| 9/1/26 | 386 | Guided Mindful Decluttering: One Breath, One Object, One Decision | Hey Friends! In this guided mindful decluttering session, we focus on the extra bedroom—whether it's a guest room, child's room, or catch-all space. You'll choose your where and when, gather a few simple supplies, and then use breath, body, and sensory awareness to help you stay present while sorting and letting go. We'll also use a simple question to guide decisions: What actually participates in the life of this room? And throughout the practice, come back to: One breath. One object. One decision. Hope you enjoy this episode! XO, Amber Find me at @amber.cammidge on Instagram. | 8/24/26 | 385 | How Getting Rid of Almost Everything Changed Her Life | Hi Friends, In this episode, I talk with author of the beautiful book, Perfect Unfolding, Kristy Halvorsen. Kristy is a former firefighter and engineer, who traded her dream home and career for the freedom of the open road. After leaving her career, Kristy downsized into a 25-year-old Airstream named Coddi and began traveling full-time, learning firsthand how having less can create more freedom, clarity, and possibility. We discuss the emotional process of letting go, the financial simplicity of minimalism, following intuition instead of forcing answers, traveling solo, and giving yourself permission to reinvent your life at any age. Kristy also shares the idea of following the "tickles of the soul" or divine downloads, as I call them, which are those quiet internal nudges that become easier to hear when we slow down and make space. Hope you enjoy this episode! XO, Amber You can purchase Kristy's book, Perfect Unfolding, HERE. Follow Kristy on Instagram HERE. | 8/17/26 | 384 | How Divorce Saved My Family | Hi Friends! What if the clutter, the marriage, the job, or whatever you keep trying to fix, isn't actually the thing making you unhappy? In this episode, I share how divorce completely changed what I thought I knew about happiness, family, and letting go. We'll talk about why we give external things so much power over how we feel, how to stop taking responsibility for other people's emotions, and why letting go doesn't mean you made a mistake. Because sometimes the thing you're trying hardest to fix isn't the problem. It's the meaning you've attached to it. | 8/10/26 | 383 | What Your Clutter Says About Your Chakras with Bonnie Lippincott | Hi Friends! What if the clutter in different areas of your home could tell you something about what's happening internally? In this episode, I'm joined by Bonnie Lippincott, biomedical engineer, author, entrepreneur, Reiki practitioner, mom of two, and host of the This Magic Life podcast. Bonnie brings together two worlds we don't often hear discussed in the same conversation: science and energy. We talk about her journey from engineering to writing and entrepreneurship, what she learned from becoming a mother, and how creativity and self-expression helped shape the work she does today. Then we get into chakras, Reiki, and clutter. Bonnie walks us through the seven chakras and explores how each energy center can relate to different areas of our homes and lives. We talk about what recurring clutter might reveal, why letting go can be more than a physical act, and how clearing our spaces can become an opportunity for greater awareness, clarity, and growth. We also talk about something Bonnie calls magic - not necessarily something extraordinary or supernatural, but our ability to notice what is already happening around us. When we become more present and change the way we perceive our everyday lives, ordinary moments can begin to feel very different. About Bonnie Lippincott Bonnie Lippincott is a biomedical engineer, author, mom of two, entrepreneur, Reiki practitioner, and host of the This Magic Life podcast. Her work explores the intersection of science, energy, intuition, personal growth, relationships, parenting, and everyday life. | 7/31/26 | 381 | Declutter the Bedroom - Guided Mindful Decluttering Session Focused on Your Bedroom | Hi Friends! Press play, head to your bedroom, and declutter with me. In this guided session, I'll walk you through my method, which is a mindful approach that turns decluttering into a moving meditation. We'll arrive in the space, connect with the deeper meaning behind what we're doing, breathe, explore the clutter without judgment, and then notice what becomes possible when we create a little more space. Declutter in Layers Start with one category at a time and make your way around the room: Layer 1: Trash Walk around the room and collect anything that can simply be thrown away or recycled. Layer 2: Clothes Gather clothes and separate what needs to be put away, washed, donated, or let go. Layer 3: Toiletries & Personal Items Collect skincare, makeup, hair products, medications, and other personal items and return them to where they belong. Layer 4: Give Away Look for anything you already know you're ready to donate or give to someone else. Layer 5: Things That Belong Somewhere Else Gather anything that belongs in another room. Put it in a basket or pile to relocate when you're finished. Layer 6: Things You're Still Deciding About Set aside anything you're not ready to make a decision about yet. Don't let one difficult item stop your momentum. Layer 7: Clean Once the clutter is cleared, wipe down surfaces, vacuum, dust, open a window, or do whatever makes the room feel fresh. Layer 8: Put Everything Away Return the things you're keeping to their homes and enjoy the space you created. Hope this helps you! Hi Friends, I've been going live on Instagram every morning at 9:00 a.m. Pacific, and today we talked about how clutter is preventing you from living your best life. Our souls are wired for growth. We aren't meant to wake up, go to work, come home, manage piles of stuff, and repeat the same day over and over. We're meant to explore, create, connect, and live fully. So why is it so hard to let go? Because your survival brain wants what's familiar, even if what's familiar is exhausting. Clutter isn't just physical. It's often a nervous system that has learned chaos feels safer than change. Join Me Live I'd love to meet you at my FREE one-day workshop on Monday, July 20. To join Monday's workshop click WORKSHOP. | 6/23/26 | 369 | What is Your Body Trying to Tell You? | Hey Friends, In this episode, I sit down with Celina Caovan, a holistic physical therapist. In this casual conversation, Celina and I explore inner work, boundaries, and how the body can serve as a powerful guide back to self-reconnection. We discuss the ways our physical symptoms, habits, and patterns can offer valuable insight into what is happening beneath the surface, and how learning to listen to our bodies can help us make more aligned decisions in our homes, relationships, and daily lives. Celina shares her perspective on nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and the importance of honoring our own needs rather than continually abandoning ourselves to meet the expectations of others. If you've ever felt disconnected from yourself, overwhelmed by life's demands, or curious about the connection between physical well-being and personal growth, this conversation offers a gentle invitation to slow down, tune in, and come home to yourself. | 6/10/26 | 367 | How to Start Decluttering From Within | Hey Friends! Today I'm sharing a conversation I recently had on Anna Dearmon Kornick's podcast that I wanted to bring to you as well. Anna is a sought-after speaker, author and time management expert. Check out her podcast here: It's About Time Podcast In this conversation, we explore why decluttering is rarely about the stuff itself and why so many women feel stuck, overwhelmed, and unable to get started. We talk about the connection between clutter and the nervous system, why organization alone isn't enough, and how small, intentional actions can create lasting change in both your home and your life. In this episode, you'll learn: • How a dysregulated nervous system can make even simple decluttering tasks feel impossible • The Body, Mind, Soul + Next Action framework for moving from overwhelm to action • Why tiny actions are more effective than marathon decluttering sessions I hope this podcast episode helps you feel better in your home. Through personal reflections on marriage, divorce, and blurred emotional boundaries, she unpacks how many women unconsciously override their own needs, capacity, and nervous systems over time.
