About this episode
In this episode, Sarah Rusk shares her experiences with meditation, hopelessness, and the importance of slowing down for personal growth.
Hey there friend! I'm so happy you're here. In my first episode back in podcast form (which I've really missed), I share a recent meditation where my thoughts felt relentless and how I learned to meet them instead of fighting them. I also open up about moving through one of the most uncomfortable waves of hopelessness I've experienced on this journey, and what helped me stay with it without collapsing into it. I also talk about slowing down, why it matters right now, and how it might be the very thing that helps everything else begin to shift.
