Aliche - known as The Budgetnista - built her personal finance platform almost by accident. After a friend stole $35,000 from her and the 2008 recession wiped out her condo's value, she started helping friends navigate their own financial messes. That side hustle became a business. By 37, she was a millionaire. By 40, she had her first eight-figure revenue year. But the money didn't fix everything.
