Good Early Guards Vibes Against Baseball's Best

About this episode

The episode discusses the Cleveland Guardians' strong start to the season and the contributions of various players while highlighting key milestones and changes in the game.

Guardians are off to a 6-4 start despite playing some of baseball's best teams to begin the year. Zack Meisel and T.J. Zuppe talk about the good vibes that come from unexpected contributions -- Gabriel Arias, Austin Hedges and C.J. Kayfus on Sunday in particular -- while pondering when the best players on the roster, like Kyle Manzardo and Jose Ramirez, will begin to pick it up. Then, the guys talk about Ramirez reaching another Cleveland milestone, Rhys Hoskins' increased early bat speed and the implementation of the ABS system.
