“Beware of Greeks bearing gifts!” Unless, as it turns out on this occasion, the gift is comedian and sixties Doctor Who stalwart Toby Hadoke, all lovingly gift-wrapped and ready to talk. Jan also obtained those oh-so-important 8mm snippets of monochrome Who and he provides fascinating insight into those early days of organised fandom and the dawning realisation that much of our beloved show had gone, perhaps forever.
