profound influence on my life in many ways. Not only has he helped me navigate every chapter of life, but he's been an entrepreneur my entire life, the Founder of Forward Branding & Identity, a branding and packaging firm that inspired creativity in all of us girls at a young age to find our own creative outlets and think outside the box. He's a problem solver, and someone who always looks at life from a slightly unique perspective. He has continued his innovative vision now developing a platform called Behold, a global platform that brings together artist and art lovers, and will be something that we will discuss in a future episode. Jim is one of the coolest guys I know, "Curious Jim" as I call him- always being inspired by the world around him, figuring out ways to make things work better, and also reminding us all to never lose that inner child and to play and have fun. A young-at-heart guy, he is a loving husband, awesome father to me and my two sisters, and a fun-loving "Papa Jim" to his grandkids. I am releasing this episode right before Father's Day weekend- wishing all of the Dads and father figures out there a very Happy Father's Day, and the biggest shoutout to JIm- my number one guy, always, all ways.
