Then this meditation and breathing practice is for you!  This is a deep breathing exercise followed by meditation practice to help you regulate emotions, calm your mind, clear your energy, and bring you to a calm & centered state. Let's practice together, take back our power, and create a deep sense of peace within! I am Syrian American, but I have worked with many Egyptians in the past & was inspired to create a meditation in Egyptian dialect. My intention is to spread the practices of mindfulness to as many people who need it! Egypt is the mother of the world, and the Egyptian dialect is dear to my heart.
