Self~care is a vibe to be experienced by you & you alone. If it feels good, it is good. If you regret it, that doesn’t necessarily mean it wasn’t good.. it just means you’ve got some rewiring to do. Self~care is your source. Your North Star. Your guiding light. Make it meaningful to you.
