About this episode
This episode discusses the unique challenges and gifts of being neurodivergent in the non-profit sector.
The title of this episode says it all really! Neurodivergence holds a special place in my heart. Divergent thinking is what we NEED in order to solve the complex challenges we face as a global society. And yet, for humans who are 'different', the world can be an incredibly cruel and hurtful place. This is one of my favourite conversations so far because Joanna and I could both geek out about the limitations of the systems that currently dominate the modern-day, Westernised culture we live in.
