Authorities have arrested and charged former Vegas youth pastor David Vander Meer with first degree murder for the 2006 death of his wife Bernadette. According to police, David and Bernadette were on a sunrise anniversary hike in Zion National Park when Bernadette fell 1200 feet to her death. 63-year-old Richard Glossip was back in court yesterday asking a judge to set a new preliminary hearing to determine whether there was enough evidence for prosecutors to proceed with a third trial.  The judge refused and instead set a September trial date for the former death row inmate whose murder conviction was thrown out by the Supreme Court last year. Glossip has maintained his innocence for the 1997 killing of his boss, motel owner Barry Van Treese. It’s become an unexpected sensation during the World Cup: Ranch dressing! Apparently, foreign travelers can’t get enough of the all-American condiment and are trying to bring some home with them in their carry on luggage. A French journalist has been suspended for criticizing Belgian soccer star Jeremy Duko who announced he may miss a World Cup game in order to be with his wife when she gives birth to his first child. France Pierron apologized after calling childbirth a “disgusting moment where the dad is useless.” She went on to question Duko’s choice, saying his baby “will always be there.” Doku isn’t the only player having to make tough personal choices while at the World Cup: two other players had babies born during the tournament. Within hours of the men heading over to Casa Amor, a video emerged online, allegedly of one of the new bombshells using the N-word in a years old Snapchat post. In the unverified video, it appears 21- year-old Alannah Keyser sings the N-word while dancing inside a car during a night out in Miami.  Even before the video was released, fans of the show were commenting that Keyser made out with all of the white islanders, but refused to kiss the three black men, even telling K.C. at one point, “That’s all you get. In a bizarre turn of events, President Trump announced that Park Police have arrested “multiple individuals” for vandalizing the Reflecting Pool on the National Mall. Among them, a three-time Olympian who says he stopped at the site just to have a look. Trump even named ABC veteran reporter Jonathan Karl of trying to rip the rubber off of the surface of the pool, saying he was caught with his hand in the water, Huh? California officials are trying to determine how the daughter of an Oscar winning director and her husband died after pulling off a California highway with their car still running. 84-year-old Judith Wyler Sheldon and her 86-year-old husband Wylie were on their way to meet friends to attend an annual Shakespeare Theater festival.
