That particular Monday when your weekend feels both a lifetime away and like it never really happened. The fridge is probably calling to you already—or maybe you're standing in front of it right now wondering what to grab because you're not even hungry, you're just... restless. I get it. Mondays have a way of making us reach for food when what we really need is a moment to just breathe. So let's do that together. Find yourself a comfortable seat, somewhere you can be for the next few minutes without jumping up. Feel your feet on the ground. That solid connection beneath you? Hold onto that feeling. Now, let's take three deep breaths together. Breathe in slowly through your nose, and exhale through your mouth like you're cooling down warm soup. Again. And one more time. Good.
