It was not planned but what happened to this spot is kinda magical as the community took the place and ran with it. On the daily we see old /young, new comers and old faithfuls come together, just chill chat and leave as new family. Rarely do we see people on their phones, as almost all the time its human to human chatting or families all playing together on the lot...so cool and we love it!
