| 4/27/26 | ![]() We've Been Gone. Here's What We Built While We Were Quiet. | You've been doing everything right. Following the advice, taking the courses, implementing the systems. And it's still not quite working, and you can't figure out why. This episode is where that stops making you feel like the problem. We've been quiet for a few months. Not because I ran out of things to say (that's not really my issue, let's be honest) but because what I needed to say had to be built properly before I said it. This episode is me coming back with something more complete. I'm going to tell you exactly what we've been building, why the advice most of us have been given was always incomplete, and what the Easeful Standard actually means for your business and your life — not eventually, not once the revenue hits a milestone, now. I'll also walk you through the iceberg that explains why all the tips and tactics you've been handed keep sliding off, and I'll introduce you to the three outcomes that I'm completely obsessed with getting for the women I work with. And because we always end with a real question, I'm taking on the one about emergencies hijacking your calendar and I'm going to tell you why the question itself is wrong. What you'll walk away with:Why the advice you've been given hasn't held and it's got nothing to do with your executionThe name for what you've been building toward all along: a business and life Built For GenerationsWhat Generous Capacity, Enduring Strength, and Rewarding Returns actually mean as outcomes you can feel, not just concepts you agree withWhy your calendar doesn't have an emergency problem. It has a structure problem, and what to do about it insteadThe one thing I want you to notice this week (no action required, just this)What to listen to next:Wanna know where you are on the journey right now? | 3/16/26 | ![]() If Your Business Only Works When You’re There... It’s Not Working Yet | If you're a woman entrepreneur or mum business owner struggling to step away from your business, this episode is for you. Many small business owners feel like their business can’t run without them, which makes taking time off feel impossible. If your business only works when you’re there, it’s often a sign your systems, team structure, and business processes need strengthening. In this episode, Sarah Greener talks how to build a business that runs without you, how to stop being the constant decision-maker, and the three trust transfers every growing business needs so you can finally take a break without everything falling apart.Sarah shares a very real moment from a holiday where she realised she wasn’t actually switching off, she was just working from a prettier location. And that’s when reality hit:If your business only feels safe when you’re watching it, you haven’t built safety into your business — you’ve built full-time supervision. For women building businesses alongside motherhood, that kind of constant vigilance is exhausting. And it quietly steals the freedom you started your business for in the first place. In this episode, you’ll learn:✔ Why your business still relying on you isn’t a commitment problem, it’s a structure problem✔ The difference between running a business vs owning a job that depends on you✔ The three trust transfers every growing business needs✔ Why your team escalates everything to you✔ The simple dashboards and visibility systems that stop you hovering over your businessThe hidden trap of responsibilityMost business owners stay deeply involved because payroll, reputation, and clients depend on it.But without the right structure, that responsibility becomes tethering. You become the safety net for everything:Client complaintsStaff conflictsRoster problemsRefund approvalsDifficult decisionsThat’s not freedom, that’s something else requiring your constant vigilance. The three trust transfers every business needsSarah explains the three critical trust transfers that move you from operator to business owner.1️⃣ Client TrustClients need to trust the brand and experience, not just the business owner. That trust should live in:Clear standardsConsistent communicationRepeatable deliveryReliable systemsIf a five-star review only happens when you personally deliver the service, the trust hasn’t transferred yet.2️⃣ Team TrustYour team doesn’t need constant supervision. They need clarity. That includes:Clear KPIsDefined standardsClear reporting linesWeekly review rhythmsEscalation pathsWithout these, your team escalates everything to you because you’re the only reliable system.3️⃣ Operational TrustYou shouldn’t have to be physically present to know what’s happening in your business. But you do need visibility. That means simple dashboards showing:Sales and revenueCash flowPayroll forecastingKey performance metricsWhen you can see what matters, you stop feeling like you need to hover. The real test of your businessIf you disappeared for two weeks, who handles the complaints, the refunds, the roster gaps, and the staff tension? If the answer is mostly you, it’s not a business freedom problem. It’s a structure gap.And the good news?Structure gaps are fixable.Who this episode is forThis episode is for you if:You struggle to switch off from your businessClients always ask for youYour team escalates decisions to youHolidays still involve checking emailsYour business feels fragile without you thereIn other words:If your business depends on you being present to function.Enjoyed this episode?✔ Subscribe or follow The Moxie Movement Podcast so you never miss an episode.✔ Come join us on Instagram and Facebook where you can also submit questions for future podcast episodes.WORK WITH SARAH:// The Done By Three Club: The only business model for Mum’s with an established business wanting to be Present Before 9, Done by 3 and Profitable in between. | 3/11/26 | ![]() You’re Not Broke — Your Money Is Just Stuck in Your Business | If you’ve ever wondered why your small business cash flow feels tight even when your revenue looks good, this episode is for you.Because a lot of women in business hit this confusing stage where sales are coming in, clients are paying, and on paper the numbers look healthy…But the bank balance still feels stressful.Payroll is due, tax is coming up and the rent’s around the corner. And you open your banking app thinking:How can my business be making money and still feel this tight financially? In this episode of The Moxie Movement Podcast, Sarah breaks down one of the biggest cash flow problems small business owners face:You’re not broke. Your money is just stuck somewhere inside your business.Because the issue usually isn’t revenue. It’s how money moves through your business. In this episode, you’ll learn:✔ Why profitable businesses can still feel cash-poor✔ The sneaky places money gets trapped inside growing businesses✔ Why “just get more clients” is terrible advice for fixing cash flow✔ How unpaid invoices quietly choke your business finances✔ The hidden cost of overcommitted spending and stock✔ A simple 14-day reset that can free up thousands in your businessKey Discussion PointsWhen revenue looks good but cash still feels tightYou can be turning over $20k, $80k, even $200k+ per month and still feel financially squeezed. That doesn’t mean you’re bad at this, It means you’re running a real, growing business with wages, rent, tax, suppliers and compliance costs. And those businesses trap money in places most people never think about.Where your business cash flow gets stuckMoney commonly gets trapped in places like:• Invoices sent but not yet paid• Work delivered but not invoiced yet• Team diary gaps where wages are paid but revenue isn’t generated• Stock sitting on shelves not moving• Packages sold but not yet used• Slow-paying clients• Minimum supplier orders locking up thousandsIndividually these don’t look dramatic. But together they quietly squeeze your small business cash flow. Why “more sales” isn’t the solutionOne of the most common pieces of business advice is:“Just get more clients.” “Just grow revenue.”But if your systems aren’t tight, more sales can actually make cash flow problems worse.Growth without financial control just amplifies stress. The three biggest cash-flow blockagesSarah sees money getting stuck in three main places:1. Uninvoiced workIf the work is done but the invoice hasn’t been sent, the cash doesn’t exist yet.2. Uncollected paymentsLate payments mean you’re financing your client’s business.3. Over-committed spendingSubscriptions, software, stock, leases and team perks quietly creep up.The 14-day reset that frees up cashYou don’t need to rebuild your entire finance system, you just need to loosen one pipeline.Try one of these:✔ Move from monthly invoicing to weekly invoicing✔ Set up a consistent debtor follow-up rhythm✔ Reduce stock orders by 15–30% and order more often✔ Switch packages to pre-payment or pay-as-you-goSmall changes like these can free up $5k, $10k, even $20k quickly. And when your cash flow improves, your nervous system does too.Listen & Stay ConnectedIf this episode resonated with you:✔ Subscribe or follow The Moxie Movement Podcast so you don’t miss an episode✔ Follow us on Instagram and Facebook for more honest conversations about business and life✔ Submit your questions for future podcast episodes through our social pagesWORK WITH SARAH:// The Done By Three Club: The only business model for Mum’s with an established business wanting to be Present Before 9, Done by 3 and Profitable in between. | 3/2/26 | ![]() How to Stop Micromanaging Your Team: The 3-Line Decision Framework That Ends Bottlenecks | Micromanaging your team, answering endless “quick questions,” and feeling like the bottleneck in your own business? If every refund, rebooking, roster tweak, client issue, and “Can I just check…” still lands on your desk, this episode is your reset.Because you’re not overwhelmed by growth. You’re overwhelmed by tiny decisions. And when everything flows through you, your team doesn’t grow and your business can’t breathe without you.In this episode, I’m breaking down the simple 3-line decision framework that stops micromanaging without losing control and builds a team that actually thinks. In This Episode, You’ll Learn:Why micromanaging isn’t about control, it’s about blurry ownershipThe real reason your team keeps escalating small decisionsHow to stop being the bottleneck in your businessThe 3 decision lines: Handle, Escalate, InformA 30-minute reset exercise to reclaim your time and mental spaceHow to build leadership layers so your business doesn’t depend on youThe Real Problem: Decision OverloadWhen every small decision floats upward to you:Your brain never switches offYour team never builds decision confidenceYou stay stuck in reactive modeIt’s not that your team is lazy. It’s that no one defined the lines. And without clear lines, everything defaults to you.The 3-Line Decision FrameworkThis isn’t about building 500 SOPs.It’s about clarity.1️⃣ HANDLEThey decide. They act. No permission needed.Refunds under a set limit. Routine rebooks. Stock inside budget. If the information sits with them, they handle it.2️⃣ ESCALATEThey bring 3 options + a recommendation. Not “What should I do?”But “Here’s what I think we could do.”This shifts thinking from you to them.3️⃣ INFORMThey decide. They act. They update you in rhythm. No panic texts at 10pm.No holiday interruptions. You stay in the loop without carrying the weight. The 30-Minute ResetIf you want to stop micromanaging fast:Write down the 10 interruptions from last week.Assign the role (not the person) who should own each.Label them: Handle, Escalate, or Inform.Set boundaries where needed (money, risk, time). That’s it. No corporate complexity just clean ownership. This Episode Is For You If:You feel like the glue holding everything togetherYou’re constantly interrupted by “quick questions”You’re exhausted from making tiny decisions all dayYou want to grow without working harderYou want a business that runs without micromanagingYou didn’t build your business to be the fastest answerer in the building. You built it for freedom, profit and presence. And that only happens when your team knows exactly which decisions are theirs.🎧 Loved this episode?✔ Subscribe or follow The Moxie Movement Podcast✔ Follow us on Instagram and Facebook✔ Submit your questions for upcoming episodesUntil next time — stay moxie.WORK WITH SARAH:// The Done By Three Club: The only business model for Mum’s with an established business wanting to be Present Before 9, Done by 3 and Profitable in between. | 2/24/26 | ![]() How She Made $1,500 Before 2PM (And Still Did School Pick-Up) | What if success isn’t about doing more…But about choosing less?In this episode of The Moxie Movement, I’m sitting down with Erika Clarkson — Melbourne artist, mum of two, and Done By Three Club member. Who went from breastfeeding with 47 business ideas and zero focus… to earning $1,500 before 2pm drawing on shop windows. And still making school pick up.This is the real story of what happens when you stop glorifying hustle, start asking what you actually want, and build a business that fits your life. Not “overnight success.”Just consistent action, brave decisions, and a whole lot of belief shifts. In this episode, you’ll learn:✔ Why having “too many ideas” is actually fear in disguise✔ The lie about success that keeps women stuck✔ How scheduling her time changed Erika’s income and her nervous system✔ The mindset shift that helped her stop undervaluing her work✔ Why consistent action beats big bursts of motivation✔ How she went from reactive chaos to calm, aligned growth✔ What it really looks like to earn well and still be present at school pick upThe Belief ShiftAfter being knocked back for a big job, Erika found herself crying and questioning everything. Not because she wasn’t capable but because her entire sense of success was tied to someone else saying yes. That had to change. For years she believed success was for “other people.”Not for someone sensitive.Or with ADHD tendencies.Or with a brain that moves fast.Sound familiar? She had to drop the belief that success wasn’t for her and replace it with one simple truth:You have to believe you can do it before you’ll take the steps. The system that changed everything.Scheduling.Not a colour-coded Pinterest fantasy.Actual time ownership.Instead of walking into her office asking “What should I do today?”She decided in advance. She schedules:SalesLife adminDate nightSelf-care FridaySchool pickup spaceAnd she deleted her to-do list. That shift alone moved her from reactive to proactive, from overwhelmed to aligned. The money shift.Erika stopped:Overdelivering for freeTaking whatever paidHoarding money in the business account “for safety”And started:Valuing her timeCharging for the extra milePaying herself properlyNow?She’s had $1,500 days finishing at 2pm.Drawing koalas in Christmas hats on shop windows.(Yes, the police once stopped her to check she was “sanctioned.” 😂)The biggest truth in here? You can have it all.You just can’t do it all at once. And you don’t need to sacrifice being a mum to make serious money.Erika earned well last year and still made 80–90% of school pickups. That’s what alignment looks like.Your next stepIf this episode hit home:🎧 Make sure you subscribe to The Moxie Movement Podcast so you never miss an episode.📲 Come follow us on Instagram and Facebook where you can submit your questions for upcoming episodes. | 2/16/26 | ![]() The Delegation Anxiety Fix: How to Stop Hoarding Tasks and Start Leading | If you’re an overwhelmed business owner who says she wants help… but still struggles with delegation anxiety, this episode is for you.Because task hoarding in small business doesn’t look dramatic. It looks like:Doing payroll from a hospital bed.Working when you’re sick because “no one else can do it properly.”Redoing your team’s work at 10pm.Micromanaging because it feels safer. This isn’t about being bad at leadership. This is about identity, control, and learning how to delegate without losing control. And for female entrepreneurs — especially mums running businesses — this pattern is incredibly common. In this episode, you’ll learn:✔ Why delegation anxiety in small business isn’t a character flaw✔ The identity shift from “doer” to CEO leadership✔ How to delegate in your small business without micromanaging✔ The 80% rule of delegation (and why it unlocks momentum)✔ How to choose low-risk tasks to delegate first✔ Why business growth without burnout requires backupThe Real Cost of Not DelegatingWhen you stop delegating because it feels uncomfortable, you create:A business that only works when you’re workingConstant mental loadNo backup during school holidays or sicknessBurnout disguised as “high standards”Being indispensable feels powerful.Until you realise it means you can’t step away.If your nervous system goes into fight-or-flight every time life happens, that’s not a systems problem. That’s a delegation problem. The 80% Rule of DelegationHere’s the shift:Delegation isn’t about someone doing it your way. It’s about someone doing it well enough so you don’t have to.80% done by someone else is more powerful than 100% done by you.Because leadership in small business isn’t execution anymore, it’s direction. If you want to scale your business without burnout, you must move from task hoarder to leader.Where to Start Delegating (Without Panicking)If you’re wondering how to delegate in your business without blowing it up:Start with low-risk tasks.Admin.Accounts.Repetitive prep work.Follow-ups.If the business won’t collapse if it’s done imperfectly, it’s safe to hand over. And instead of micromanaging steps, define outcomes:“What does done look like?”Clarity reduces anxiety for you and for them.Next Steps🎧 Subscribe or follow The Moxie Movement Podcast for weekly episodes on delegation, leadership, business systems, and growth without burnout.📲 Follow us on Instagram and Facebook and submit your questions for upcoming podcast episodes.Stay Moxie.WORK WITH SARAH:// The Done By Three Club: The only business model for Mum’s with an established business wanting to be Present Before 9, Done by 3 and Profitable in between. In this episode, you’ll learn: Why feeling behind is a feeling, not a fact How shame sneaks in when we compare mismatched seasons What “split attention season” actually means for mums in business Why focus follows capacity (not the other way around) How to use January for preparation, not pressure What phased momentum looks like for real-life business owners Simple ways to calm the comparison spiral and reclaim your energy What we cover in this episode Why January is not the starting line we think it is The emotional sabotage of comparing yourself to people with totally different realities How to plan now so execution feels lighter (and faster) later Using low-brain tasks and idea parking to protect your future self Choosing calm instead of letting the internet dictate your pace Setting a clear restart date so you can stop feeling “in limbo” Your reminder (because it matters): You are not late. There is no race. And there is no universal start line. You’re not behind; you're in a split season of capacity. And once you plan for that, everything feels lighter. 👉 Ready for your next step? ✔ Subscribe / Follow The Moxie Movement Podcast so you don’t miss what’s coming next ✔ Follow us on Instagram and Facebook — and submit a question for an upcoming episode You don’t need to push harder. | 12/22/25 | ![]() You’re Not Scattered, You’re Saturated: Mapping the Noise Draining Your Energy | Why your brain feels fried (and how to clear the static so you can actually move forward) Ever sat down to work… finally… and your brain feels like it has 67 tabs open? Three of them are screaming for an update, one is definitely playing random music. And another is showing a meme you definitely didn’t search for. Yeah. This episode is for you. In Episode 88 of The Moxie Movement Podcast, I’m looking at exactly why you feel overwhelmed, scattered, exhausted, and stuck. Spoiler alert: it’s not because you’re doing anything wrong. It’s because you’re drowning in noise. In this episode, we map it. Name it. And start turning it down. Inside the episode, you’ll learn: ✔ Why your overwhelm isn’t a you problem it’s a bandwidth problem✔ The three types of noise draining your energy every single day✔ How unpaid mental load + unmade decisions are silently killing your momentum✔ Why willpower, discipline, and motivation disappear when decision fatigue takes over✔ How the world’s noise becomes your beliefs… and then your results✔ A simple but powerful mapping exercise to clear your head fast✔ How to separate signal vs static so you stop reacting and start leading again 🔊 The 3 types of noise stealing your focus 1️⃣ Outside noiseThe economy. The media. Social feeds. “Manifest harder” advice. Other people’s opinions about your “cute little business.” It’s the group chat you never asked to be in… and can’t mute. 2️⃣ Home noiseThe invisible load. The domestic circus radio. Uniforms. Lunches. Calendars. Holidays. Dogs. Santa. Laundry staring at you like a fourth child. This soundtrack never turns off. 3️⃣ Internal noiseThe inner critic. The overthinker. The “you should be further ahead” loop. It’s your accountant, the PTA, and inner critic forming a girl band and living rent-free in your head. When all three run at once? No wonder your brain battery is flat before you even start work. Luckily: You don’t need more motivation or to find better discipline. And you definitely don’t need a 4am routine with ice baths and mushroom tea. You need to close some damn tabs. This episode walks you through a practical, doable exercise to get everything out of your head, onto paper, and start deleting what doesn’t belong without guilt or burning your life down. Because clarity isn’t created by doing more. It’s created by removing what doesn’t align. Your next step (don’t skip this part) Grab a piece of paper and do the exercise while the support is still in your ears. In this episode, we’re going beyond the noise, the clutter, the chaos, the open loops, the endless notifications, the decisions you keep circling but never quite making. This isn’t about doing more. This is about doing LESS noise… and more you. Because:✨ You already dreamed it. You already planned it. You already KNOW what’s possible for your life and business. And you tuned in to everyone else’s station except your own. Today, we fixed that. It keeps you stuck in the broom cupboard, even though you built a freakin’ mansion of possibility. ✔ The ONE shift that instantly restores clarityDecide. Fast. Clean. Aligned for you. Your overwhelm ends the minute you begin choosing. ✔ A simple ritual to clear the clutter mentally, digitally, emotionally, and physicallyUnfollow. Delete. Unsubscribe. | 12/8/25 | ![]() From Burnout to Steady: Systems, Sleep & Scaling Without the Second Shift (with Rachel Cutler) | If you’ve been white-knuckling your way through life + business like it’s an Olympic sport… this episode is a deep exhale. Today I’m joined by Rachel Cutler, co-owner of the Mahia Beach Store, a tiny seaside general store that’s been serving its community since 1940. And what I love most about this conversation? It’s not the polished “6-figure morning routine” fluff. It’s the real stuff: the messy middle, the exhaustion, the “I can’t keep doing it all” breaking point… and the practical shifts that helped Rachel move into a season she describes in one word: Steady. This is the episode for you if: You’re doing everything and calling it “just business ownership” Your calendar is living in your head (and waking you up at 2am) You feel guilty leaving early… even though you started this business for freedom You’re in perimenopause and sleep has left the chat You’re craving a business that runs like a business not like a crisis What We Get Into (The Real Talk Bits) 1) The breaking point no one posts online Rachel found me not long after Cyclone Gabrielle but like she says, it wasn’t just the cyclone. It was COVID years, team dysfunction, financial pressure, working with her husband… and being so sleep-deprived she was basically running on fumes and grit. At one point? It was get help, divorce, sell the business, I’m out. That’s what happens when you’ve been carrying too much for too long. 2) The belief she had to drop: “It has to be me” Rachel admits the big shift was letting go of the story: “No one else can do it” “I don’t have time to teach them” “It has to be perfect” “If they don’t see me working, they’ll think I’m lazy” Oof. If you felt that in your ribs… same. 3) The system that changed everything: The Power Hour This episode gives you a behind-the-scenes look at what it actually looks like to use time-blocking as an anchor not as a control freak tool. Rachel talks about how having her priorities scheduled stops her from being yanked around by everyone else’s urgency. And I’ll say it again for the women in the back: Your calendar isn’t a cage. It’s a capacity unlock. It’s how we stop living in reactive mode. 4) “Giving them the answer” is actually stealing your future time One of my favourite parts: the leadership shift from outsourcing thinking back to the team. Rachel catches herself mid-moment: instead of doing the “ten second job,” she teaches someone else how so she never has to do it again. That’s how you build a business that doesn’t need you for every tiny thing. 5) The guilt she outgrew: leaving early Rachel shares how she used to feel guilty leaving before staff… even though she was doing heaps of invisible work no one sees. Now? She leaves for the dentist without spiralling. Growth, babe. 6) Sleep (especially in perimenopause) is not optional Rachel is brutally honest about insomnia and how it wrecked her leadership, focus, mood, and efficiency and how getting proper support (plus better sleep hygiene) became a turning point. If you’re telling yourself “this is normal”… I need you to hear us both: It’s common. It’s not normal. Get support. Tiny Gold Nuggets You’ll Want to Steal 80% good is good enough (your wellbeing is not the thing we sacrifice for perfection) The “yes, but…” habit keeps you stuck. Try “yes, and…” to create options and spaciousness Systems you avoid are usually the ones that will save you the most time Your team often thinks you’re richer than you are until you show them how money actually moves through the business If This Episode Hit a Nerve… If you’re sitting there thinking, “Yep… that’s me. I’m the bottleneck. I’m exhausted. I’m carrying too much.” Your next step isn’t “try harder.” It’s getting clearer. Get supported. Put the right systems in place. Because you don’t need more motivation. You need a way of running your business that doesn’t cost you your health, your marriage, and your actual life. | 12/1/25 | ![]() We Bought a Business With No Money: Our 18-Year Startup Journey on The Rock | How an impulse decision, a whole lot of ignorance + arrogance, and two very determined humans built a business… and a marriage. Episode Summary In this raw, hilarious, and deeply honest episode, Jonny joins me on the mic as we take you behind the scenes of our 18-year adventure of buying, building, and growing The Rock our very first business we bought together back in 2007. And no, we didn’t buy it with a trust fund (I wish). We bought it with loose change, blind optimism, and zero clue how big of a ride we were strapping into. From kicking each other under the table when one of us (me) accidentally said “We’ll buy it!” to survive GFC, volunteer crew realities, handwritten booking sheets, porridge-based cuisine, and running cruises on caffeine and not nearly enough sleep… we’re pulling back the curtain on all of it. This episode is a love letter to big leaps, messy action, partnership under pressure, and what really happens when you go “all in” on a business you believe in long before you have the systems, strategy, or sleep to back it up. In This Episode: 🔥 Our Impulse Buy That Changed Everything The true story behind the night we first heard The Rock might be for sale… and how my mouth said “We’ll buy it” before my brain consulted our bank account. 🔥 What The Rock Actually Is (and why people lose their minds over it) An overnight adventure cruise through Northland that feels like getting plugged straight into the heart of real New Zealand phosphorescence, fishing, kayaking, island hopping, stargazing, sunrise magic. 🔥 Why Ignorance + Arrogance Were Our Superpowers We didn’t know the economy was tanking. We didn’t know compliance would explode. We didn’t know most of the crew were volunteers. (Yep. That one hurt.) We just knew we were all in and honestly, that was enough to get us off the ground. 🔥 The Hardest Parts We Never Saw Coming A tax bill that nearly flattened us. Endless compliance layers (hi Maritime NZ + liquor licence + food control plan + DOC + Qualmark…). Living on the boat, eating leftover sausages and porridge, and running purely on grit. 🔥 The Strengths We Discovered in Each Other Jonny = calm AF under pressure, natural connector, the steady anchor our magpie-energy business needed. Me = fast learner, fast decision-maker, systems brain, the visionary pushing us forward. Together = unstoppable (even when completely unqualified). 🔥 What We Would Tell Our 2007 Selves “Enjoy the ride, it's going to shape everything.” (Jonny) “Who, not how. And pay yourself. For the love of god, pay yourself.” (Me) 🔥 The Big Lesson Taking a big risk together isn’t just survivable, it can be fun, expansive, identity-shifting, marriage-deepening magic when you’re both all in. Why This Matters for YOU Whether you're sitting in business overwhelm, wondering if you’ve made the wrong choice, feeling like your vision is too big or your bank account too small, hear this: Every successful woman I’ve ever coached has had a moment where she made a decision she “had no business making”… and it changed everything. | 10/13/25 | ![]() Your Business Isn’t Your Baby: How to Let Go and Lead Like a Boss | You wouldn’t spoon-feed your teenager, right? So why are you still spoon-feeding your business? In this episode, I’m calling out one of the biggest mindset traps holding brilliant women back, treating your business like a baby that can’t survive without you. 👶💼 If you’re constantly checking in, fixing everyone’s mistakes, and believing that no one else can do it right you’re not leading a business; you’re parenting a codependent toddler. And that, my friend, is exhausting. Let’s flip the script. Because your business doesn’t need a mother… It needs a leader. 💡 In this episode, you’ll discover: ✔ Why micromanaging, hovering, and “rescuing” your team keeps you stuck in the weeds. ✔ The crucial difference between parenting and leading and how that shift transforms your team and your freedom. ✔ How to let go without letting it all fall apart (hint: structure = trust). ✔ The simple post-it strategy to identify what only YOU can do and what you can finally delegate. ✔ The real reason “control freak tendencies” are about fear, not standards and how to release them for good. It’s time to stop doing $40/hour tasks when you’re a $1000/hour woman. You didn’t build your business to be its babysitter. You built it to be free, impactful, and present at work and at home. So this week, I challenge you to let go of just one thing. No swooping in. No rescuing. No re-doing it yourself. Delegate it, coach through it, and let your team rise. Yep, you heard me if it’s not documented, it’s not delegated. What You’ll Learn in This Episode:✔ Why delegation without documentation is just dumping tasks and how that sets your team (and you!) up for failure. ✔ The two types of expectations your team must have in writing if you want them to thrive (and stop asking you the same damn questions). ✔ The difference between dusty SOPs that nobody reads and living systems that actually get used where the work happens. ✔ How to build your Success Map™ a one-page, game-changing framework that makes delegation lighter, faster, and more effective. ✔ Why your team wants clear systems (spoiler: it makes them feel empowered instead of micromanaged). This episode is packed with practical insights you can put to work today. Whether you’re leading a team of one or thirty, documentation is the leverage point that makes everything else flow.Because you’re not bad at delegating, you're just missing the systems to support it. | 9/16/25 | ![]() Stop Hating Your Business: 3 Ways to Reset Without Burning It Down | Ever felt like the business you lovingly built has morphed into a monster that’s eating up your time, your energy, and your joy? You’re not alone, mama. I’m opening up about one of the hardest seasons in my business journey: the time I built a business so big, so demanding, and so misaligned with my life that I ended up hating it. I’ll share how ignoring my intuition led me into burnout, boredom, and nearly half a million dollars in legal battles… and more importantly, how I clawed my way back to creating businesses that serve my life, not the other way around. This conversation is raw, real, and packed with lessons you can take straight into your own business. If you’ve ever: ✔ Wondered if you should burn it all down and start again… ✔ ️ Felt trapped by a business model that doesn’t fit your life… ✔ Or just wished you could build a business that feels like a sanctuary instead of a monster… …then this episode is for you. What You’ll Learn in This Episode: Why the environment matters and how even small changes can create massive shifts in clarity and energy. The three ways out when you hate your business (burn it down, sell it, or reshape it). The “dumb tax” I paid so you don’t have to and the simple decision filters I use now to avoid repeating history. How boredom and burnout sneak into your business (and how to spot them before they wreck your joy). The exact framework I now use (and teach inside Moxie Business Advantage + Done by 3 Club) to rebuild a business that is both profitable and present. Why This Matters: You don’t hate your business; you hate the way you’ve been forced to run it. And the good news? You don’t need to burn it down to fix it. You already have the pieces you need to remould, reimagine, and rebuild a business that fuels your bank account and your soul. ✨ It’s time to move from monster to sanctuary.
