About this episode

The episode discusses WNBA free agency developments and features an interview with Olympic gold medalist Elana Meyers Taylor about her career and achievements in bobsledding.

WNBA free agency is moving fast, and we catch up with who’s going (or staying) where and what they’re earning. And while the WNBA draft is over and Azzi Fudd was picked #1, we discuss how the NCAA tourney shifted narratives around certain players and what we think about it.  And we welcome Elana Meyers Taylor, who won the Olympic gold medal in women’s monobob this year. She talks to us about the barriers she overcame to become the most decorated black athlete ever in the Winter Olympics, and how she pushed through the toughest year of her career to win her first gold medal ever, at age 41.
