From The Routine Queen Podcast: Healthy Habits and Mindful Living by Kristin Woodford

About this episode
Kristin discusses the shame associated with 'shoulds' and the importance of asking for and receiving support.
Ah... the good ol' Shoulds. I should have known better. I should have done things differently. I should have... I should have... Do you ever find yourself caught up in shame because you 'should have' known better or done things differently? We are all human. Sometimes, even when we are tuned in and dialed in, we may not have the answer. It's ok to release the expectations that we put on ourselves, reach out to ask for support and then be open to receiving it. This week Kristin gives a personal example from her health and wellness journey that has served as a reminder that we all need support sometimes :)
