Mark Levin Podcast

On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, the outcome of the midterm elections will be determined by voter turnout, not by polls or surveys. If you do not vote, they win. And if they win, we lose our country. President Trump is breaking his back carrying the Republican party over the finish line because he knows what's at stake. Republicans must make the case for the Constitution. Meanwhile, Israel’s election is today. Israel’s coalition-based parliamentary system is overly fragmented, and no prime minister can govern without assembling a coalition among numerous parties. According to Channel 14, Netanyahu, Likud, and the right-wing coalition are at 61-62. Despite all the spin about the opposition and the Arab parties and Likud, the largest party, lost votes, etc., if this holds the government effectively won re-election. We will know shortly. Also, there’s positive economic news - a sharp rise in consumer confidence that exceeded expectations, increasing from the prior month to 91.7 and marking the first gain in four months. This is thanks to President Trump’s efforts to grow the economy, lower costs, boost employment, and increase incomes. In contrast, if Democrats win both Houses their policies would increase spending, debt, inflation, and would threaten key institutions. Later, Sen Dan Sullivan joins the show to break down his re-election for Alaska’s Senator. This race is critical for both Alaska and the nation; Alaska serves as a firewall for freedom by helping prevent Chuck Schumer from becoming majority leader and keeping Mary Peltola from returning to Congress. Afterward, Rep Byron Donalds calls in with an update on his run for Florida Governor. Florida Republicans have built an advantage in early and absentee voting but success depends on voters continuing to turn out through Election Day. This election is a choice between maintaining Florida’s current conservative, low-tax model and moving toward larger government and higher spending.  Finally, Sen Darline Graham calls in with an update on her re-election for South Carolina Senate. She is pro-life, supports law enforcement, and backs the Second Amendment, while her opponent is a radical liberal who supports abortion later in pregnancy, wants to defund the police, and has received significant compensation from an anti-gun activist groups. Graham said the race remains close because some voters are being persuaded by campaign advertising – don’t fall for it. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

This week on the Mark Levin Show, Americans have a crucial opportunity to reject the path that France, Belgium, and Britain have taken and to do so through voting, particularly by turning out in large numbers during early voting and on Election Day. The social and political conditions in parts of Europe could spread if left unchecked. This election is about protecting liberty, honoring the sacrifices of previous generations, maintaining the American melting pot, and ensuring that cultural and religious traditions coexist without being imposed on society through intimidation, violence, or coercion. CNN is the Al-Jazeera of America. They have become closely aligned with and financially influenced by Qatar. CNN quietly removed highly favorable language about Qatar from promotional materials for its upcoming Global Perspectives forum in Doha after scrutiny. Qatar uses its money to buy influence across media, universities, politics, and public institutions, while promoting its interests through outlets such as Al Jazeera and relationships with organizations like Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood. CNN’s Qatar-backed events, Doha bureau, and revised conference agenda demonstrate that the network has compromised its journalistic independence. CNN has effectively become a vehicle for advancing Qatari interests rather than operating as an independent news organization. Later, we need to continue to reach people across the country and around the world to help turn out voters, clarify the mission, and encourage participation in the election, regardless of polls, surveys, commentators, or experts. The ultimate decision about the country's future rests with the American people, not pollsters. Election predictions have shifted from expectations of a sweeping Democrat victory to increasing uncertainty among so-called experts. We need to vote early, and bring friends, family, and members of their social and religious communities to vote as well. France serves as a warning that civilization is not immortal. Western countries have ignored signs of social and cultural decline for decades. Nations that admit or tolerate people who hate their societies risk undermining their own survival. A civilization cannot survive if it continually weakens itself by welcoming people who oppose its values and interests. France’s unrest is partly the result of allowing in people hostile to the country; Britain faces a similar danger, and the United States could experience the same fate if it follows a similar path. On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, France serves as a warning that civilization is not immortal. Also, since Dearborn, Michigan will overwhelmingly support Abdul El-Sayed, it is critical for voters across the rest of Michigan to turn out, vote early or submit ballots, and encourage family, friends, and community members to do the same. This election will affect the future of the country and future generations. Republicans need to stay focused on winning elections and not be distracted by internal disputes. Democrats are tied to extremists, Marxists, and groups that threaten the country. Most Americans love their country, support the Constitution, oppose open borders, and reject policies that would weaken the nation's system.  Meanwhile, Democrats are fighting efforts to clean up voter rolls, even as the Justice Department identifies 20,000 ineligible voters who received ballots in California and the case lands before Judge David Carter, who has already shown open hostility to the DOJ. Attorney General Todd Blanche asks why no one in California wants to fix it.  Finally, Katie Zacharia joins the show and describes traveling with President Trump on his midterm blitz through Alaska, Arizona, and Montana, with rallies as packed as 2024, and points to the Alaska LNG pipeline and new energy projects as real results. She points to Gavin Newsom's record in California, from the train to nowhere to the nation's worst literacy rate and highest energy prices, and warns that Democrats would turn the weaponized legal system on ordinary Americans. Holding the Senate is critical to confirming judges and justices who will defend the Constitution. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, CNN is the Al-Jazeera of America. Meanwhile, a movement called “Chaos, Inc.” has expanded to 101 organizations across nine countries that are coordinating, organizing, or amplifying protests in Europe and potentially the United States. These groups are connected through a Marxist-Islamist alliance, involving Antifa, Code Pink, and other left-wing activist networks, and are being funded and supported by the Chinese Communist Party, Qatar, and billionaire Neville Roy Singham. Later, Dr James Lindsay calls in and explains that the National Conservatism (NatCon) movement is attempting to replace constitutional and classical liberal conservatism with a new collectivist ideology centered on loyalty, nationalism, and state-directed notions of the common good. NatCon and its allies attack foundational influences such as John Locke, mischaracterize supporters of the Constitution as “liberals,” and promote a vision that subordinates individual liberty to national or collective interests. The movement advocates greater state involvement in economic, social, religious, and personal affairs under the banner of the common good, which he says resembles socialist or Marxist methods despite different goals. Finally, Rep Monica De La Cruz calls in to discuss her congressional race in South Texas, where redistricting has made 80% of her district new territory despite her incumbency. The district was designed to lean Republican, but economic concerns such as affordability and immigration remain top issues, and many Hispanic voters are relatively new to the Republican Party. On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, Rich Valdes fills in for Mark. The upcoming midterm elections are among the most consequential in the nation’s history. It’s a choice between preserving the America people know today or moving toward a radically different future. Americans are increasingly focused on the future their children and grandchildren will inherit, law and order, constitutional principles, and the need for strong leadership to protect freedom, security, and traditional American values. We must reject the propaganda, stay engaged in the political process, and remain focused on shaping the country’s future. Also, while many conservatives hope serious consequences could follow Rep Ilhan Omar, many remain skeptical that any investigation will ultimately lead to criminal penalties. Omar’s unpopularity stems less from the marriage allegations and more from her anti-American statements throughout her political career. If Omar committed crimes, she should be held accountable, but who knows whether the political and legal system will actually produce that outcome. Later, AOC says Republicans don't want women to go to college. She is misrepresenting the issue: the government caps student loans for non-professional occupations such as nurses, teachers and social workers. AOC is trying to weaponize higher education as the GOP's war on women when it's actually a war on the Deep State. The bigger issue is that people are being lied to: AOC labels Republicans as anti-women but her supporters just accept it at face value. We need to stop with knee-jerk reactions. Meanwhile, Democratic Socialists of America candidate Darializa Avila Chevalier tells Politico that Democrats can learn from the DSA’s bold vision, a vision of abolishing ICE, jails, police, and the Senate and promising free health care for everyone. Canadians with heart trouble slip into Detroit for emergency care, and in Cuba a surgeon asks a patient’s family to bring gloves and gauze from the States, proof that government-run medicine is not the America anyone should want. On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, Ben Fegruson fills in for Mark. What was initially portrayed as banks independently debanking customers was actually the result of intense pressure from federal regulators during the Obama and Biden administrations, which targeted groups and industries disfavored by the government, including MAGA supporters, pro-life organizations and firearms businesses. Banks feared regulatory retaliation, fines, and other consequences if they did not comply, leading them to deny services, credit, or accounts based on customers’ political, social, or religious views. Government officials effectively used financial institutions to punish ideological opponents and influence private-sector decisions. Americans of all political and religious beliefs should oppose such actions because the government should not have the power to determine who can access banking services based on their values, beliefs, or affiliations, and he calls for legislation to prevent similar practices in the future. Also, whistleblower findings publicized by Sen Chuck Grassley alleges that Jack Smith and the Biden Department of Justice collected personal data on more than 639,000 Republican voters, donors, and supporters during the Arctic Frost investigation. Many of these individuals had done nothing more than donate small amounts to Republican causes, purchase Trump campaign merchandise, or participate in the political process, yet their names, addresses, occupations, donation histories, and other personal information were collected. Investigators gathered information from people with no apparent connection to alleged wrongdoing. How was this information used, and why was so much personal data on ordinary Americans obtained in the first place? The scope of the data collection was politically motivated, personally invasive, and far larger than previously known. It was a government-maintained database of Republican supporters which you see in authoritarian governments. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, WJNO’s Brian Mudd fills in for Mark. Columbus Day and the American Miracle. We still celebrate Columbus Day, right? It is a federal holiday by statute, after all. It’s OK to wish someone a Happy Columbus Day. Unless you’re a woke libtard influenced by secular pop culture, in which case you celebrate something called Indigenous Peoples’ Day, which is not a federal holiday. In fact, if it weren’t for Columbus, there’s a really good chance July 4th, 1776 wouldn’t have happened. According to AI, the odds of the American colonists beating the British to win independence and then becoming the world’s superpower were 0–0.001%. In the past 250 years, the average standard of living has increased exponentially. Increased wealth led to increased philanthropy, leading to advances in tech, science, medicine, and religion. Without the USA, could the Allies have won World War II? It’s very easy to overlook the probable fact that without Christopher Columbus, there would be no United States of America. Also, is Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky OK with maintaining the status quo of war with Russia? Trump made a deal with Russian President Putin for diesel fuel, but the bigger news was he called on the Ukrainian people to elect a new leader who will make a deal to end the war. Trump holds all the cards: America provides 45% of Ukraine’s weapons, including the deep-strike weapons Ukraine has used to hit Russian refineries and drive up diesel prices. Trump has asked Zelenskyy to stop hitting Russian energy but to no avail. What is Zelensky’s motivation? He’s unpopular in Ukraine and would probably lose an election, but he’s suspended elections until he has 60 days of peace. As long as the war continues, Zelensky stays president. Suppose Trump withholds the 45% of Ukrainian weapons that America provides? Trump’s strategy behind his deal with Putin is not just lowering diesel prices, it’s putting maximum pressure on Zelensky to end the war. Finally, two things can be true at once. The Iran war did increase oil prices, but oil shipments out of the Strait of Hormuz have resumed at 74% of pre-war levels and are getting better. But refined products—like diesel—are still lagging behind. We’re winning the war in Iran. They are throwing the kitchen sink in a desperate attempt to disrupt the flow of oil out of the Strait because Iran is in dire economic trouble. They are almost out of oil to sell and almost out of money. To send weapons to terror proxies like the Houthis, they need money. Trump’s strategy of parallel paths to bring both wars—Iran and Russia/Ukraine—to an end is working. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, we should never surrender American sovereignty to international bodies like the International Criminal Court because we don’t want unelected foreign judges, many of whom come from systems that do not share our standards of due process and civil liberties, to have the power to prosecute our citizens, soldiers, president, vice president, or other government officials. This same principle has guided Israel's opposition to efforts to prosecute Benjamin Netanyahu, and that people like Zohran Mamdani embrace a form of globalism that places international institutions above national sovereignty, which is fundamentally incompatible with America's constitutional system. Meanwhile, there have been a series of bomb threats targeting Orthodox Jewish schools and public schools in Jewish neighborhoods in Brooklyn. These incidents receive too little national attention and are becoming normalized. Also, while media competition has expanded with podcasts and streaming, the Mark Levin show affiliates have helped us grow across radio and digital platforms, allowing us to reach audiences in more ways than ever. This midterm election is critically important, and this program is focused on the issues, the candidates, and turnout rather than turning it into a committee discussion. Later, who cares if the execution of the Fort Hood killer should be streamed? He had his due process, he's been sitting there for years, and he's lived a lot longer than he should have under the circumstances. If people want to watch it, they can watch it; if they don't want to watch it, they don't have to; just carry out the sentence and be done with it. Finally, Asra Nomani calls in and explains that what began as French students protesting overcrowded schools, teacher shortages, and poor learning conditions has evolved into a broader movement supported and amplified by a network of labor unions, communist and socialist organizations, political parties, activist groups, and international media outlets. Nomani identified a network of 50 organizations involved in mobilizing demonstrations, organizing strikes, and promoting the protests globally, with groups linked to far-left political causes, Palestinian activism, and anti-capitalist movements playing prominent roles. On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, the problems seen in places like France and Britain are already taking root in America, and if President Donald Trump had not been re-elected, the United States would be facing the same path. A Marxist-Islamist alliance is already here, supported by Democrats who are undermining the Constitution, the Supreme Court, law enforcement, the military, and the nation's checks and balances in pursuit of centralized power and one-party rule. Mass immigration by people who do not intend to assimilate, along with the influence of radicals in universities, the media, and politics, threatens civil society and Americanism. This election is a choice between preserving America, constitutional government, and the rule of law, or allowing forces that seek to fundamentally transform and ultimately destroy the nation to prevail. Also, on the 3-year anniversary of October 7th, Zohran Mamdani accuses Israel of genocide, apartheid, and war crimes, arguing that Israel is a diverse society rather than an apartheid state. The claim of a genocide in Gaza is absurd. He is a disgusting jihadist, pure and simple. He couldn’t even shut his foul mouth for one day. Mamdani is now the face of the Marxist-Islamist alliance which is already inside the gates. Later, an arrest was made of an 18-year-old alleged ISIS sympathizer accused of planning a mass shooting at the Mall of America. The FBI is doing a great job but there may be many more of these threats across the country. Terrorists exploited America’s freedoms and constitutional protections to attack the very society that grants them; how many extremists may already be living within the United States. Afterward, Mike Rogers calls in about his Senate race in Michigan. Rogers’ campaign is gaining momentum because more voters are recognizing the danger Abdul El-Sayed poses. El-Sayed has failed to condemn groups such as the IRGC and the Muslim Brotherhood, refuses to distance himself from inflammatory anti-Jewish rhetoric, and has contributed to a climate where Jewish students feel unsafe expressing their identity. More voters are waking up to the stakes of the race and rallying behind Rogers' campaign to prevent his election to the Senate. Finally, Sen Dan Sullivan joins the show with an update on his Sente race in Alaska. Sullivan’s opponent Mmary Peltola is aligned with the far left and would help advance policies that oppose Alaska’s oil, gas, and resource development while weakening the military and empowering anti-Alaska leadership in Washington. On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, the information being released by the Department of Justice points to massive corruption involving the Biden DOJ, Merrick Garland, and Jack Smith. Julie Kelly calls in to break it down. The operation was even worse than she had realized, arguing that Smith abused his authority by obtaining White House phone records, collecting communications involving officials, members of Congress, reporters, and others connected to President Trump. Kelly said the surveillance of Susie Wiles and other Trump associates began before Smith's appointment and represented a broader effort by the DOJ to monitor Trump and his campaign, which was even more extensive than Russiagate. And, the Biden White House was involved in all stages of the investigation. Meanwhile, the same party seeking to reshape the Constitution is targeting the Supreme Court first by eliminating the filibuster, packing the lower courts and the Supreme Court with additional justices, and presenting themselves as the true constitutionalists while pursuing a broader political agenda. Later, if Republicans continue to outperform polling in the same way they have in past cycles, states like Michigan, Texas, Iowa, and Ohio could shift Republican, allowing Republicans to hold the Senate. But none of that matters unless we vote like everything is on the line because everything is on the line. Democrats are trying to weaken this president through investigations, lay the groundwork for future political gains, and pursue changes that would fundamentally alter the country, including amnesty and other policies would be difficult to reverse. Afterward, the lawsuits being pursued by Democrat-led towns, cities, and states are designed to bankrupt and destroy oil companies, with trial lawyers standing to benefit while using the courts to achieve what cannot be accomplished through legislation. The Commerce Clause was created to encourage and protect interstate commerce, not to allow local governments to interfere with industries that affect the entire nation. Also, Rep Mike Lawler, calls in to discuss his re-election campaign in NY. This election is common sense and capitalism versus the socialist program of open borders, Medicare for all, and government takeovers pushed by Zohran Mamdani and the radicals who would vote for Hakeem Jeffries as Speaker. Finally, Eli Steele calls in to discuss his new documentary essay, White Guilt. After the Civil Rights victories of the 1960s, white America didn't just feel guilt. It surrendered its hold on America and that surrender became a weapon. Merit collapsed and standards fell. Individual responsibility gave way to grievance as power. And the institutions meant to lift people up were quietly repurposed to keep them down. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, Gavin Newsom’s bill requiring companies that operated before 1965 to search their records for ties to slavery is misguided and hypocritical. Why are businesses targeted when the Democratic Party had deep historical ties to slavery, the Confederacy, segregation, and the Ku Klux Klan. What does Newsom have to say about the family that owns the New York Times, whose ancestors were slaveowners and were involved in the slave trade, and covered for Stalin's massacre of Ukrainians in 1932 and covered for Hitler and the Nazis, and is currently Hamas' mouthpiece? If Newsom wants to investigate slavery, look no further than current day Africa and the Middle East.  Also, the Atlantic describes how Democrats are preparing a wide range of investigations if they win congressional majorities; this is proof that their focus is not on affordability or the issues Americans care about most, but on targeting President Trump, his administration, his family, and his allies. Democrats are organizing investigative strategies, compiling lists of potential targets, and planning aggressive oversight efforts that amount to political retribution disguised as accountability. These investigations, potential impeachment efforts, and plans to subpoena administration officials and even members of Trump’s family are part of a broader effort to weaken Trump’s presidency, advance partisan power, and position themselves for future political gains. This reflects a push toward one-party control, distracts from economic concerns, undermines institutions and traditions, and threatens the agenda voters elected Trump to carry out. Later, Zohran Mamdani says socialism means everyone should have what they need to live a dignified life and that it is the government’s job to provide it. This removes personal responsibility and requires taking money from hardworking people to give to others.  Socialism does not create prosperity, put groceries on shelves, or increase people’s income, but instead empowers bureaucrats while restricting individual freedom. Why would Americans would abandon a constitutional republic and capitalist system that has created opportunity and prosperity in favor of socialism promoted by Mamdani. On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, Rich Valdes fills in for Mark. Sen Bernie Sanders claims that AI represents the growing power of oligarchs and should be controlled by the people rather than a handful of billionaires. Sanders completely misunderstands how the free market works because people, not elites, ultimately determine which technologies succeed by choosing whether or not to use them.  AI is being developed through innovation and entrepreneurship to help people and businesses, not as a tool for oligarchic control, and that the bigger concern is preventing technocrats from overreaching through common-sense oversight by elected representatives. Later, the passengers on the FlyDubai flight stopped a terrorist hijacking and prevented a catastrophe. It reminds you of the resolve of the people on 9/11, when enough was enough and the threat could no longer be ignored. Benjamin Netanyahu saluted the heroes, including an Israeli plumber who helped level the plane. Antisemitism and jihadi terror are out of control - this is Islamo-fascism in the skies. Then, it's Hispanic Heritage Month at the White House and a reminder that Hispanic Americans keep moving right because they've lived socialism. Finally, Sen Chris Van Hollen race-baits deportations while 186 House Democrats vote against deporting illegals convicted of benefit fraud, and AG Todd Blanche announces ten foreign nationals indicted in Minnesota for illegal voting and false citizenship claims — Brazil, Ghana, Liberia — the kind of election fraud the left pretends doesn't exist. On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, WJNO’s Brian Mudd fills in for Mark. The release of five terrorism suspects in the UK less than two days after their arrest is a clear example of how the West is losing its way. Authorities say they are still trying to determine the suspects' motives, activities, and level of involvement in an alleged plot targeting a U.S. air base, yet they were released on bail under monitoring conditions. This reflects a broader problem of political correctness and a reluctance to directly address the role of Islamist extremism. Western societies have largely failed to recognize these trends of demographic changes in London, the growth of Muslim political representation in the United States, and the handling of this case is another example of an unwillingness to confront the issue directly. Later, we are winning the war in Iran even though many people may not feel like we’re winning because higher gas prices make the conflict seem costly. Looking at recent events, leadership posturing, and the broader strategic picture, the situation is progressing better than it appears. China, Russia, and Iran operate as an aligned axis, and assessing the health of that network is key to understanding the conflict. Russia has suffered major setbacks, including severe damage to its refining capacity and a sharp decline in oil exports, creating both an energy and economic crisis. The broader strategic trends are signs that the axis is weakening and that we are closer to victory than most people realize. Finally, the economy is really a tale of two economies. On one hand, many people feel frustrated about affordability and believe the economy is struggling. On the other hand, the actual data shows a historic economic boom. Business activity in both services and manufacturing is at its strongest level in years, with demand surging and growth reaching levels not seen since 2015 outside of the post-COVID rebound. Corporate earnings are growing rapidly, GDP is projected to expand at a 5% annualized rate, poverty has fallen to a record low, and median household income has reached a record high while rising faster than inflation. Across nearly every major economic indicator, businesses are thriving and people at all income levels appear to be doing better. Yet despite these historic gains, many Americans remain unhappy with the economy, creating a disconnect between economic data and public perception. Learn more about your ad choices.
