We had a great time at the Grafton Village Cheese Company's Okemo Valley Tasting Room and Retail Store in Proctorsville, Vermont. Inside we were treated to the state of the cheesemaker's art with aged cheddar and some of the finest cheddars and other specialty cheeses that have ever been tasted. Outside, our neighbors had some high-end hardwood grills going and served up amazing Smoked Mac and Cheese and grilled cheese sandwiches that go way beyond anything you have ever tasted. We spoke to Kent Underwood - yes, the Big Cheese - and Jack and Shadow who know their cheeses and Arnie on the grill. And some of our friends who stopped by.
