You Can Choose Differently: One Question That Will Unlock Your Future | “If I deeply loved myself, would I allow this in my life?” This is one of the first questions we explore in Master Coach Training, and it sits at the heart of life mastery. All of us have experienced allowing situations, relationship dynamics, and commitments to seep into our lives in ways that disrupt our peace and well-being. In this episode, we’re slowing down to consider this question in the context of your relationship dynamics, your schedule, your energy, and the patterns you may be tolerating. You’re here because you want a better quality of life—because you want to feel authentic, grounded, and alive. If that’s true, then this question is worth asking. It isn’t about perfection or unrealistic expectations, but understanding how we often allow things to continue simply because we don’t realize we have more choice. When you recognize that you can love yourself enough to choose differently when it comes to the things that are causing you stress and overwhelm, everything shifts. You may feel stuck, obligated, or unsure where to begin, but you have more choice in what you continue to allow in your life than you realize. You are more empowered to change your life when you let go of self-judgment and expectations and step into greater awareness, self-compassion, and an understanding of how your nervous system, beliefs, and habits work together.Life is messy. It rarely unfolds the way we once imagined. Yet, you still have the capacity to curate an amazing life. Life mastery isn’t about perfection or checking boxes—it’s about consciously choosing what belongs in your life and setting boundaries around what doesn’t. More peace is possible for you, and it begins with remembering that you have more choice than you think. Let’s get started! What you’ll learn:How to remove judgment and create space for curiosity as you evaluate what you’re allowing into your lifeHow to examine your relationship dynamics without blame or unrealistic expectationsWhy you have more choice than you realize when it comes to your boundariesWhy shifting your thoughts about your life often requires deeper nervous system and emotional workHow asking “If I deeply loved myself…” is an invitation to self-compassion rather than self-criticismYou can read the full show notes here. Are you craving a moment to breathe, to reconnect with yourself, and to remember what’s truly possible for you? | 2/18/26 | ![]() 229. Better Boundaries: How to Protect Your Time, Energy, and Money | Boundaries are a big deal. So often, it’s not the big dramatic problems that drain us—it’s the quiet lack of clarity around what we need and the difficulty of actually upholding it. When boundaries are weak or unclear, business feels harder than it needs to, relationships feel exhausting, money feels stressful, and we end up running on empty without fully understanding why.In this episode, we’re talking about boundaries in every area of your life, including your business, your finances, your relationships, and the commitments you make to yourself. As we dive in, you’ll be able to apply everything to your own life and gain insight into why it can be difficult to understand and uphold your boundaries, as well as the tremendous benefits of doing so.So many of us are taught that boundaries aren’t nice. We think the kind thing to do is to overextend, to accommodate at all costs, to be willing to do anything at any time. But the more you give yourself permission to see and understand your boundaries, to set them and protect them, the more capacity you actually create. When you take the time to ask yourself what you need in order to have good boundaries for your well-being, your time, and your energy—and what you need to set and maintain them—everything shifts. You become more grounded, more self-assured, and more energetic. You bring more quality work and focus to your business, and more presence and connection to your relationships, and it creates a ripple effect in every area of your life. Let’s do it!What you’ll learn:Examples of what happens when boundaries are weak or unclear in business, relationships, and financesWhy setting boundaries with yourself matters and what it looks like when you don’t follow throughHow financial boundaries impact your sense of safety, clarity, and peaceA client case study that illustrates how unclear boundaries create exhaustion and burnoutPractical tips to help you communicate and uphold clear boundaries in every area of your lifeYou can read the full show notes here.If you’ve been feeling frustrated or stuck in your coaching business, this class is for you. Moving Through Life Transitions: 5 Things to Consider | This is the last episode I’m recording from my home of the past 13 years, and as I prepare for a big life transition, I’ve been feeling reflective and sentimental about the season of life coming to a close. This home is where I started my coaching journey. It’s where I expanded my skills as a coach and business owner, and where I learned how to truly support people through transformation. In this episode, I share five ideas that have stood out to me as I reflect on the growth, change, and lessons that have shaped the last 13 years of my life. I explore identity shifts, the frameworks we use to understand our lives, nervous system regulation, our relationship with our emotional selves, and how all of these pieces support meaningful personal transformation. As you listen, I invite you to think about your own journey. I know that if you’re here in this space, you’ve experienced growth. There was a time when what you believed about yourself, your life, and what was possible felt absolute and permanent. And yet, you’re in a different place now than you were then. When we truly see how much expansion has already occurred, it becomes a powerful reminder that what feels fixed right now isn’t fixed at all.Big transitions often bring moments of clarity. The decisions we make in those moments matter—they shape who we become and the future we create. My hope is that this conversation supports you in honoring your own growth and making choices that lead you toward the most authentic version of your life. Let’s do it!What you’ll learn:The support that is available for coaches and leaders in The Masterful Coach Collective (including a bonus training when you register before February 13th)Why my current life transition is helping me reflect on how the past thirteen years shaped my personal and professional growthHow the way you identify shapes what you believe is possible and your potential for personal transformationWhy emotional regulation begins with understanding your nervous system rather than forcing yourself to be less reactiveHow the frameworks you use to understand your life can either limit or expand connection growth and choiceYou can read the full show notes here.Enrollment for the Masterful Coach Collective is open, and you’ll receive my LIMITED TIME BONUS OFFER if you sign up by February 13th. When you join, you’ll receive one of my most popular signature programs, Create Your Killer Program, completely for free. This is the only time I will offer this bundle in 2026, so make sure you grab it before it’s gone! This community is designed to support coaches, healers, and consultants who are leading others through change. How to Stay Steady in the Midst of Chaos | When we think about mastering life, it’s easy to imagine that it’s about how many boxes we’ve checked, how many milestones we’ve achieved, or how impressive we look from the outside. But the truth is, everyone experiences the chaos of life. Life mastery isn’t about everything being perfect—it’s about being open to what life is actually bringing us, especially when things don’t go according to plan.In this episode, I share my personal experience with the reality that “life happens” to all of us, along with the tools I rely on when everything feels overwhelming. We talk about the key to staying steady, anchored, and emotionally regulated: learning how to practice real self-care and truly be with yourself.Living an intentional life rooted in self-connection isn’t the easiest path, but it is the most rewarding. When we’re willing to feel the difficult emotions and stay present with ourselves, we can experience growth and expansion even when things fall apart. There is a wholeness in life mastery that can’t be found by pretending that we have it all together. We can’t control what life brings our way. What we can choose is how we show up—the energy we bring, where we place our focus, and how we care for ourselves along the way. Life will test our ability to stay focused and grounded, and it’s a gift that we can learn how to maintain our well-being and stay connected to ourselves, no matter what unfolds. Let’s dive in!What you’ll learn:Why life mastery is less about achievement and more about feeling fully alive and presentHow self-connection helps you stay steady during challenging seasonsHow challenging it can be when we feel as though our capabilities and our capacity are limitedThe importance of being anchored in a destination when life happens and you’re thrown off courseWhy real self-care means supporting your body, mind, and nervous systemYou can read the full show notes here.Connect with Molly ClaireGet the book: She Rises: Insights and Wisdom from the Women of The Masterful Coach CollectiveMolly's Website: MollyClaire.ComMaster Coach Training 2026 Application OpenHave a question or thoughts about the podcast? | 1/28/26 | ![]() 226. Reclaiming Self-Connection with Heidi Allsop, Michelle Keil, and Maria Hendershot | We spend so much time focusing on our relationships with other people that it’s easy to forget we matter too. The relationship we have with ourselves is the foundation for every other relationship in our lives, and when that self-connection is strained or neglected, everything else feels harder.Today, I’m sharing a special rebroadcast from the Raising Boys, Building Men podcast, hosted by Master Coach Heidi Allsop. In this conversation with my fellow She Rises co-authors, Michelle Keil and Maria Hendershot, we discussed how the themes we each write about in the book—wholeness over hustle culture, creativity, nervous system regulation, and joy—directly support moms who want to care for themselves and their kids at the same time. One of the most important reminders in this conversation is that our kids are always watching. They’re learning what adulthood looks like from how we live. When we show them that life isn’t meant to be lived in a constant state of burnout or perfectionism, we give them a very different template for their own lives and relationships.Strengthening our relationship with ourselves doesn’t take anything away from the people we love—it actually allows us to better foster those relationships. In this episode, we share practical, doable ways to step out of hustle culture and back into self-connection, without adding another thing to your to-do list. This conversation is about remembering who you are, why your wellbeing matters, and how small shifts can change everything. What you’ll learn:How to start small with self-care when slowing down feels uncomfortableHow to work with your nervous system and when doing less feels dangerousWhy joy is a birthright, not a reward for finishing your to-do listHow simple creative practices can regulate your nervous system and quiet overthinkingWhy modeling rest and boundaries can teach your kids what adulthood looks likeYou can read the full show notes here.About Heidi AllsopHeidi Allsop is a Certified Life Coach, Social Worker, and proud Mom of five sons. We’re conditioned to believe the next strategy or accomplishment will somehow lead us to our worth, and even though this may give us a sense of certainty and control, that doesn’t mean this behavior is truly serving us.Today, I’m joined by Dr. LaChelle Wieme, speaker, author, and host of The Spiral Up Podcast. LaChelle shares her story of going from chasing degrees and titles to realizing she was caught in a race for achievement, using success as a way to prove her worth. She introduces the idea of “the and life”: the possibility of feeling challenged and fulfilled, while also being present and connected. This episode is an invitation to see that mastering your life isn’t just about changing your situation—it’s about paying attention to what’s happening underneath the surface. Without shifting our internal patterns first, we often experience the same stress and burnout, even in a new environment. We explore why strategy alone isn’t the issue, and how nervous system regulation is essential for sustainable change. LaChelle explains how a balance of masculine and feminine energy allows us to both access inner guidance and take aligned action. You’ll also hear how, through heart-brain coherence, we create safety, clarity, and access to intuition so we can make decisions from a grounded place rather than pushing through overwhelm.Life isn’t happening to you—it’s happening for you. When you trust yourself, your discernment, and the guidance available to you, you stop giving your power away to external outcomes and learn to feel safe within your body. From that place, you can stop chasing worth and start creating a life that includes more clarity, ease, and fulfillment. Let’s dive in!What you’ll learn:How unexamined toxic thought patterns and subconscious conditioning quietly shape your decisionsWhy sacrificing yourself for long-term gain doesn’t work if the underlying patterns driving your behavior haven’t been healedHow a balance of masculine and feminine energy combines execution and follow-through with inner guidanceWhat it looks like to stop forcing outcomes and allow guidance to move you forward without burnoutWhy slowing down to ask “what’s the right next step for me?” can be more powerful than following strategies out of obligationYou can read the full show notes here.About Dr. LaChelle WiemeDr. LaChelle Wieme is passionate about helping people unlock their full potential. For over 15 years, she's been connecting with audiences as a motivational speaker, and for the past 6 years, she's also had the privilege of guiding individuals and organizations through her coaching and business consulting practice. Whether it's on stage or working one-on-one with clients, she loves empowering people to achieve greater impact and income. United Rocks: Creating the Opportunities We Wish Existed | In this episode, I’m bringing you an interview with Mariana Steelsmith, the founder of United Rocks—an organization created to offer climbing opportunities for special needs climbers of all abilities. United Rocks was born from Mariana’s heart and her lived experience with her son Jake, who has Down syndrome. What began as a desire to support her own child has grown into something that is impacting families and climbers far beyond her own.I began volunteering at United Rocks last year, and watching people come together to support growth, confidence, and incredible experiences has been phenomenal. As I learned more about this adaptive rock climbing organization, I knew I had to bring Mariana here to share the mission. This is a slightly different episode, but Mariana’s story so clearly reflects what this podcast is about. She took what life brought her, learned from it, grew with it, and then turned around to create something that impacts others in a meaningful way. Through climbing, the United Rocks community is helping people build strength and connection.Life mastery means aligning with who we are, our gifts, and our purpose, and using those things to bring more goodness into the world. Mariana’s journey and the growth of United Rocks are a powerful example of that ongoing process. I’m excited to share this conversation, and I know you’ll be inspired by what’s possible when we create the opportunities we wish existed. What you’ll learn:How adaptive rock climbing supports confidence building while fostering a truly inclusive communityThe physical and mental benefits climbing offers including strength, balance, and focusHow United Rocks helps climbers build skill and self-awareness regardless of the challenges they faceHow climbers of all abilities prove to themselves they can do more than they thought possibleWhat it looks like to get involved with United Rocks as a climber volunteer or supporterYou can read the full show notes here.About United RocksThe inspiration for United Rocks began with Brian and Mariana Steelsmith’s desire to build a supportive, empowering community for their son, Jake, who has Down syndrome. They dreamed of creating a safe and inclusive community where he could thrive, be accepted, and be respected for who he is. Driven by a vision of a world where individuals with disabilities are offered the same opportunities as everyone else, they turned to what they knew best: rock climbing. Having supported Jake’s brother, Gabriel, in the climbing community, they saw firsthand how the sport builds confidence, strength, and connection. This inspired them to form climbing teams for kids and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, health challenges, and behavioral differences. In November 2021, the first United Rocks Climbing Team was born, bringing together five families who believed in the power of our mission. Today, United Rocks proudly supports over 400 families across the U.S. Thank you for joining our team and believing in our vision. Together, we are building a future of inclusion—creating communities where individuals of all abilities can lead healthy, successful, and fulfilling lives.Website: unitedrocks.orgInstagram: www.instagram.com/unitedrocks2021Facebook: www.facebook.com/unitedrocks2021LinkedIn: www.linkedin.com/company/united-rocksConnect with Molly ClaireGet the book: She Rises: Insights and Wisdom from the Women of The Masterful Coach CollectiveMolly's Website: MollyClaire.ComMaster Coach Training 2026 Application OpenHave a question or thoughts about the podcast? With that in mind, I decided to rebroadcast my most listened-to episode, which explores why thought work in isolation can actually be detrimental.I don’t use the word “detrimental” lightly—this realization came after hitting a very real personal rock bottom. I am a huge believer in the power of the mind and the importance of thinking in ways that are useful, supportive, and empowering. But through my own lived experience and through working with hundreds of clients and coaches, I came to understand that mindset work alone, without a full understanding of the brain, body, emotions, and nervous system, can do real harm. The key takeaway here is simple, yet profound: not all feelings arise from thoughts. Emotions have their own narratives and are often stored within our bodies, carrying important messages. The nervous system plays a crucial role in this interplay, and a "thoughts create feelings" perspective ignores that. 80% of messages travel from our bodies to our brains, not the other way around. This topic is not particularly light, but it is encouraging and deeply important. It is what catapulted my journey into creating holistic Master Coach Training—so I can help coaches be safe and ethical, and help each of you, as a human invested in your own growth, understand how to support self-mastery in a way that creates wholeness and healthy patterns. Whether you’re a coach wanting to deepen your holistic approach, or someone on your own personal growth journey, I’m honored to share this very important episode with you again. What you’ll learn:Why a thought-work-only perspective overlooks how the brain, body, and nervous system interactHow thought work in isolation can unintentionally increase emotional harm and self-blameWhy a whole-person approach is essential for safe and ethical coachingHow expanding beyond thought work was a turning point in my personal journeyHow holistic coaching creates a ripple effect that extends beyond the individualYou can read the full show notes here.Connect with Molly ClaireGet the book: She Rises: Insights and Wisdom from the Women of The Masterful Coach CollectiveMolly's Website: MollyClaire.ComMaster Coach Training 2026 Application Open Have a question or thoughts about the podcast? | 12/17/25 | ![]() 220. Holistic Approach to Coaching: An Interview with Leah Davidson, Lindsay Poelman, and Melanie Fay [Rebroadcast] | Today, I’m bringing you a special rebroadcast of one of the most powerful conversations ever shared on the podcast. I’m joined by three extraordinary women—Leah Davidson, Lindsay Poelman, and Melanie Fay—for a rich, grounded discussion about what it truly means to take a holistic approach to transformation, both in our own lives and as coaches.Part of becoming a master coach is understanding that mindset work alone is not always enough—and that without the container of holistic coaching, it can even be detrimental to growth. In this conversation, we explore how the nervous system, emotions, and cognitive work intersect, and why a whole-person approach to coaching changes everything. We talk about what happens when insight alone isn’t enough, why clients get “stuck” despite knowing what to do, and how safety, regulation, and compassion create access to deeper, more sustainable change. While this episode is very much geared toward coaches, the topics we cover are important for anyone on a personal development journey. If you’re focused on your own growth, you’ll gain insight into where a more holistic approach may be missing in how you’re supporting yourself—and what might open up when that gap is addressed. This conversation offers a real glimpse into the holistic, ethical, and deeply human approach behind Master Coach Training. Each of these women has been instrumental in my own growth and healing, and it’s an honor to share their wisdom with you. What you’ll learn:How nervous system activation impacts your cognitive function and decision-making abilitiesWhy feeling safe in the body is what allows intuition to be heard and trustedHow learning to stay present with big emotions creates a new default response instead of shutting downWhy self-criticism is often a sign of nervous system overwhelm–not a mindset failureThe ethical line between coaching and therapy, and how the two can coexistYou can read the full show notes here.About Melanie FayMelanie Fay is a certified EFT practitioner and professional artist based in New York. | 12/10/25 | ![]() 219. The Secret to Real Coaching Results | Every coach wants to be the one who creates life-changing results—the coach clients rave about and refer to again and again. But so many coaches find themselves stuck in the same loops, wondering why insight isn’t turning into real transformation. In today’s episode, I’m sharing a recent training where I break down why this actually happens and what you can do to help your clients move forward through resistance. When you understand the deeper skillset behind lasting change, you show up with the confidence and clarity of a Master Coach—and that is what elevates your work beyond surface-level shifts.Even when your client has awareness, they may not be making changes. You can have the same conversations week after week, yet nothing is moving, and they’re overwhelmed, confused, or shut down. We’ve all had moments like this as coaches, and they can leave us feeling frustrated or doubting our abilities. So often, we assume a lack of progress means our clients need more motivation, a mindset reframe, or a stronger push. But most coaching programs don’t teach the full picture of what clients need to get results. The real issue is almost always something different: a disconnection from their emotional world. When you learn how to support emotional safety and integrate nervous system awareness, your holistic coaching becomes more effective. This is how you create real, lasting coaching results. If you’re ready to strengthen your skills and create dependable, repeatable results with your clients, this episode will show you exactly where to begin. What you'll learn:Why clients get stuck and how to recognize the signs of what's really going on beneath the surfaceHow mindset work in isolation can be detrimental and what to integrate for a more holistic coaching approachThe three foundational steps Master Coaches use to support deeper transformationHow to use emotions as essential information for growth instead of obstacles to overcomeWhat it takes to strengthen your coaching skills so you can create reliable results with every clientYou can read the full show notes here.Connect with Molly ClaireGet the book: She Rises: Insights and Wisdom from the Women of The Masterful Coach CollectiveMolly's Website: MollyClaire.ComMaster Coach Training 2026 Application Open Have a question or thoughts about the podcast?
