| 2/3/26 | ![]() Grooving With Blues Masters: Corky Siegel | The late 60's developed some of the biggest names of the Blues in Chicago. Corky Siegel and Jim Schwall began their musical partnership simply as, "Corky and Jim". For all the details on the rest of the story, please join host Jim Ervin as he welcomes Corky Siegel for an in depth discussion about those early days in Chicago. Siegel was also responsible for developing a sub-genre known as Chamber Blues in the late 60's as well. It's a trip back in time you do not want to miss!Website: https://www.corkymusic.com/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/corky.siegelYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCf2AXfOm_WF3Cg5l_kjJuYwSpotify: https://open.spotify.com/artist/23p6pwi1Wf0d46jOMf9fN5?si=JsCVYB8sQZWWyu2ztzjbnQ_________________________Facebook: Time SignaturesYouTube: Time SignaturesFacebook: Capital Area Blues SocietyWebsite: Capital Area Blues SocietyFriends of Time Signatures _______Website: University of Mississippi Libraries Blues ArchiveWebsite: Killer Blues Headstone ProjectWebsite: Blues Society Radio NetworkWebsite: Keeping the Blues Alive Foundation | — | ||||||
