We're going to explore the concept of anti-fragility—a game-changer for how we think about stress and challenges. Anti-fragility, coined by Nassim Taleb, flips the script on what we’ve been told about resilience. It’s not just about surviving difficulties; it's about growing stronger from them. Think of your emotions like muscles—when you flex them, they get stronger. They require stress to thrive.
