Eugenie chats with Dr. Paul Winger, the Director of the Centre for Sustainable Aquatic Resources (CSAR), who shares all the details about the International Council for the Exploration of the Sea (ICES) / UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) Fishing Technology and Fish Behavior Conference.
