2HotWives - A Girl's Guide to Unconventional Sex

In this episode, Ams and Kat report back on their sexy homework with Femme Domme power play. A Femme Domme is a woman who takes the dominant role in a BDSM power play experience. A Dominatrix is "in charge" in the bedroom, but are we all just dressing the part and not actually taking control? Twi Mr. Kat's at once?!?! That's too sexy by half! Next, Ams and Kat report back on their Femme Domme Power Play experiences. Ams researched different types of dominant personas to come up with her own version of Femme Domme: more Mommy Goddess than Dominatrix. She also learned that you can separate Dominant/submissive from Top and Bottom, so that she could boss partners around in bed, while using as little energy as possible (in typical Ams fashion!) While Kat set up a 24/7 experience with Mr. Kat involving impact play, worship, discipline and just a touch of humiliation. Oh! And somebody got pegged, but you will have to tune in to find out. Finally, the Wives just listeners Just the Tips on how to set up your own Femme Domme experience.

The Wives were so inspired by the hot, female empowered pornography, they start making plans to create their own.. Finally, the Wives give their tips on finding porn that feels female empowered and ethical. MORE ABOUT ETHICAL AND FEMINIST PORNOGRAPHY The concept of "ethical pornography" is subjective and can vary depending on individual perspectives and values. Generally, it refers to the production and consumption of adult content that aligns with ethical principles and values, such as consent, fair labor practices, and respect for performers. Ethical pornography may prioritize factors like transparency, communication, and empowerment of the individuals involved in its creation. Key elements often associated with ethical pornography include: Consent: Ensuring that all participants willingly and enthusiastically agree to be part of the production. Fair Labor Practices: Treating performers and other personnel involved in the production with respect, fair wages, and safe working conditions. Diversity and Inclusivity: Representing a diverse range of body types, genders, ethnicities, and sexual orientations to promote inclusivity and avoid reinforcing harmful stereotypes. Authenticity: Presenting realistic and consensual scenarios rather than perpetuating harmful or exploitative narratives. Transparency: Providing clear information about the production process, including the treatment of performers and the ethical standards followed. Feminist pornography is a genre of adult content created with the aim of promoting gender equality, empowerment, and consent. It challenges traditional pornography that often objectifies and degrades women by portraying them as passive objects of male desire. Instead, feminist pornography seeks to depict sexuality in a more realistic and respectful manner, often emphasizing communication, mutual pleasure, and diversity. Key features of feminist pornography may include: Consent: Scenes depict enthusiastic and explicit consent between all participants, ensuring that no one is coerced or objectified. Diversity: It embraces diverse body types, sexual orientations, gender identities, and ethnicities, representing a wider range of human experiences and desires. Authenticity: Scenes may focus on real intimacy and connection rather than exaggerated performances. This can involve more realistic portrayals of pleasure and arousal. Empowerment: Women are often depicted as active agents in their sexual encounters, exploring their desires and expressing their own pleasure. Ethical Production: There is a commitment to fair labor practices, including fair wages and safe working conditions for performers, as well as respectful treatment both on and off-camera. Feminist pornography aims to challenge societal norms and stereotypes surrounding sexuality and promote a more inclusive and respectful approach to adult content. It seeks to provide alternatives for individuals who may find traditional pornography problematic or alienating. It's important to note that the definition of ethical and feminist pornography may vary among individuals, and what is considered ethical or feminist by one person may not be the same for another. If you are interested in supporting ethical or feminist adult content, you may want to research and choose producers or platforms that align with your values and priorities. How did the Wives do with their Tantric Sex homework? Tune in to find out. But first, check out this episode's Canna-cocktail, the Orange Berry Tea with a new nano-tincture. Sip on this delicious cocktail while Kat shares her Hot Tale: a professional massage gets a BDSM vibe with cupping and scraping. Next, the Wives report back on their sexy homework, inspired by Barbara Carrellas' book, Urban Tantra. Kat shares her tantra ritual with Mr. Kat, while Ams explored solo tantra, including a no-hands, Breath and Energy Orgasm. Finally, the Wives give their tips on exploring tantric practices. MORE ABOUT TANTRA The original practice of Tantra encompasses a wide range of beliefs, practices, and rituals, and its principles can vary among different schools and traditions. However, some core principles are commonly associated with Tantra: Unity of the Divine: Tantra often emphasizes the oneness or unity of the ultimate reality, which may be referred to as Brahman, Shiva, Shakti, or other names depending on the specific tradition. The idea is that everything in the universe is an expression of this ultimate reality. Energy and Consciousness (Shiva and Shakti): Tantra often conceptualizes the divine as a dynamic interplay between masculine (Shiva) and feminine (Shakti) energies. These energies represent the dual aspects of the supreme consciousness, and the practice of Tantra often involves awakening and harmonizing these energies. Sacred Sexuality: Some Tantric traditions incorporate rituals and practices that involve sacred sexuality. The goal is not mere physical pleasure but rather the spiritual union of Shiva and Shakti energies within the practitioners, aiming for heightened awareness and divine connection. Ritual and Symbolism: Tantra frequently employs rituals, symbols, and ceremonies to connect with the divine. These can include mantra chanting, yantra (geometric diagrams), mudras (hand gestures), and various ceremonies designed to invoke spiritual energies. Embracing the Mundane: Unlike some ascetic traditions, Tantra embraces the material world and the experiences of daily life. It encourages practitioners to see the divine in everything, including ordinary activities, and to use the challenges of the material world as opportunities for spiritual growth. Teacher-Student Relationship: Traditional Tantric practices often involve a guru-disciple relationship. The guru is seen as a guide and spiritual mentor who leads the disciple on the path toward self-realization. Non-Dualism (Advaita): Many Tantric traditions advocate a non-dualistic perspective, emphasizing that the ultimate reality is beyond distinctions such as good or bad, pure or impure. Practitioners seek to overcome dualities and realize the underlying unity of all things. Many Westerners have been applying Tantric principals to sex for over 100 years. Some of these principals include adding ritual and mindfulness to sexual experiences, focusing on breath and energy, fostering a deep connection between partners and focusing on pleasure and ecstasy as opposed to orgasm.

In this episode, Ams and Kat explore Unicorn Threesomes. Unicorns, you say? But unicorns are single women in the lifestyle and the 2HotWives are…wives! Well, even though Ams and Kat are not unicorns, they can still be "guest stars" in a threesome. But first, if you are looking for a little buzz without the drawbacks of alcohol, why don't try this Canna-cocktail, the Apple Pom Spritz! All you need is some apple cider, pomegranate syrup, and a little cannabis tincture! Mix one up while listening to Ams share her sexy experience landing a hot, bi bro. And wait, there are pictures involved?!? Next, the Wives explore what it means to have a Unicorn Threesome. Unicorn threesomes are just any old threesome, it's a chance to be welcomed as the cherished "third" in a couple's fantasy. While not every woman can be a unicorn, they can be the special guest in a threesome! Why is it interesting to explore? Well, apart from being a fantasy for many women, it's an opportunity for partnered women to explore their sexuality without their primary partners and to be treated as a special guest in a couple's most intimate space. But unicorn threesomes also pose some challenges. If you are a partnered woman, you may have trouble communicating your wants and boundaries alone. You may even have safety concerns. To learn more, the Wives talk with YouTuber, Toronto Unicorn about the dos and don'ts of exploring the lifestyle as a single woman. Finally, the Wives decide on their sexy homework: Kat plans to go to a sex club with other ladies, while Ams looks for opportunities to invite herself into a couple's bedroom. ABOUT TORONTO UNICORN: TorontoUnicorn pulls back the curtain of secrecy on the swinger lifestyle, normally underground, for those curious to find their way to this sex positive lifestyle for themselves. Her mission is to "take the scary out of swinging and sex clubs" and invite sex positive people to observe the swinging world through her lifestyle vlogs and experiences. Did the 2HotWives break up? Did they get divorced? Maybe they set sail on the Bliss cruise and never returned??? The Wives are back to bring you an update on what's been happening in their lives since they last got in front of the microphone and to let you know that Season 4 will start on October 4th. The Wives are excited to share new hot tales and sexy advice on swinging, polyamory and kink.

TRIGGER WARNING: This episode and article discusses consensual non-consent. Consensual non-consent, or rape play, involves consenting adults pretending not to consent to sexual activities, and may be triggering to some people, especially survivors of sexual assault. Please use your discretion as to whether or not this content is right for you. Have you ever fantasized about being ravished by a handsome burglar? Did you grow up reading "bodice ripper" romance novels and want to play out the scenes that you read? Do you sometimes hope your trusted partner will take what he (or she) wants, no matter how hard you protest or struggle? If yes, then you might be into Consensual Non-Consent. In this episode, the Wives discussed what CNC is and why so many women fantasize about it. They also get excellent advice from tenured professor and relationship coach, Dr. Tara. But first, it's time for Fall, bitches! Whip up our latest cocktail, the Autumn Sangria while listening to Ams' Hot Tale - after some hot vacation sex with Mr. Kat, Ams gets in trouble with Mr. Ams and he has naughty punishment in store. If you love power play and have a thing for punishment kink, this Hot Tale is for you! Then, the Wives discuss their current knowledge past experiences with CNC. Consensual non-consent, otherwise known as CNC, rape fantasy or rape play, involves consenting adults pretending to engage in forced, coerced or non-consensual sex. CNC is not one-size fits all. It's not even just rape play. CNC includes: Rape Fantasy – a person is forced to perform sexual acts Somnophilia – sexual acts while one person is asleep Kidnapping Fantasy – someone is abducted and/or held against their will Blackmail Fantasy – the "victim" must do as the blackmailer demands to avoid unpleasant circumstances Selling Fantasy – a person is sold for sexual or manual labor against their will Hypnosis – A person is hypnotized and used for erotic purposes As with all the kinks we explore, consent is the key difference between a healthy exploration of sex and a crime. Also, as with most of the kinks we explore on 2HW, there is no one right way to do this. The Wives deconstruct the components of this type of play and explore each element so that, for any woman who is interested in this kink and wants to explore, she can take what she wants and leave what she doesn't want. Because of the sensitive nature of this kink, this episode focuses on our mission of exploring in a safe, female-identifying only space. If you are a male listener and this turns you on, you might be shit-outa-luck if you don't have an enthusiastically interested partner. We highly recommend that you don't push an agenda for this kink. Your partner is either enthusiastically interested or not. But for women who are interested in exploring CNC, hopefully by the end of this episode, you feel a little less alone in your interest, a little more normal, and a little more equipped to explore it in a safe way. Next, the Wives chat with Dr. Tara, professor and host of the LuvBites podcast on how to explore CNC in a safe, sane and consensual way. Finally, the Wives assign themselves sexy homework and discuss how to set this up with their potentially reluctant husbands. A very special thanks to Abbey Snider for editing assistance on this episode! You can check out Abbey's podcast, Sweet Baby Gay at https://abbeydotproductions.com/. Dr. Tara is a tenured professor of relational and sexual communication at California State University Fullerton (recieved her tenure at the age of 33), an award-winning researcher, a sex and relationship coach, and the host of Luvbites by Dr. Tara Podcast that focuses on sexual wellness and sexploration. Her work has been featured in Cosmopolitan, Women's Health Magazine, Insider, and other media outlets. She's also the Relationship Tech consultant for Couply and Scratch Adventure mobile apps.

Are you an exhibitionist? Exhibitionism is a sexual kink in which a person feels sexual arousal at the idea or reality of being seen naked or engaged in sexual activities by others. Consensual exhibitionism means that all people, watchers and participants, are enthusiastically consenting to the experience, and that's the kink this episode focuses on. But first, if you are looking for a light, end-of-summer cocktail, look no further than the Cucumber Lemonade. Mix one up while listening to Ams' Hot Tale - Ams reconnect with Brandon on a lifestyle couples date and experiences the Jedi Mind F**k. Then, the Wives discuss their past experiences and interests in exhibitionism. There are many reasons people enjoy exhibitionism. Some people enjoy breaking with the convention that sex happens in private. Participating, or even thinking about, taboo sexual behavior can be very hot and can even cause a physical rush of adrenaline or genital arousal. For others, "showing off" sexually to others is a way to bolster self-esteem. When watched by an enthusiastic voyeur, exhibitionism can result in tons of admiration and positive feedback. And when a woman is how beautiful and sexy they look when naked or provocatively dressed (or when engaging in sex) that positive feedback can lead to more confidence and positive body image. And if you feel better about your body, you probably will want to have more sex! Women might also explore exhibitionism as a safer way to connect with more than her primary partner. Having someone watch you have sex can be a form of communication and connection that can be a real turn on: watching a voyeur become aroused, participating in non-verbal communication (such as a wink or blowing a kiss) are ways to connect with a non-participating partner that can add a sexy spin on parallel play. Finally, exhibitionism on a lesser scale can be an empowering way to remind the world that you exist as a sexual being. For women of-a-certain-age, especially those that are mothers, society sends us messages that we are no longer sexual beings. Don't believe me, check Amy Schumer's brilliant skit: Last F**kable Day Really, for any woman who doesn't meet the very narrow definition of sexual beauty, exhibitionism in the form of provocative dressing can be a way to recall your sexuality, encourage healthy body image and feel sexually empowered. The Wives share their past experiences with exhibitionism (spoiler alert: Ams and Kat have sex in front of people all the time, but it isn't always a turn on). Next, the Wives get sage advice from Dr. Carol Queen on how to explore exhibitionism if you are experiencing shyness, a reluctant partner or body image issues. Finally, the Wives assign themselves sexy homework to explore ways to get turned on when other people are watching. A very special thanks to Abbey Snider for editing assistance on this episode! You can check out Abbey's podcast, Sweet Baby Gay at https://abbeydotproductions.com/. Dr. Carol Queen is staff sexologist and Company Historian at Good Vibrations, the woman-founded sex shop, where she has worked since 1990. A noted cultural sexologist whose work has been widely published, she's written or edited several books, including Exhibitionism for the Shy; The Leather Daddy & the Femme; and The Sex & Pleasure Book: Good Vibrations Guide to Great Sex for Everyone (lead author, with Shar Rednour). She has been speaking publicly about sexuality for 45 years and frequently speaks to the media as well as college, conference, and other audiences. She debated the question of promiscuity ("virtue or vice?") at the Oxford Union. With Dr. Robert Morgan Lawrence, Queen co-founded the Center for Sex & Culture [IG @centersexculture] in San Francisco.

Are you ready to unlock the mysteries of female sexuality? Come As You Are is a must-read for all vulva-owners and the partners who want to please them. In this episode, the Wives interview author Emily Nagoski on how her can help all women maximize their capacity for pleasure. But before we dive into the details, mix yourself up this episode's Cocktail - the Blood Orange Mule, while Ams recounts a ridiculous attempt to buy THC-infused lube in California Then, the Wives FAN-GIRL over their favorite author, Emily Nagoski, and her award-winning book, Come As You Are. Based on their initial read, the Wives learned the nitty gritty of female anatomy (how male parts and female parts are analogs of each other!), the Dual Control Model (with the notorious sexual "accelerators" and "brakes"), the difference between spontaneous and responsive desire and how to get all parts of your mind and body moving in one direction, for absolutely mind-blowing pleasure. Next, the Wives go straight to the source, interviewing the incomparable Emily Nagoski, on Come As You Are as well as her newest project, which focuses on staying connected in a long term relationship. Finally, the Wives assign themselves sexy homework: time to check out Come As You Are, the Workbook. If you find female sexuality confusing and even frustrating, this book is a game-changer. Bondage: what was once considered a taboo, dangerous kink is now a commonplace sex act that you can find in many a suburban bedroom. But is restraint play for you? Tune in to find out. Bondage, or restraint play, is a common sexual fantasy, but how can you safely make it into a very hot reality? In this episode, the Wives discuss what bondage is (including some sexy past experiences), who restraint play is for, and how to safely play with different forms of restraints. But first, cool off with a Summer Brazilian (no waxing necessary) while Ams shares her Hot Tale: a fantasy threesome with Peloton instructor Denis Morton. Spoiler-alert - Denis wasn't actually involved, but sometimes a little fantasy goes a long way in the bedroom (and the basement). Then, the Wives define and explore some bondage basics. Bondage is a form of kinky sex play that involves tying up, pinning down, or otherwise restraining a partner. It can be combined with other forms of BDSM play, such as impact play or orgasm control, or just used as a way to spice up an otherwise vanilla sexual experience. Bondage was once considered very taboo and even a little dangerous: something that only Kinksters do in the privacy of their local sex dungeon. But if you check out the nightstand drawer of many a suburban mom, you just might find a blindfold and some cuffs. Bondage has become a much more mainstream sexual activity (who didn't read Fifty Shades of Grey?), and it's actually quite accessible to the curious couple. Four popular types of restraints are: rope, binders, bondage tape and shackles. Shackles/Cuffs- a great place to start. Shackles refer to cloth, leather or metal ankle or wrist restraints. They are easy to put on and do an excellent job of keeping your partner immobilized. Rope- is super versatile, but a little tricky to use. The material and type of rope matters. Cotton rope may be a good starting point, because it's softer on skin. It can involve suspension. It can be paired with all kinds of other erotic play. Can change the position of your body so you experience sensation differently. Binders- Not for Bondage newbies. The most common form of binders are arm binders, which completely immobilize the wearer's arms (unlike handcuffs which still give them a little bit of wiggle room). Another option are leather leg binders, which keep the wearer from bending their knee or moving on their own. Bondage Tape- If you are looking for sometime quick and pretty. Unlike regular tape, it only sticks to itself. Not skin or hair Bondage tape can be used to create makeshift hand or ankle cuffs, to secure someone's hands, legs or almost any body part. Safety note: with tape play, you need to be careful of nearby candles or heat of any kind. Some adhesives will become too sticky when heated, pulling the top layer of skin off when you go to remove the tape. To get the low-down on all things Bondage, the Wives interview Kayla Lords, cohost of the podcast Loving BDSM. Finally, the Wives assign themselves sexy homework: Ams wants to be tied to the bed, spread eagle-style, while Mr. Ams applies some delicious torture. While Kat wants to take it up a notch with three sexy gentlemen (wait, isn't that called a gang bang???) A very special thanks to Abbey Snider for editing assistance on this episode! In the last 20 years, pole dancing has become a mainstream fitness phenomenon and an excellent way for women to get in touch with their femininity and sensuality. If you are curious about whether pole dancing might be a fun activity to explore, this episode is a must listen! But first, mix up this episode's sweet and simple cocktail, the Blackberry Lemonade, while Ams recounts some hot times on the Bliss Cruise. Next, the Wives explore the history and benefits of pole dancing. Pole dancing dates back to the 12th century in India and was originally practiced by mostly men, not women. It migrated over to the U.S. when exotic dancers from Egypt would perform as part of the traveling circus. The sexual aspect of it was introduced when dancers would try to entice viewers to come see their shows by dancing erotically. It actually wasn't until the 1980s that pole dancing became synonymous with bars and strip clubs. Pole Dancing combines dance and acrobatics centered on a vertical pole. This performance art form takes place not only in strip clubs as erotic dance, but also as a mainstream form of fitness. Amateur and professional pole dancing competitions are held in countries around the world. Pole dance requires significant muscular endurance and coordination, as well as sensuality. Today, pole performances by exotic dancers range from basic spins and striptease in more intimate clubs to athletic moves such as climbs, flips and body inversions. Pole Dancing is mostly about upper body and core strength and proper instruction and training is necessary to prevent injuries. Since the mid-2000s, promoters of pole dance fitness competitions have tried to change peoples' perception of pole dance to include pole fitness as a non-sexual form of dance and acrobatics and are trying to move pole into the Olympics as pole sports. Recognized schools and qualifications are now commonplace. Pole dancing enthusiasts are of all ages, it's never too late to get started. For a ton of inspiration, the Wives interview 11-time world champion pole artist, Greta Pontarelli on what it was like to take up the art in her sixties and how she is still going strong into her seventies. Finally, the Wives assign themselves sexy homework: off to the studio for some pole dancing 101. Greta Pontarelli started with pole arts at age 59 and began competing by the time she turned 61. Greta competes all over the world and is an 11X World Pole Art Masters Champion (2013-2021). She has been on the covers of many international magazines and has also competed on the TV show "American Ninja Warrior" twice. At 71, she continues to compete and offer classes and workshops and is the artistic director at Arial Zen. "I embrace art forms that allow our visionary gifts to flourish and for me, pole art fits the bill. It is an eclectic display of contemporary stage art that celebrates our unique artistry. It honors expressiveness and originality which allows fresh ideas to emerge and challenge us to become the best that we can become." If you and your partner enjoy recreational sex and emotional intimacy, you might be Swolly! Swolly is a form of consensual non-monogamy where a couple is open to both polysexual and polyamorous relationships. Are you Swolly? Tune in to find out. But first, mix up a Tennessee Peach, this episode's sweet and sophisticated cocktail while Ams fan girls over Bridgerton and shares her hot tale of a total mindfuck with a smart and sexy new partner. Next, the Wives explore the difference between swinging and polyamory, including this middle ground of Swolly. Swolly is a person who identifies as both a swinger and a member of the polyamorous community in that they have multiple relationships simultaneously and also enjoy recreational sex. The term is a portmanteau of the words swinger and polyamorous. Ken Haslam of the Kinsey Institute originally coined the term Swolly. Here are some key components to Swolly: The foundation is a marriage/committed couple. That relationship takes precedence over all other polysexual and polyamorous relationships The couple is open to polysexual relationship and may seek out casual sexual encounters or sex with "friends" that don't involve deep connections. The couple is also open to polyamorous relationships that involve both physical and emotional intimacy. The level of intimacy can vary between relationships (some relationships are purely polysexual, polysexual with friendship, or polyamorous). Polysexual relationships are less complicated and involve less commitment. You have a responsibility to make sure your partner is well taken care of during a sexual encounter (consent, pleasure, aftercare, the basic "camp-fire rule"), but you don't have responsibility toward that person outside of the sexual encounter. You might be friendly, you might be friends, that aspect might ebb and flow, but you don't have a responsibility to build on anything outside of the bedroom. In Polyamorous relationships, you agree to share emotional intimacy, which means that you are committing to be an emotional support for this partner. These relationships can be more meaningful and rewarding, but also a lot of work. To get a sexpert's opinion, the Wives interview Dr. Elisabeth "Eli", Sheff, expert witness, researcher, educator & relationship coach with expertise in polyamorous culture. Finally, the Wives assign themselves sexy homework: The Wives and the Misters are going to explore more emotionally intimate relationships with some of their swinger friends, including solo dates and lots of talk about "feelings". Dr. Elisabeth "Eli" Sheff is a researcher, expert witness, coach, speaker, and educational consultant. With a PhD in Sociology and certification as a Sexuality Educator from AASECT, Dr. Eli specializes in gender and sexual minority families, consensual non-monogamy, and kink/BDSM. Sheff is the foremost academic expert on polyamorous families with children, and her 25+ year Polyamorous Family Study is the only longitudinal study of poly families with children to date.
